EXAM MAI DHADHLI HO SAKTI HAI TO 10TH, 12TH KI MARKSHEET to jo cahe paisa de kar banwa sakta hai..

ReplyDeleteJatin srma appeals- dear frnds, sonme candidates who r against tet merit process, or who demand 4 selection based on acadmic performance, they should ,at least, know that tet test was so easy and practical life based that every, to be teacher, is expected to pass it.If he can't do so, what will he teach to his students?Further,his objection reflects his ineffeciency .It also stands a question mark before his acadmic past.So friends be remember, truth is always truimpth.

Rest is coming in next week's (Probably tuesday). I am still confident TET weightage is only 10% and rest is Academic marks.

Ab high court ke order par students ke result ki problems ke solution ke liye 1 jan,2012 tak application mangi ja rahi hain. Kya ye log news nahi padhte jisme haiki 2007-2008 main VBTC selection main kitne hi longo ka selection Farzi academic merit ke bal par hua hai aur kase chal raha hai. Unme jitne bhi high merit wale hain unke sabke academic record ya to gurukul ke ya kisi sanscrit vidylay ke hain jahan se aram se above 90% (Farzi) mark diye jate hai. Kye friends ko main khud janta hoon jinke acadamic record 80 to 90 % hain lakin unhe plus, minus, percentage nahi ata, Quality wise zero but have high academic record. So at any cost niyukti shoul not be academic merit based, Either TET based or May other state level selection exame based where all condidate should get equal appourtinuty.

ReplyDeleteIts not possible to recruit PRT as per their TET marks. Its possible HC will ask govt to take written exam bfore for recruitments as in Rajasthan or as mentioned earlier, ACADEMIC MARKS + 10% OF TET. just TET marks and process is not upto mark

ReplyDelete1. In this bunch of more than one and half dozen writ petitions
aggrieved by test conducted by Secondary Education Board
Allahabad, U.P. (hereinafter referred to as “the Board”) termed as
“U.P. Teachers Eligibility Test 2011”, the petitioners have approached
this Court by means of these writ petitions, assailing their failure on
various grounds. Some broad issues are as under:
I. Several questions having multiple options were wrong in
the sense that none of the options was correct answer to
the concerned question.
II. Some of the questions were such where according to
model answers subsequently disclosed by examining
body, the option disclosed to be correct was actually
incorrect. Instead some other answer was correct. Hence,
the questions have been evaluated with wrong answers,
following mistake committed in model key answers
prepared by the Board.
III. The candidates were actually present and had appeared in
the examination but were wrongly shown absent.
IV. More than one candidate were provided same roll number
which has influenced their result.
V. Answer booklet of one series had been examined with
model answer sheets of different series resulting in wrong
evaluation/assessment of candidates' answer sheets.
2. There are certain minor individual complaints also with regard
to assessment, declaration of result etc.
3. Considering volume of cases coming to this Court raising
similar complaints some of which are referred above and magnitude
of the test conducted by the Board, this Court found that it would be
in the interest of public at large if these matters are disposed of at the
earliest and in this view of the matter with the consent of learned
counsel for the parties, the Court permitted them to address Court on5
various aspects based on their averments contained in their respective
writ petitions in general.
4. So far as the Board is concerned, learned Standing Counsel
chose not to file counter affidavit and instead had the benefit of
presence of Secretary of the Board with relevant information and
assisted the Court expressing Board's anxiety also of expeditious
disposal of the matter in such a manner so that grievances of the
petitioners are attended in an effective and objective manner and all
these matters may settle finally. Regarding individual dispute relating
to minor mistakes in assessment of answer sheets it was suggested
that the Board shall entertain complaints made by individual
candidates specifically and after looking into record and examining
threadbare, the candidates shall be informed of the consequences. In
this context, the only anxiety expressed by the Board is that this
indulgence cannot be allowed for an indefinite period and, therefore,
the Court may provide any reasonable time within which candidates
aggrieved if any, may approach the Board with their complaints
which shall be attended by it. Sri Neeraj Upadhyay, learned Standing
Counsel, however, also informed the Court that the Board had
already been receiving and attending complaints of candidates and
had also examined the same in detail. He also informed that with
regard to discrepancies in model key answers the complaints were
attended by Board and they constituting a committee of experts who
examined all the answer sheets threadbare and thereafter submitted
their report. It has been explained by him that there were three sets
of examinations namely;
(I) Junior Primary Level Examination (Class I to V) (hereinafter
referred to “J.L.E.”
(II) Senior Primary Level Examination (Class VI to VIII) (Science)
(hereinafter referred to “S.L.E.(S)”
(III) Senior Primary Level Examination (Class VI to VIII)6

