Information sought:-
The appellant wants the following information:-
1. Under which U.P. Rule/Bye law, direction was given by you for 88000 senior B.T.C. in regard to
appointment of senior teachers.
2. Why stay is ordered by you (U.P. government) for vacancy of 66000 Senior B.T.C. Primary Teachers?
provide information with details
3. At present there is vacancy of 1,50,000 primary teachers. how these vacancies can be filled?
4. Through regular B.T.C. 14,000 teachers, get ready by training within 2 year. Then how vacancy of
1,50,000 post can be filled immediately.
5. without selection by B.T.C. how the policy of “Sarv Siksha Abhiyan” can be made successful.
Ground of the Complaint: The complainant is not satisfied with the information received from PIO and hence the complaint.

Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present
Complainant: Mr. Hariom Sharma;
Respondent : Mrs. Reetu Singh, Public Information Officer & Under Secretary;
The PIO admits that information on query-1 & 2 would be available with the Department. There is no apparent reasons as to why this information was not provided by the then PIO Ms. Nalini Rajotya.
Decision:The complaint is allowed.

The present PIO Mrs. Reetu Singh is directed to provide the information to the Complainant on query-1 & 2 as per available record before 30 July 2011.

The issue before the Commission is of not supplying the complete, required information by the then
PIO Ms. Nalini Rajotya within 30 days as required by the law.
From the facts before the Commission it is apparent that the then PIO is guilty of not furnishing
information within the time specified under sub-section (1) of Section 7 by not replying within 30 days, as per the requirement of the RTI Act. It appears that the then PIO’s actions attract the penal provisions of Section 20 (1). A show cause notice is being issued to her, and she is directed give her reasons to the Commission to show cause why penalty should not be levied on her.
The then PIO Ms. Nalini Rajotya will present herself before the Commission at the above address on
11 July 2011 at 2.30am alongwith her written submissions showing cause why penalty should not be
imposed on her as mandated under Section 20 (1). She will also submit proof of having given the
information to the appellant.

If there are other persons responsible for the delay in providing the information to the Appellant the PIO is directed to inform such persons of the show cause hearing and direct them to appear before the Commission with her.
This decision is announced in open chamber.
Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.
Any information in compliance with this Order will be provided free of cost as per Section 7(6) of RTI Act.

702 रिक्त पदों पर आवेदन आमंत्रित
संघ लोक सेवा आयोग ने कंबाइंड मेडिकल सर्विसेज परीक्षा 2012 के तहत एमबीबीएस परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण आवेदकों से 702 पदों को भरने के लिए आवेदन पत्र आमंत्रित किए हैं। आवेदक को एमबीबीएस की प्रायोगिक और लिखित दोनों परीक्षा पास किया होना अनिवार्य है। इसके लिए आवेदन भेजने की अंतिम तिथि 23 अप्रैल, 2012 है।

सर्वशिक्षा अभियान के तहत चंडीगढ़ में 653 शिक्षकों के पद रिक्तग्रेजुएट के साथ टीईटी पास अभ्यार्थियों के लिए चंडीगढ़ सर्वशिक्षा अभियान के तहत शिक्षकों के 635 रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए आवेदन पत्र आमंत्रित किए गए हैं। आवेदन योग्य आवेदकों के लिए आवेदन भेजने की अंतिम तिथि 3 अप्रैल, 2012 है।

नवोदय विद्यालय में 532 शिक्षकों की जरूरतदेशभर में फैले नवोदय स्कूलों में विभिन्न विषयों जैसे संगीत, कला, लाइब्रेरी, पीईटी समेत विभिन्न भाषाओं के शिक्षकों के 532 पदों को भरा जाना है। ग्रेजुएट, पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट, बीएड, बीएफए, डीपीएड योग्यताधारी उम्मीदवार इन पदों के लिए 22 अप्रैल, 2012 तक आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

साउथ ईस्टर्न कोलफील्ड्स में 200 पदों पर भर्तीसाउथ ईस्टर्न कोलफील्ड्स लिमिटेड में सिक्योरिटी गार्ड के 200 पद रिक्त हैं, मैट्रिक योग्यताधारक उम्मीदवार 20 अप्रैल तक आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

इंस्टीटय़ूट ऑफ लीवर एंड बिलियरी साइंसेज में 143 पद रिक्तएमडी, एमएस, डीएम, एमसीएच, एमडीएस योग्यताधारक छात्रों के लिए इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ लीवर एंड बिलियरी साइंसेज में विभिन्न पदों के 143 पद रिक्त हैं। इन पदों को भरने के लिए आवेदन पत्र आमंत्रित किए गए हैं। यहां पर आवेदन भेजने की अंतिम तिथि 25 अप्रैल, 2012 है।

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan will be conducting interviews for the  posts of  Trained Graduate Teachers (English, Hindi, Social Studies, Science, Sanskrit and Maths) for the year 2011-2012.  The interviews for the posts of Trained Graduate Teachers (English, Hindi, Social Studies, Science, Sanskrit and Maths) will be held  from 12th March, 2012 to 16th March, 2012 .  The candidates have been short-listed on the basis of  their performance in the Preliminary written examination held on 12th February, 2011 and Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) held on 26th June, 2011.  The shortlisted candidates are requested to appear for an interview as per the interview schedule.  The venue for the Interviews is “Kendriya Vidyalaya, J.N.U. MCD Delhi Primary Teacher Recruitment Scam : 7 Teachers Arrested

प्राथमिक शिक्षक भर्ती घोटाले में सात शिक्षक गिरफ्तार(MCD Delhi Primary Teacher Recruitment Scam : 7 Teachers Arrested)

दिल्ली के उत्तर-पश्चिम जिला पुलिस ने एमसीडी प्राथमिक शिक्षक भर्ती में घोटाले का पर्दाफाश किया है.

पुलिस ने इस मामले में सात शिक्षकों को गिरफ्तार किया है. सभी शिक्षक अनुबंध पर रखे गए थे. पकड़े गए शिक्षकों में गिरोह का सरगना नौ वर्ष से कार्यरत है.

नवनियुक्त शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति पर शक होने पर शिक्षा अधिकारी ने इसकी शिकायत जहांगीरपुरी थाने में की थी. आरोपियों से पांच नियुक्ति पत्र, शिक्षा अधिकारी की मुहर, 75 हजार रुपए नकद बरामद हुए. पुलिस गिरोह के अन्य लोगों की तलाश कर रही है.


उत्तर-पश्चिम जिला पुलिस के अतिरिक्त पुलिस उपायुक्त रोमिल बानियां के अनुसार एमसीडी में अनुबंध पर रखे गए प्राथमिक शिक्षक भर्ती घोटाले में सात शिक्षकों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है. गिरफ्तार शिक्षकों में सचिन, संजीव व सुरेश सभी हरियाणा निवासी, अशोक, बिहार निवासी आफताब, आरा, बिहार निवासी सुनील कुमार, बिहार निवासी राणा भूषण उर्फ संतोष हैं.
