KVS (Kendriya Vidhyalaya Sangathan) TGT / PRT Recruitment : Candidates called for Interview on the Basis of CTET Exam and Preliminary Exam
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan will be conducting interviews for the posts of Trained Graduate Teachers (English, Hindi, Social Studies, Science, Sanskrit and Maths) for the year 2011-2012. The interviews for the posts of Trained Graduate Teachers (English, Hindi, Social Studies, Science, Sanskrit and Maths) will be held from 12th March, 2012 to 16th March, 2012 . The candidates have been short-listed on the basis of their performance in the Preliminary written examination held on 12th February, 2011 and Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) held on 26th June, 2011. The shortlisted candidates are requested to appear for an interview as per the interview schedule. The venue for the Interviews is “Kendriya Vidyalaya, J.N.U. Campus, Baba Gang Nath Marg, New Delhi-110067”. The interview letters for the post of Trained Graduate Teachers (English, Hindi, Social Studies, Science, Sanskrit and Maths) have been sent to the shortlisted candidates through Registered post. If any candidate does not receive the interview letter, he / she may report at the interview venue as per the interview schedule alongwith Educational original testimonials / certificates / Original Marksheet and Certificate of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) held on 26th June, 2011.
The candidature of the candidates appearing for the interview is purely provisional, subject to verification of their eligibility and CTET mark sheet / Certificate at the time of interview. The candidates belonging to OBC category are required to bring latest OBC certificate issued by the compitent authority in the proforma prescribed by Govt. of India.

Kvs tgt/prt me advertisment ka poori tarah se violation ho raha hai,advertisment me kaha gaya tha ki selection ka base pre exam,main exam aur interview hoga,par isme pre ke baad main exam karaya hi nahi gaya aur Ctet ke merit ke adhar par cut off jari kar diya gaya,jabki ctet exam ek patrata pariksha thi na ki arhta pariksha ,isliye students ne usme marks par dhyan na dete huye sirf qualify karne par dhyan diya,ab is tarah se ctet based cut off jari karne se hajaro candidate yogya hote huye bhi bahar ho gaye...kya ye galat nahi ho raha hai?

Many TET Candidates objected selection procedure in UP PRT selections.
But selection criteria is to be decided by appointing authority using rules framed (not by-passing rules) and should not be biased.

Qulifying CTET/TET is only eligibility criteria and it is not compulsory that each CTET/TET passed candidates are eligible for appointment.
KVS also use to call- TOP score card holders for interview.
Recently in RTET , 2 questions wrongly checked.

Many candidates who qualified CTET (>=90 Marks) are not called for interview.

But they have powers to make you out.
In India problems in Interviews are - Corruption involving bribes, caste, reginiolism, language, religion etc.

And you can NOT object if your get less Marks in Interviews.

Best procedure is Multi Level Exams (conducted by different bodies), And after that all selection criteria, candidate's marks should be uploaded on websites also.
It should be made compulsory by the court.

After selection of 3-4 years another exam should be conducted to check their competency levels.

Promotion should NOT be based on flatery/Chaploosee basis.
Each matter should be done in writing alongwith electronic methods.
Even for each & every transfer in Govt. Depts. specific reasons in writings should be made.

Else corruption will NOT stop, and corrupt people make you fool.

please go to court because kvs have no authority to change process after advertisement
ReplyDeleteThe kvsangathan totally runs against the advertisement.Firstly,it conducts the ctet exam,which is not a part of the advertisement. Secondly,it shortlists the candidates for interview on their perfomance in ctet instead of conducting the main exam.(Where as the ctet is qualifying in nature).Kvs intimates that the selection will be made on the perfomance of main exam and interview. Now,how does it conduct the interview without conducting the main exam.The selection is totally unfair.So,we request the sangathan to withdraw the decision.

ReplyDeleteI had applied for kendriya vidyalaya recruitment exam for primary teacher post (PRT) and wrote the exam in the month of Feb 12Th 2011. Which I qualified, I received a letter from kendriya vidyalaya mentioning that I am suppose to qualify CENTRAL TEACHERS ELIGIBILITY TEST(CTET). so that I can appear for kendriya vidyalaya main exam . I even qualified CTET exam by scoring 91 marks out of 150 which is the qualifying mark for the kendriya vidyalaya main exam. From the very day of the result I am preparing for main exam, hoping that I have qualified both the kendriya vidyalaya preliminary exam and ctet exam. Now the kendriya vidyalaya sang than has uploaded in the website that there is no main exam, only interview for the short listed candidates based on the performance in the CTET exam. I am unaware of preliminary marks.
ReplyDeleteSir, full one year I have wasted in studying for the main exam .we never had any further information regarding this in the kendriya vidyalaya website, In the letter sent by kendriya vidyalaya sang than, it is clearly mentioned that we have to APPLY AND QUALIFY THE CTET to take up the main exam. And also concession given for the sc/st candidates.
Now that I feel great INJUSTICE has been done to me without any clear information in this regard. This might be a small matter for the sangathan but it my life and future.