6. Sri Ashok Khare , learned Senior Advocate, appearing in Writ8
Petition No. 71563 of 2011 contended that in L.J.E., answer sheet,
Series 'B' there are three more questions namely, questions no. 21, 85
and 142 in regard whereto either of key answers are incorrect, or the
correct answer as per model key answer is incorrect and instead a
different answer is correct. These three questions and options given
thereto in Series 'B' of J.L.E. are as under:
“Q.21 To maintain interest among students in class, a
teacher should.

He further submitted that question no. 121 has four options
ReplyDeleteand all these options are incorrect. Similarly, with respect of question
no.125 he contended that earlier the model key answer shows option
'C' as correct while as per report of experts committee, the Board has9
now switched to option 'B' but this is also incorrect option. Therefore,
deduction of marks in respect of question no. 125 Series 'B' of such
candidates who have opted for 'C' is incorrect.
8. In Writ Petition No. 71399 of 2011 Sri S.K. Shukla, Advocate,
advancing his submission on behalf of three petitioners, Sri Jai
Prakash Pandey, Sunita Pandey and Harshita Malviya, contended that
in J.L.E. Series 'B' questions no. 2, 3 and 28 also have wrong answers
in Model Key Answers and instead correct answers ought to be as
suggested by petitioners. These three questions read as under:

10. In all the remaining matters, learned counsel for the petitioners
did not make any individual submissions but adopted and followed
what has been argued by learned Senior Advocate Sri Khare and
others. Basically, their grievance is that individual errors in respect
whereto they have raised their complaints, the Board should be asked
to examine and take appropriate decision accordingly.
11. I propose to consider first the arguments with respect to
ReplyDeletecertain questions which according to petitioners are totally wrong or
options selected by Board is wrong and how it should be dealt with.
12. Before adverting to rival submissions, this Court has no
hesitation in reiterating the well settled exposition of law that in
academic matters expert's opinion should not be interfered lightly by
a Court of law in judicial review and instead great weightage has to
be attached to their opinion. There may be a situation where different
experts express different opinions but in such matters, broadly, the
stand of examining body should be accepted unless it is found to be
palpably wrong and erroneous. It is own case of the Board that in
J.L.E. five questions are such where options earlier treated correct by
Board were in fact not so and instead another option was correct.
Similar is the case in S.L.E.(S) with regard to eight questions and in
S.L.E.(A) seven questions.
13. Besides, two questions in S.L.E.(S) and three questions in
S.L.E.(A) are such where all the four options are incorrect. With
regard to these two and three questions respectively, the Board has
taken decision to award marks to all the candidates and for this stand
of the Board, learned counsel for the petitioners did not find any
objection, hence, so far as this aspect is concerned, it warrants no12
consideration by this Court.

वरिष्ठ संवाददाता, इलाहाबाद : माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद ने हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के बाद शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा का एक और अपडेट परिणाम शनिवार को जारी किया है। यह परिणाम अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा दी गई आपत्तियों के निस्तारण के बाद जारी किया गया है। इससे पूर्व यूपी बोर्ड ने गुरुवार को टीईटी का पूरा परिणाम संशोधित कर दिया था। इसमें अभ्यर्थियों को कई अंकों का फायदा भी मिला था। माध्यमिक श िक्षा परिषद ने हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के बाद अभ्यर्थियों से 100 रुपये शुल्क केसाथ आपत्तियां व प्रार्थना पत्र मांगा था। संशोधन के लिए प्रार्थना पत्र देने व आपत्तियां दर्ज कराने की अंतिम तिथि एक जनवरी रखी गई है। बोर्ड को जैसे-जैसे आपत्तियां मिलतीजा रही हैं वैसे-वैसे संशोधित परीक्षा परिणाम जारी कर दिया जा रहा है। बोर्ड आपत्तियां एक जनवरी तक लेगा। ऐसे में अभी कुछ और संशोधित परीक्षा परिणाम जारी होने की संभावना है। गौरतलब है कि गुरुवार को यूपी बोर्ड द्वारा टीईटी का पूरा परिणाम संशोधित कर दिया गया था। इस संशोधन के बाद प्राथमिक स्तर में एक से छह व उच्च प्राथमिक स्तर में एक से 10 अंक बढ़े थे। हालांकि माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद के निदेशक संजय मोहन ने दावा किया थाकि गुरुवार को घोषित परिणाम अंतिम परिणाम है। इसके बाद कोई संशोधन नहीं किया जाएगा।

