टीईटी मामले में विचार करने के आदेश

विधि संवाददाता, लखनऊ : उच्च न्यायालय की लखनऊ पीठ ने राज्य सरकार को टीईटी मामले में विचार करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। टीईटी उत्तीर्ण लोगों को सहायक शिक्षक नियुक्त किये जाने की मांग वाली याचिका पर सरकार से कहा है कि अन्य आदेश के प्रकाश में याची के चयन पर भी विचार किया जाए।यह आदेश न्यायमूर्ति पंकज मित्तल ने याची रितु सिंह की ओर से दायर याचिका पर दिए हैं। याचिका प्रस्तुत कर आरोप लगाया गया कि सर्वोच्च न्यायालय द्वारा दिए गए दिशानिर्देशों के तहत याची उपयुक्त है। कहा गया कि सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने स्पष्ट किया है कि सामान्य अभ्यर्थियों तथा रिजर्व- अभ्यर्थियों का चयन टीईटी में उत्तीर्ण 70 फीसद व 65 फीसद पाए अभ्यर्थियों का किया जाए। कहा गया कि एक अन्य मामले में उच्च न्यायालय ने भी आदेश जारी किए हैं। अदालत ने याची को भी समान लाभ के तहत नियुक्ति पर विचार किए जाने को कहा है।

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Standing counsel appears for respondents no. 1,2 and 4. Sri Rajiv Singh Chauhan, learned counsel appears for respondents no. 3 and 5.
The dispute in the present writ petition relates to the appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher, Junior Basic School run by Basic Shiksha Parishad, U.P., pursuant to the advertisement dated 30.11.2011.
The petitioner is qualified and eligible for appointment and has obtained more than 70% marks in TET Examination-2011 and is entitle to be considered for appointment pursuant to the directions of the Supreme Court.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite the petitioner being selected in the second round of counselling for district Sitapur she has not been given appointment letter as yet.
A similar writ petition No. S/S 5001 of 2015 (Vivek Kumar and 29 others Vs. State of U.P. and others) has already been entertained in connection with appointment of Assistant Teachers in Junior Basic School pursuant to the advertisement dated 30.11.2011.
Learned counsel for the respondents are directed to file counter affidavit within three weeks. One week thereafter is allowed to the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
Let this writ petition be connected and listed along with writ petition No. S/S 5001 of 2015 (Vivek Kumar and 29 others Vs. State of U.P. and others) for admission/final disposal on expiry of the aforesaid period.
In the meantime the District Basic Education Officer may consider the issuance of appointment letter to the petitioner on verification of the testimonials by the Principal, District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) and that she has been selected in the second counselling. The appointment of the petitioner, if any, shall be subject to decision of the writ petition.

97 /105 कट ऑफ़ मार्क्स के अभ्यर्थी भर्ती में अपनी प्रबल दावेदारी मानते हुए चल रहे हैं , और इनमे से कई अभ्यर्थीयों ने कंटेम्प्ट याचिका भी दाखिल कर दी है ।

दुसरी तरफ कई और पक्ष हैं , जिनमे से कई की काउंसलिंग 97 /105 कट ऑफ से नीचे अंक होने पर भी हो चुकी थी , लेकिन सुप्रीम कोर्ट के पिछले आदेश में आरक्षित श्रेणियों के कई अभ्यर्थी भर्ती से वंचित हो गए ।

एक और गुट है जो 3 लाख पद खाली होने की स्थति में सभी खाली पदों पर टेट पास अभ्यर्थीयों का चाहते हैं ।
और शिक्षा मित्रों के समायोजन को नियमानुसार सही नहीं मान रहे ।
ऐसे में यह न्याय की लड़ाई लाखों लोगो के भविस्य को प्रभावित करेगी , शिक्षा मित्रों तक भी दायरा बढ़ सकता है

