इलाहाबाद : इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय ने उप्र माध्यमिक शिक्षा के पूर्व निदेशक संजय मोहन की जमानत अर्जी पर राज्य सरकार से जवाब मांगा है और सुनवाई की तिथि 23 अप्रैल नियत की है। यह आदेश न्यायमूर्ति एससी अग्रवाल ने संजय मोहन की अर्जी पर दिया है। अर्जी पर प्रतिवाद मेवालाल शुक्ल एजीए ने किया। संजय मोहन पर आरोप है कि टीईटी घोटाले में मुख्य भूमिका था। छापे में 4 लाख 65 हजार नकद मिला तथा चार लड़कों की मार्कशीट बरामद हुई। अकबरपुर एसएचओ ने प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई जिसमें ये नामजद नहीं थे। दौरान विवेचना नाम प्रकाश में आया।

Sri Rahul Jain, learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 5 & 6 raised a preliminary objection that the newly impleaded respondent No. 6 in the writ petition had not been arrayed as one of the respondents in the present appeal and, therefore, the appeal is not maintainable.
Sri Ashok Khare, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submitted that he had already served a copy of the memo of appeal along with other documents on Sri Pradeep Kumar, Advocate, who represents the newly impleaded respondent No. 6 in the writ petition and he be permitted to implead Dr. A.K. Dubey as respondent No. 7 in the array of parties.
Permission is granted.
Let Dr. A.K. Dubey be impleaded as respondent No. 7 in the array of parties.
The submission of Sri Khare, learned senior counsel that except for reffering various letters sent from the office of the Director of Education (Secondary), no role has been assigned to him and, therefore, the direction for lodging of a criminal complaint at this stage would not have arisen.
The matter requires consideration.
As an interim measure, direction in the impugned order passed by the learned single Judge insofar as it relates to registering of a criminal case against the present appellant shall remain stayed.
