Petitioner claims to have applied online for her transfer from District Sonebhadra to District Chitrakoot. She claims to be working on the post of Assistant Teacher in Primary School Ghasiabasti(Poorvi Tola) Vikas Khand Duddhi District Sonebhadra.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has applied for transfer online before the Secretary Basic Siksha Parishad, U.P. Allahabad but no decision has been communicated to her. He has brought on record the online application made by the petitioner in this regard by means of supplementary affidavit.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the� Secretary Basic Siksha Parishad, U.P. Allahabad to pass appropriate order on the online application of the petitioner within three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