उदयपुर |ग्रामीण विकासएवं पंचायती राज विभाग की ओर से तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षक भर्ती (थर्ड ग्रेड) 2013 की कटऑफ 24 फरवरी को जारी होगी। नागौर को छोड़कर शेष सभी की कटऑफ जारी की जाएगी। इस संबंध में उपायुक्त पोखरमल ने आदेश जारी किए हैं। फस्ट लेवल के लिए डॉक्यूमेंट सत्यापन 2 मार्च को और द्वितीय लेवल के तीन मार्च को होंगे। इस परीक्षा की कटऑफ का साढ़े पांच लाख अभ्यर्थियों को इंतजार था। ये परीक्षा 11 अक्टूबर 2013 को 20 हजार पदों के लिए हुई थी। राजस्थान बीएसटीसी शिक्षक संघ के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष उपेन यादव का कहना है कि बेरोजगारों के लिए कटऑफ जारी होना अच्छी खबर है।

तृतीय श्रेणी प्राथमिक और उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय अध्यापक सीधी भर्ती प्रतियोगी परीक्षा-2013 का परिणाम गुरुवार को जारी होगा। प्रथम स्तर कक्षा एक से 5 एवं द्वितीय स्तर स्तर कक्षा 6 से 8 में ऑफलाइन आवेदन करने वाले और जिनका परिणाम पेपर सीरीज कोड वेरिफिकेशन में रोका गया था, उनके परिणाम जारी होंगे। परिणाम विभागीय वेबसाइट www.examtgt.rajasthan.gov.in पर गुरूवार को अपलोड किया जाएगा।

जयपुर | डेढ़साल के इंतजार के बाद तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा-2013 की कटऑफ मंगलवार को जारी होगी। पंचायती राज विभाग विभाग की ओर से 20 हजार पदों के लिए 11 अक्टूबर 2013 को परीक्षा हुई थी। इसके बाद प्रथम लेवल के लिए डॉक्यूमेंट सत्यापन 2 मार्च को और द्वितीय लेवल के 3 मार्च को होंगे। इस परीक्षा की कटऑफ का साढ़े पांच लाख अभ्यर्थियों को इंतजार था। विभाग को 15 अप्रैल तक चयनितों को नियुक्ति देने का काम पूरा करना है

The Union Public Service commission will hold the Geo-Scientist and Geologist Examination 2015 commencing from 23rd May 2015 for recruitment to following posts Geologist in various departments of Government of India. The examination will be held at various centres across the country.

Geologist Group A : 150 posts in Geological Survey of India, Age : 21-32 years as on 01/01/2015
Geophysicist Group A : 40 posts in Geological Survey of India, Age : 21-32 years as on 01/01/2015
Chemist Group A : 50 posts in Geological Survey of India, Age : 21-32 years as on 01/01/2015
Jr. Hydrogeologists (Scientist B) Group A : 29 posts in Central Ground Water Board, Age : 21-35 years as on 01/01/2015

Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Before applying online candidates have to scan the copies of photograph & signature.
2. Log on through the website www.upsconline.nic.in.
3. Click on “ONLINE APPLICATION FOR VARIOUS EXAMINATIONS OF UPSC”.
4. Click on “Part – I/ Part – II Registration”.
5. Read the Important Instructions & fill the form with all the relevant details & submit the application form.
6. After successful registration, a unique registration ID will be allotted, note down the ID & password.
7. Now fill the personal profile, contact details, age relaxation if applicable.
8. Now fill the details of qualification, experience.
9. Now fill the details of Professional Registration, Language, Miscellaneous Module.
10. Now candidate have to choose the Recruitment Test Centre.
11. Now candidates have to upload documents in Document Upload Module
12. After uploading photograph & signature preview the ORA form and check the details carefully.
13. Now click on the submit button
14. Candidates can Pay Online using the Internet banking facility in SBI or other associated banks or can pay through Visa/ Master Debit or Credit card issued by any Bank/ Institution.
15. Here the Transaction ID & Date of Registration details will directly uploaded automatically.
16. Now pay the fee through cash at any branch of State Bank of India through the Pay-in-Slip
17. A transaction ID will be given, again revisit the website and click on the “Click here to view your Previous/ Currently active applications”.
18. Log in by registration ID & password, candidates can see “My Active Application (My draft Application)” link.
19. Now fill the details of transaction ID and Date of Transaction if paid through cash.
20. Click “Continue”, check the details of fee and submit the application.
21. Now take the printout copies of application attach the attested copies of all documents and keep it for future use.

