Tripura Govt lost 10,323 teachers case ! Supreme Court cancels all teachers' jobs after December 31st, 2017, opposition demands Manik Sarkar’s resignation
AGARTALA, March 29 (TIWN): Tripura Govt lost the illegally appointed 10,323 teachers case on Wednesday at the Supreme Court. Manik Sarkar led CPI-M Govt’s biggest face loss caused due to Chief Minister’s arrogance in accepting Tripura High Court’s May 7,2014 verdict in cancelling 10323 illegally appointed teacher jobs.SC divisional bench chaired by Justice Adharsha Kumar Goel and Uday Umesh Lalit heard a petition filed by advocate Salman Khurshid. Supreme Court ordered for further TET Examination within 31st December, 2017 for all the teachers who lost their jobs,said the Law Secretary Datamohon Jamatia. But Education Minister cum Law Minister Tapan Chakraborty has TURNED OFF his mobile out of frustration and escaping to wrath of masses. On Govt side, there was Advocate P P Rao and on behalf of 10,323 Lawyer Rajib Dhaon and J P Kamad were present. Reportedly, in total 10,323 teachers' jobs were cancelled by Tripura High Court in 2014 on May 7 after spotting irregularities in the recruitment process following a section of deprived qualified youths for the posts.

Because of the corruption of Manik Sarkar & Co Hon'ble Supreme Court today dismissed the jobs of 10323 teachers jobs upholding the Tripura High Court's judgement of 7th May 2014. We will very soon file Writ Petition in the High Court demanding CBI probe against Chief Minister Manik Sarkar and other corrupt officials , who are the culprits of the irregularities involved in the recruitment of these teachers' jobs," said State BJP President Biplab Kumar Deb. Talking exclusively to TIWN over phone on Wednesday night Biplab Deb said ," It is due to the irregularities and corruption Manik Sarkar led CPI-M govt the fate of the 10323 teachers are now at stake although these teachers are not at all guilty. "