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Vinay Bhushan, learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have appeared in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) examination held on 13.11.2011. After comparing the answers with OMR sheet published on the internet by the Examination Committee of the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), the petitioners feel that they might have secured more marks.
Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, submits that if the petitioner is aggrieved, he may file objections by 1.1.2012 in the requisite format after depositing Rs.100/-.
If the petitioners prefer objections in the requisite format after depositing Rs.100/- by 1.1.2012, the opposite parties directed to dispose the said objections expeditiously.
The writ petition stands disposed of finally in above terms.

ReplyDeleteUp Govt ko jitne academic merit holdaer hain unke record ke turant janch karayen, unme se adhe se jyada Allahabad farzi marksheet factory ke product ho sakte hain. Ab to sabhi TET virodhiyon ki pol khul gaye hai, yadi unhone farziwada kiya hai to apni jamanat ka intjam karen, bachoo gaye 6 sal ke liye jail main, aur naukari gaye pani main.

aap log mujhe yeh bataiye k agar merit sirf academics se banegi to fir itne sare highcourt kyun ja rahe hain?seedhi si baat hai ki har koi manta hai ki merit tet ki hi banegi aur is baat ko highcourt bhi maan raha hai isiliye highcourt sabhi candidates ki problem solve karne ka board ko order de raha.aur aap academics wale agar itna tet me bhi score nahi kar paye to aapko khamosh rehna chahiye warna aapki pichli marksheets ki inquiry ho sakti hai.

High merit academic holder jo TET main ya fail ho gaye hain ya just pass hain, jyada uchhal kood na machaye, nahi to UP Bord ke adhikari aap longo ki farzi marksheet/digree ki janch, kara lenge, jail jaoge aur naukari bhi kabhi nahi milegi, so sant raho.

ReplyDeleteaaj maine jaunpur diet ke principal se khud bat ki.unhone kaha ki sasan ke aadeshanusar hi tet ki merit ke avrohi kram par bharti hogi,aur 11 january tak hame cd ki ek copy sasan ko bhi bhejni hai,maine unse court ke order ke bad jari huye naye sasnadesh ke bare me bhi pucha to unhone bataya ki wo chayan prakriya ki detail, tet merit ki detail ki cd ki copy sasan ko bhi bhejne se sambandhit hai.
Unhone ye bhi bataya ki aaj yani 25 dec.tak sasan se academic merit banane ka koi adesh nahi aaya hai

ReplyDeletehi frndz, aap sabhi k comments pade, kahi to kuch ajeeb sa feel hua ki kuch candidates kaisi language use kar rhe hain aur kahi bahut hansi b aayi. frndz, ek taraf tet merit holders ki baat b sahi hai ki agar academic record wale itne hi brilliant hain to tet me pass q nhi hue. ye sochne wali baat hai. dusri taraf academic record wale b sahi hain ki sirf ek chote se exam ne unki zindagi bhar ki mehnat ko bekar kar diya aur tet me itne sanshodhan ho chuke hain ki ab iski quality ko lekar b sawal uth rhe hain. frndz, agar aap mera opinion mange to main yahi kahunga ki merit tet par par par par par hi banayi jani chahiye. main aisa isliye nhi keh rha hu ki mera academic record accha nhi hai. mera academic record high school se b.ed. tak 280 se upar hai. academic se merit banane ka sabse bda nuksan ye hoga ki up board walon ka selection bahut hi km hoga qki aadhi se bahut jyada seats cbse aur sampurnanand uni etc wale le jayenge. har koi janta hai ki unke scoring aur hamare scoring me kya difference hai. dusri baat farzi marksheet ki. jin bhaiyo ka academic record accha hai lekin tet jaisa easy exam b qualify nhi kar paye to ye unki galti hai ki unhone laparwahi ki ya unme se kuch rattu tote the. ya to merit tet par banao ya b.ed. theory+tet 20% par banao. thanks.
