CAT ka jurisdiction sirf Central Govt ke Prsashnik Maamlon Tak Rehta Hai,
Aur Yeh Ek Internal Court Hai.
Uske Baad High Court aur fir Supreme Court ka Number Aataa Hai.
Kya CAT, UP High Court ki Triple Benche Se Badee Hai.
CAT ne jo fesla diya vhe contract teachers ke liye diya.
Dusri baat pichlee news mein pada ki CAT ne kaha tha - Agar Trained Teacher nahin milte to choot dee jayegee
Sorry to say, But I am not satisfied with this news.Hindustan paper is a very good news paper and so many news published efficiently. But this time I think some error may happen in reading facts and to publish this news.
1.CATs jurisdiction limited to central government offices.
2.In RTE act there is a provision, when sufficient number of qualified manpower is not availble the relaxation can be granted.
And I think CAT uses this para for its judgement.

One of the prayers in a connected writ petition is to declare the� State Government's notification dated 30 May 2014 ultra vires.
In the counter affidavit the State has taken an objection that the matters, where the vires of any Statute is challenged, are cognizable by the Division Bench (presided by Hon'ble the Chief Justice).
Let the matter be placed before Hon'ble the Chief Justice /Hon'ble Senior Judge to pass appropriate order.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that there is an urgency in the matter, as such the matter may be placed before the appropriate Bench, after obtaining nomination from Hon'ble the Chief Justice/Hon'ble Senior Judge, if possible, day after tomorrow i.e. 23.07.2014.