Selection criteria was decided earlier, and changes in middle of process is biased for some candidates as they have to qualify CTET only as per informed by you.
Even for some candidates who qualify CTET for which result is going to declare on 6 March 2012
(And esp. for those who obtain more than cut-off prescribed by the KVS, then they have win-win chances)
, can also move to court, if they qualify and eligible.
............
However NCTE said in its guidelines that weigtage of TET marks can be used for selection.
But there is one rule of constitution - Right to equality helps you, as you were NOT informed
about CTET cut-off and you applied for CTET exam to qualify as per directions of KVS, and injustice happens with you.

Delete...I've searched internet, newspapers, even contacted a number of people., but none was able to give any concrete information.

ReplyDeleteThere is nothing available on website of CAT & suprime court of India regarding PRT & TGT interview result. I heard that there is a stay on the result. Kv is also replying that the matter is in the court. But they don't say what is the matter.
ReplyDeleteI think the objection from ctet qualified candidates have very strong ground.
kv cann't change its recruitment process once the notification is publised. How kv can do this nonsense that vanish the descriptive exam and mark a line that 104+(general cat)marks in CTET candidates directly called for interview. Anyone can challenge it in the court. Once the NCTE told that CTET is a qualifying exam. And on the basis of the above statement KV sent a letter to every Prelims qualified candidate that u have to qualify CTET. Those candidates who qualified in CTET and have less than 104 marks(for gen cat) in this qualifying exam(that was determined only 90 marks) neither called for descriptive exam nor for interview.
So, friends this whole process is in the court and there is no basis on which Kv is going to defend its whole recruitment process.

next date of hearing is 25-07 2012. it can be checked in cat website . go to website of central admistrative tribunal. then go to causelist n choose principal bench n then select date 16-07-2012. n court no. 3 . n check case no. 49 which is kvs appointment case. but i dnt know what happened in hearing n case is at which point so if any body has any infornation plz share
ReplyDeletemr. dileep kumar kvs has a very strong point in there favour because in rte n ncte norms merit of ctet can be used for selection . n court cannot be unfair with people who appered in interview bcz they have scored marks fairly n hv cleared prilim like others n interview will not get cancelled in any case only one thing can be done in favour of those who hv filed the case that candidates who hv passed ctet but not called can be called for interview in case if court favour them. but court can not sy that ctet merit should not be counted bcz according to rules it can be the basis of selection if required

The Jharkhand high court make a stay order one day before which appointment letters were suppose to be given by the govt. the court decision was the recruitment is unconstitutional and discard the whole process and said to start from new notification.

I want to come decision in our favour. But it is easily visible that decision taking person don't have ability to go through a proper way.

ReplyDeletedinesh ji u r right n candidates who have filed the case are also right at their place . but afer interview the cancellation of interview is quite unfair as people have come from very far places at thier own expenses . so i think the midway is to call all candidates who have passed ctet exam for interview . and above all the honourable cat will decide the right thing we all just can wait

CAT site mein case DIS dikha raha hai. Iska leagel meaning kya hai? Agar kisi ko exact pata hai ki decision kya hua, to plz proof ke saath provide karein. KVS ke site mein kisi bhi prakar ki koi information ab tak nahi hai.. plz doosren ki pareshaniyon ka majak na banayein.

ReplyDeleteWhat will be the fate of kvs prt & tgt 2011-12 recruitment no one know. Only God knows about kv's mood. Pray to God for save this recruitment.
ReplyDeleteThere is a selection list for PRT & TGT on the kvs website. kvs has taken some alternative steps to fill the posts.
now I m worry that if this given list for the permanent TGT AND PRT,kvs may cancel the disputed recruitment and another alternative kvs has opted.
so friends now I think the long waiting hope will end with desperate for all of us.

ReplyDeleteHow this can happen when they have not finalised their first exam how can they choose other way of recruitment without giving any notice in public. secondly i dont think campus recruitment of RIE have conducted or passed CTET exam. This is absolutely unfair and should bring to court.
