Beena verma, petitioner is present in person. She submits that she would argue her case herself.
In view of the above, vakalatnama of the counsel for the petitioner is discharged.
Heard petitioner in person, learned Standing counsel for respondents no. 1 and 2 and Sri Sandeep Kumar Yadav, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 3.
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that she had
earlier applied for Assistant Teacher in Primary Schools and had submitted her original testimonials therein. She
thereafter also applied for appointment as Assistant Teacher (Maths and Science) in Senior Basic Schools but was not allowed to participate in the counselling held on 7.1.2015 on the ground that she is not possessed of original testimonials.The submission of the petitioner is that once the original testimonials were presented in the counselling for the Assistant Teacher in Primary Schools, she is not supposed to reproduce them in the counselling Senior Basic Schools.�
Learned Standing counsel accepts that the petitioner had duly furnished her original testimonials in the counselling for Assistant Teacher� for Primary Schools and in view of the Government Order on the subject she is not required to produce the original testimonials again in the counselling for the purposes of appointment as Assistant Teacher in Senior Basic Schools.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the
writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the second or subsequent counselling scheduled to be held hereinafter for appointment of Assistant Teachers, Senior Basic Schools on the basis of the attested testimonials without insisting for the originals which have already been submitted by the petitioner during counselling of Assistant Teacher (Primary Schools).The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
