कानपुर : पूरे घटनाक्रम की जांच नियम विरुद्ध की गई है। ऐसे में जब नियमों की अनदेखी कर तैयार किया गया आरोप पत्र पूरी तरह सवालों के घेरे में है। टीईटी मामले में गुरुवार को बचाव पक्ष के अधिवक्ता ने नरेंद्र प्रताप सिंह व मनीष चंद्र के पक्ष में देहात जिला जज धर्मवीर सिंह की अदालत में यह दलील दी।

बचाव पक्ष के अधिवक्ता सुरेंद्र प्रताप सिंह ने कहा कि विवेचना त्रुटिपूर्ण है। मामले पर कोई भी शिकायत कर्ता नहीं है पुलिस खुद ही शिकायत कर्ता की भूमिका में है। विवेचक ने कोई भी साक्ष्य खुद इकट्ठा नहीं किए बल्कि इंस्पेक्टर द्वारा किए गए हैं। उनके मुवक्किल सरकारी कर्मचारी हैं लेकिन उनके खिलाफ मुकदमा चलाने की अनुमति नहीं ली गई। इन सब दलीलों के आधार पर उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस द्वारा लगाए गए आरोप उनके मुवक्किलों पर नहीं बनते। इस मामले में अदालत ने अभियोजन को अपना पक्ष रखने के लिए 7 दिसंबर की तारीख दी है। बताते चलें कि टीईटी धन बरामदगी मामले में माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद के पूर्व निदेशक संजय मोहन समेत सभी आरोपियों को कड़ी सुरक्षा में अदालत में पेश किया गया। सुनवाई के बाद सभी को जेल भेज दिया गया।

OTET : Shiksha Sahayaks oppose OTET, move High Court

The Shiksha Sahayaks (para teachers), who are opposed to the mandatory Odisha Teachers Eligibility Test (OTET), have approached the High Court seeking to quash the decision of the State Government making the test compulsory for them.At least five writ petitions have been filed in the High Court in which the Shiksha Sahayks have claimed that since they are not appointed as regular teachers in schools, the OTET should not be mandatory for them.

Taking up the petitions for an analogous hearing, Justice Kumari Sanju Panda on Tuesday issued notices to the State Government asking it to file counter-affidavits. The case is likely to come up for further hearing soon, sources said.
It may be mentioned that the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) has fixed December 2 to conduct the eligibility test for school teachers, including the para teachers.The OTET is an essential eligibility criterion for any teacher to be recruited as per the norms of the National Council for Teachers’ Education.

Imphal, November 28 2012: Two questions which were asked in the just concluded Teacher's Eligibility Test (TET), 2012 wherein around 52,000 candidates appeared were found without any correct answer options.

The test was conducted by Board of Secondary Education, Manipur.

Addressing a press conference in this connection at its Keishampat office here today, Assistant Secretary General of DESAM Pukhrambam Premchandra pointed out that the answer options given for question number 67 and 74 asked in Section 3, Set A of Mathematics subject are incorrect.

DESAM has checked the answers of the two questions over and over again and found that none of the answer options given are correct.

So, the negligence of Board of Secondary Education Manipur in conducting such an important examination is indeed unfortunate for the student community.

Informing that more information on finding out of more wrong questions are receiving and DESAM would be looking into them, Premchandra urged the Government to set up an expert committee at the earliest to investigate into the matter and bar all the question setters involved in the slackness from further setting of questions for any competitive exam in future.

If all the mistakes pin-pointed out by DESAM are found to be correct by the investigating Committee, then candidates appearing in the test should be given grace mark of two points, he demanded.

TET was conducted on Tuesday in two papers.

Paper-I was for recruiting Lower Primary teachers and paper-II for Upper Primary teachers.

Both the papers carry 150 marks each.

The two papers included questions from Mathematics, General English, Environmental Studies, Language, Child Development and Pedagogy.

Heard Sri Jitendra Bahadur Singh learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ajai Kumar for the opposite party no. 3 and the learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner's father died on 25.7.2010. He was a regular employee. The petitioner being his son applied for compassionate appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher. The case has been rejected on the ground that Assistant Teacher can only be appointed after eligibility test. It is the recent requirement of the Government Order.
The petitioner says that his case may be considered for any other appropriate post which may be available to mitigate the hardship which has been caused because of death of his father.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner for any other suitable post according to his qualification, say within a maximum period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before them.
This order shall be subject to the outcome of the decision of Special Appeal pending at Allahabad.

ओटीइटी ओडिशा टीचर एल्जीबिलिटी टेस्ट) यानी शिक्षक योग्यता परीक्षा को लेकर हाईकोर्ट में और एक मामला दायर किया गया है। इससे पहले शिक्षा सहायकों को नियुक्ति देने के पश्चात ओटीइटी परीक्षा लेने के लिए हाईकोर्ट पिछले 8 अगस्त को निर्देश दिया था। ठीक उसी तरह 2013 जनवरी के अंदर नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया को खत्म करने के लिए भी निर्देश जारी की गई थी। ऐसे में अदालत के निर्देश का पालन न कर राज्य सरकार परीक्षा करने के लिए योजना बनाने की बात पर अगस्त 28 तारीख को एक अदालत अवमानना मामला दायर हुआ था। इसके चलते माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद यानी बोर्ड इस परीक्षा को टाल दिया था। अब बोर्ड फिर से दो दिसंबर 2 को ओटीइटी परीक्षा कराने का निर्णय लिया है। अभी राज्य में और 11 जिलों में शिक्षा सहायकों की नियुक्ति होनी है, ऐसे में बोर्ड के निर्णय को चुनौती देकर हाईकोर्ट में एक रीट अपील मंगलवार को की गई है। इसमें सिंगल जज की राय एवं ओटीइटी परीक्षा को चुनौती देकर यह मामला दायर किया गया है। भुजेन्द्र प्रसन्न मलिक एवं अन्य की ओर से यह मामला दायर किया गया है। वकील आन्दोलन के चलते तमाम प्रार्थी निजी तौर पर मुख्य न्यायाधीश जस्टिस वी.गोपाल गौड़ एवं जस्टिस विश्वनाथ महापात्र को लेकर गठित पीठ के समक्ष हाजिर होकर अदालत का ध्यान केंद्रीत किए थे। अदालत इस मामले की सुनवाई आगामी गुरुवार को करने के लिए तय किया है।
