1. श्री अमेरिकी उपाध्याय, अधिवक्ता, जो दिखने में प्रतिवादी नहीं की ओर से डाल दिया है. 3 में कहा गया है कि वह जवाब दाखिल करने का समय दी जा सकती है ताकि मुद्दे के रूप में क्या कोई प्रतिवादी प्रेरित किया. 3 संबंधित प्राचार्य, डाइट के कार्यालय में सेवा नहीं कर अच्छी तरह से स्पीड पोस्ट दस्तावेजों समय में डिफ़ॉल्ट प्रतिबद्ध करने के लिए इस न्यायालय और डाकघर की जिम्मेदारी द्वारा hereat जांच किया जा सकता है इस मामले में भी निर्धारित किया जा सकता है.
