Is bich aaj court me judge Tandon k bato se phir suspention creat ho gaya. Har parti ise apne fever me bata raha hai, but why anybody not thought why goverment not release the add? I think about this deaply and reached these conclusion plz read carefully and give your thought..............

(1)Govt cancel old add but they want to defend their decesion successfully. So they search the way to defend their work.
(2)But govt does not find. This is the reasion of dely.
(3)If govt find the way they submit add in the court on next hearing.
(4)If govt not find what happen?

I thought govt ko koi rasta nahi dikh raha isliye add aane me deri ho rahi hai. Ab judge bhi apne manmarji nahi kar sakte bcoz lucknow me writ pad gayi hai agar iska faisla tet k pach me aata hai to tumtum ki badnami hogi. Is karan use bhi soch kar hi nirnay dena hoga .

Ek bat aur aakhir court ne old add ki tarah svbtc btc ka add hamare add k sath nikalne par virodh kyo kiya?

Priyanshu Gupta Abhi govt. Ne niyamawali me jo sanshodhan kiya hai,kewal dakhil kiya hai court ne accept nahi. Jab dono paksha bahas kar lenge tab ye court decide karega ke niyamawali me amenment accept kiya jaye ya nahi. Abhi tak govt. Lawyer aur writ karne wale lawyer ke bahas court me hui he nahi hai. Add. Aa jane ke baad ye bahas hogi aur tandon je judgement denge ke niyamawali me amenment sahi hai ya nahi.

दूरदर्शन- एआईआर में होगी 1,150 पदों पर नियुक्तियां

नयी दिल्ली : राष्ट्रीय प्रसारक प्रसार भारती ने एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल करते हुए आज कहा कि वह ऑल इंडिया रेडियो और दूरदर्शन के कामकाज को बेहतर बनाने के लिए 1,150 पदों को भरेगी.
प्रसार भारती ने एक बयान में कहा, ‘‘ सरकार ने दूरदर्शन और ऑल इंडिया रेडियो के कार्यक्रम निर्माण और तकनीकी शाखा में 1,150 पदों को भरने की मंजूरी प्रदान कर दी है.’’ प्रसारी भारती ने कहा, ‘‘ ये पद उन 3,452 आवश्यक श्रेणी के पदों में शामिल है जिसे वर्तमान वित्त मंत्री पी चिदंबरम के नेतृत्व वाले मंत्रियों के समूह (जीओएम) ने 2011 में मंजूर किया था.’’
अधिकांश पद समूह बी और समूह सी से संबंधित है जिसे कर्मचारी चयन आयोग की ओर से भरा जायेगा जबकि कुछ पदों को प्रसार भारती भर्ती बोर्ड भरेगी. अधिकारियों ने कहा कि भर्ती प्रक्रिया अगले वर्ष के मध्य तक पूरी हो जायेंगी. प्रसार भारती के सीईओ जवाहर सरकार ने कहा, ‘‘पिछले 15 वर्षो में दूरदर्शन और ऑल इंडिया रेडियो में युवाओं को भर्ती करने से संबंधित यह पहली अहम पहल है.’

इलाहाबाद : बीटीसी व विशिष्ट बीटीसी अभ्यर्थियों को टीईटी से अलग रख सहायक अध्यापक के रूप में नियुक्ति की मांग में दाखिल याचिकाओं पर इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय ने अपना निर्णय सुरक्षित कर लिया है। यह आदेश न्यायमूर्ति अशोक भूषण तथा न्यायमूर्ति अभिनव उपाध्याय की खण्डपीठ ने प्रभाकर सिंह व अन्य की विशेष अपील पर दिया है।

याचियों का कहना है कि वे 1981 की नियमावली के अंतर्गत सहायक अध्यापक के पद पर नियुक्ति की अर्हता रखते हैं। वर्ष 2007-2008 में विशिष्ट बीटीसी में चयनित उन अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति दे दी गई जिन्होंने डायट से प्रशिक्षण कोर्स पूरा कर लिया था किंतु उसी चयन प्रक्रिया के अंतर्गत प्रशिक्षण के लिए चयनित अन्य अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति नहीं दी गई क्योंकि इन्होंने बाद में प्रशिक्षण पूरा किया।

याची का कहना है कि 2011 में नियमावली में संशोधन कर विज्ञापन के जरिए नियुक्ति की व्यवस्था दी गई है। वह अपीलार्थियों पर लागू नहीं होगी क्योंकि 1999 से 2011 तक सहायक अध्यापक पद पर बिना विज्ञापन के नियुक्ति की गई है। याचीगण 2011 से पहले सहायक अध्यापक पद पर नियुक्ति के लिए अर्ह थे जिसका लाभ उन्हें मिलना चाहिए। याचिका पर अधिवक्ता अशोक खरे, शैलेंद्र, क्षेत्रेश चंद्र शुक्ल, शशिनंदन आदि ने पक्ष रखा। राज्य सरकार के अपर महाधिवक्ता सीबी यादव का कहना था कि 2011 की नियमावली के अंतर्गत याचीगण अध्यापक नियुक्ति की अर्हता नहीं रखते। अब टीईटी करना अनिवार्य है। चयनित होने मात्र से किसी को नियुक्ति पाने का अधिकार नहीं मिल जाता। याचियों का चयन प्रशिक्षण के लिए हुआ था जो नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया का हिस्सा नहीं है। बिना टीईटी उत्तीर्ण किए याचियों की नियुक्ति की मांग सही नहीं है। याचिका का प्रतिवाद रिजवान अली अख्तर व राजीव जोशी ने किया

Teachers protest against Bihar government over clash in Nitish’s Yatra

Bihar Teachers Regularization of Contract Teachers -

Patna: An apex body of primary teachers in Bihar government schools on Monday staged demonstration in Patna in protest against the "repressive measures" of the state government against contractual teachers for protesting during the Chief Minister's 'Adhikar Yatra' in the districts.

