After comparing the answers with OMR sheet published on the internet by the Examination Committee of the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), the petitioners feel that they might have secured more marks.
Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, submits that if the petitioner is aggrieved, he may file objections by 1.1.2012 in the requisite format after depositing Rs.100/-.
If the petitioners prefer objections in the requisite format after depositing Rs.100/- by 1.1.2012, the opposite parties directed to dispose the said objections expeditiously.
The writ petition stands disposed of finally in above terms

The petitioners, who had appeared at the U.P. Teachers Eligibility Test Examination-2010 and had been declared successful, have filed this petition for a direction upon the respondent-U.P. Basic Education Board to relax the maximum age limit for appointment as Assistant Teachers provided as 40 years and to accept their application forms in response to the advertisement dated 22nd September, 2011 issued by the Board. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners were permitted to appear at the Teachers Eligibility Test conducted by the Board of High School and Intermediate Education without prescribing any age limit and once they have been declared successful, they should be permitted to fill up the application forms for the post of Assistant Teacher without insisting on any age requirement. This submission of learned counsel for the petitioners cannot be accepted. The Teachers Eligibility Test was not held for the purposes of providing any appointment. A candidate is only required to clear the test so that he is eligible for appointment as an Assistant Teacher.
The process of appointment of Assistant Teacher has been initiated by issuance of an advertisement which has prescribed the maximum age limit in accordance with the Rules.
The relief claimed for by the petitioners, therefore, cannot be granted.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed

    लखनऊ। आदर्श आचार संहिता के चलते प्रदेश के आला अधिकारियों को अब केंद्रीय निर्वाचन आयोग से अनुमति लेने से पहले मुकम्मल प्रस्ताव तैयार करना होगा। इसे मुख्य सचिव को दिखाकर उनके अनुमोदन के बाद ही मंजूरी के लिए आयोग भेजा जाएगा।
    इस संबंध में मुख्य सचिव अनूप मिश्र ने सभी प्रमुख सचिवों व सचिवों के अलावा एपीसी, आईडीसी को पत्र भेजा है। इसमें कहा गया कि आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू होने के बाद कुछ कामों के लिए केंद्रीय निर्वाचन आयोग से अनुमति लेनी होगी। जिन मामलोें में अनुमति लेनी है, उस संबंध में समुचित प्रस्ताव तैयार किए जाएं ताकि आयोग के सामने पूरी स्थिति सामने आ सके। उन्होंने कहा कि, मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी के माध्यम से चुनाव आयोग को मंजूरी के लिए प्रस्ताव भेजे जाने से पूर्व व्यक्तिगत तौर पर उन्हें दिखा लिया जाए। मुख्य सचिव ने सभी अफसरों से कहा है कि वे आदर्श आचार संहिता के संबंध में आयोग के दिशा निर्देशों को अच्छी तरह से समझ लें।

    वरिष्ठ संवाददाता, इलाहाबाद : वाह भई! बहुत खूब! हमारे की वोट से जीतकर प्रत्याशी आम से खास हो जाते हैं। 'माननीय' कहलाते हैं। वेतन, भत्ता, तमाम सुविधाएं व पेंशन पाते हैं और मतदाता को? चुनाव के बाद ठेंगा दिखा दिया जाता है। समानता के अधिकार के तहत निर्वाचित प्रतिनिधियों को मिलने वाली तमाम सुविधाओं की तरह मतदाताओं को भी मतदानकर्ता पेंशन मिलनी चाहिए। इसके अलावा ग्रेजुएट बेरोजगारों को भी पढ़ाई और 'टेंशन फ्री लाइफ' के लिए प्रति माह पांच हजार रुपये ग्रेजुएट भत्ता मिलना चाहिए।

    जी हां, आपको ये मांगें जरूर कुछ अटपटी और अतार्कित लग सकती हैं पर शुक्रवार को चंद्रशेखर आजाद पार्क में सैकड़ों युवाओं ने मतदान के बदले सरकार से कुछ ऐसी ही शर्ते लगाई। वर्तमान राजनैतिक परिदृष्य में युवाओं की समस्याएं विषय पर उत्तर प्रदेश ग्रेजुएट वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन द्वारा आयोजित बैठक में कुछ इसी तरह की मांगे रखी गई। एसोसिएशन के रामचंद्र पटेल ने कहा कि जब-जब चुनाव नजदीक आता है मतदाता को देश की रीढ़ कहा जाता है, लेकिन चुनाव खत्म होते ही उन्हें हाशिए पर डाल दिया जाता है। मतदाताओं के बल पर 'माननीय' बनने वाले लोगों को सरकार तमाम सुविधाएं देती है और मतदाता को..केवल आश्वासन।

    बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे एसोसिएशन के प्रदेश अध्यक्षक आरपी सिंह ने कहा कि सरकार की ढुलमुल व अपारदर्शी नीतियों के कारण बेरोजगारी बढ़ रही है। बेरोजगारों का भविष्य अंधकारमय हो गया है। ऐसे में सरकार को बेरोजगार ग्रेजुएटों को पांच हजार रुपये प्रति माह ग्रेजुएट भत्ता देना चाहिए। एसोसिएशन के महासचिव गोविंद वल्लभ पटेल ने कहा कि सांसद व विधायकों की पात्रता परीक्षा होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने 'राइट टू रिजेक्ट' कानून को अविलंब लागू करने की मांग की। बैठक में मोहम्मद कलीम, डॉ. राममनोहर पटेल, रमेश यादव, मोहित शुक्ला, आशीष प्रजापति, विनोद पटेल व देवेंद्र वल्लभ आदि मौजूद रहे।

    you posted the approx figure of tet qualify candiate according to cut of marks.but if i will total all the figure then i can easily find out the no.of candidates who qualify the tet.according to board (on date 25 nov.) approx 270000 qualify in I paper but according to your figure this becomes 407000.
    how can it possible? explain this.

    i also need to ask one thing.... i have applied to 20 districts expect allahabad. but when i attached my post office receipt i increased its fond size to make the letters clear but due to this the stamp got disappeared.

    i have send the form with dat only... i hope iss se form reject nahi hoga

  23. mera roll no.06008294 hai aur mere marks 124 hain.mujhe lagta hai k yeh vacancy cancel ho jayegi kyunki NCTE ne time badane se mana kar diya hai.isliye aap log tension na le k mera hoga ya nahi.

Really,it's very unfortunate that it is going delay in filling vacancy.Bureaucracy is n't so capable that they can creat such type of selection system of selection procedure .Merit of TET can n't be only base of selection.It is only minimum eligibility. so it does n't matter,you get 90 or above than 90.According to NCTE 90 MARK IS ENOUGH TO QUALIFY TET.