Leaders of Bihar Rajya Prathmik Shikshak Sangh (BRPSS) sat on a dharna at R-Block in Patna to express solidarity with the contractual teachers and to oppose alleged repressive measures like termination of services of some teachers for participating in the stir during the Chief Minister's tour.

"Primary teachers body will not tolerate the stringent action by the state government against the contractual teachers who have been agitating for a just demand like regularisation of service and parity in salaries and perks with regular teachers," BRPSS president Mrityunjaya Prasad Sharma Sharma said.

Demanding withdrawl of orders for sacking of some contractual teachers within 15 days, he said that about 73,000 regular teachers will resort to agitation if their demand was not met.

Sharma also demanded that the state government should implement equal pay for equal work for the primary teachers too.

Contractual teachers had demonstrated before the Chief Minister in several districts during his 'Adhikar Yatra' to demand parity in salaries and allowances with regular teachers.

The state government had lodged FIRs against some protesting teachers and initiated disciplinary actions against hundreds of such teachers.

TNTET : Candidates breathe easy after second teachers’ test

Several candidates were unsure of what to expect in the supplementary examination of the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) held on Sunday.

S. Janaki was one of the 41,120 candidates who wrote the examination in Chennai. She, like many others whose spirits were dampened after the first TET in July, did not come out disappointed this time.

R. Senthamarai, who attempted Paper I, meant for those intending to teach classes I to V, was relieved that she was able to complete the paper.

“I even had time to recheck the answers. Unlike the first TET, the difficulty level in the mathematics section had come down. However, some questions in the child development and pedagogy section were unclear,” she said.

In July, the difficulty level of the mathematics questions, insufficient time to work out sums and long-winded questions in English in the first TET were among the principal problems which candidates pointed out. J. Sheeba, though unsure of her chances of making it for recruitment based on the new criteria said that as far as the paper was concerned, she performed significantly better this time around. “We had time to read the questions in English and answer them. I had also prepared harder this time,” she said.

While candidates who wrote Paper I had mixed feelings about the difficulty levels, most who wrote Paper II in the afternoon — meant for those seeking appointment in classes XI and XII — said that they were hopeful of scoring a handsome mark.

“I am a Tamil major and found English a little difficult. But, I did the rest of the paper well and hope to score over 100 in the 150 mark paper,” said T. Saraswathi. Mary Francisca, echoing the views of several others said that Tamil was especially tough in Paper II. Visually-impaired candidates who were not awarded additional time in July’s exam also said that they were able to complete the paper. P. Sasikala and P. Radha who are currently pursuing her Masters said that they had good scribes, sufficient time, and a reasonably easy paper to answer.

But, there were also several like S. Rajendran who was upset that seniority has been scrapped as a criteria and higher secondary examination marks been brought into the equation. He said that he has been a teacher for over a decade “I wrote Paper II last time as well, but taking class XII marks into account will only put those like us at a disadvantage. We also have to score above 90 per cent in the examination to get the 60 per cent weightage,” he said, like several others who have over a decade of experience, and felt that they were unfairly been put at par with those who have graduated recently.

However, according to the chief educational officer’s office there were as many as 8,339 absentees across the 85 centres in Chennai district. Around 20,043 new candidates and over six lakh candidates who did not clear the first TET held in July were expected to appear for Sunday’s supplementary examination across the state according to the TRB.

The examination has been mandated under the Right to Education Act for appointment of teachers for classes I to VIII post August 23, 2010 and TRB was appointed a nodal agency to conduct the examination in the State

LT Grade : प्रशिक्षित स्नातक शिक्षकों के वेतन में हुई बढ़ोतरी

लखनऊ। प्रदेश सरकार ने राजकीय व सहायता प्राप्त शिक्षण संस्थाओं में प्रशिक्षित स्नातक शिक्षकों (एलटी शिक्षकों) को बड़ी राहत दे दी है। उनको वेतन बैंड दो से निकाल कर वेतन बैंड तीन में कर दिया गया है। इससे मूल वेतन बढ़ जाएगा। अब उन्हें वेतन बैंड तीन के तहत 15600-39100 रुपये का स्केल मिलेगा।
वेतन समिति की सिफारिश पर वर्ष 2009 में एलटी शिक्षकों को वेतनबैंड एक से निकालकर वेतनबैंड दो में करते हुए 9300-34800 रुपये का स्केल दिया था। असल में केंद्र द्वारा पिछले दिनों इस श्रेणी के शिक्षकों को वेतनबैंड-तीन में रख कर वेतनमान 15600-39100 किया था। जबकि ग्रेड पे पहले की तरह 5400 रुपये रखा गया है। केंद्र की तर्ज पर प्रदेश सरकार ने इसी के अनुरूप फैसला लिया। वित्त विभाग ने शासनादेश जारी कर दिया है।

+ HRA - 60% in Noida (Group A cities as I heard) + Transport Allowance approx 4200 (in Noida)
+ CPF contrbution , 10% Govt = 2100 + Employee Contribution 2100 + Other Leave Benefits (EL,CL,HPL, CCL etc. )
= Approx. Rs. 45000 to 50,000
+ 3% increment in salary every year