The Union Public Service commission will hold the Indian Economic Service (IES)/ Indian Statistical Service (ISS) Examination commencing from 23rd May 2015 for recruitment to Grade IV of the Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS). (A) Age Limits, Sex and Marital Status:

Age Limit : Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, 2015. Relaxation in the upper age limit as per Govt. of India rules.

Educational Qualifications:
Indian Economic Service -> Post Graduate Degree in Economics/Applied Economics/ Business Economics/ Econometrics from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational Institutes established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grants commission Act, 1956 or a Foreign University approved by the Central Government from time to time.
Indian Statistical Service -> Bachelor's Degree with Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics as one of the subject or a Master's degree in Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/ Applied Statistics from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutes established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grants commission Act, 1956 or a Foreign University approved by the Central government from time to time.

(C) Physical Standards: candidates must be physically fit according to the physical standards for Indian Economic Service / Indian Statistical Service Examination, 2015 as prescribed in the detailed advertisement.

लखनऊ : अर्से से लंबित मांगों का निराकरण न होने पर शिक्षकों में आक्रोश व्याप्त है। वेतनमान समेत 18 सूत्री मांगों को लेकर शिक्षकों ने अब आर-पार की लड़ाई का ऐलान कर दिया है। इसके लिए उत्तर प्रदेशीय जूनियर हाईस्कूल (पूर्व माध्यमिक) शिक्षक संघ के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश भर से आए शिक्षक सोमवार से शिक्षा निदेशक, बेसिक कार्यालय पर धरना-प्रदर्शन कर अपनी आवाज बुलंद करेंगे।

संगठन के महामंत्री योगेश त्यागी ने कहा कि सरकार शिक्षकों की उपेक्षा कर रही है। कई बार शासन स्तर से आश्वासन मिलने के बाद भी अभी तक समस्याओं का निराकरण नहीं किया गया है। योगेश त्यागी ने कहा कि दिसंबर 2008 के बाद 17,140 और 18,150 वेतनमान, एक अप्रैल 2005 के बाद नियुक्त शिक्षकों को पुरानी पेंशन सुविधा का लाभ,

पूर्व की भांति जूनियर हाईस्कूलों के हेड मास्टर को खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी के पद पर पदोन्नति करने समेत 18 मांगें हैं, जिन पर सरकार द्वारा अभी तक विचार नहीं किया गया है।

उन्होंने बताया कि मांगों को लेकर शिक्षा निदेशक, बेसिक कार्यालय निशातगंज में सोमवार से प्रदेश भर से आए शिक्षक अनिश्चित कालीन धरना-प्रदर्शन शुरू करेंगे।

UPTET SARKARI NAUKRI   News -फर्जी टीइटी प्रमाण पत्र लगाकर 37 अभ्यर्थियों ने नियुक्ति पत्र ले लिया

गाजीपुर : फर्जी टीइटी प्रमाण पत्र लगाकर 37 अभ्यर्थियों ने नियुक्ति पत्र ले लिया है और विद्यालयों में कार्यभार ग्रहण भी कर लिया है। यह आरोप टीइटी मेरिट अध्यापक संघ ने लगाया है। इस संबंध में संघ ने शुक्रवार को सरजू पांडेय पार्क में प्रदर्शन किया और जांच कर फर्जी लोगों को बाहर करने की मांग की।
टीइटी संघर्ष मोर्चा के सदस्यों ने जिलाधिकारी सहित, एडीएम एवं बीएसए से मिल पत्रक सौंपा। इसके साथ कथित फर्जी अभ्यर्थियों की सूची भी प्रस्तुत की। कहा कि विभाग ने बिना प्रमाण पत्रों के सत्यापन के ही नियुक्ति पत्र वितरित कर दिया है। इससे फर्जी प्रमाण पत्र वाले नौकरी हथिया लिए और जो सही हैं वह मेरिट में नहीं आ पाए। इस पर एडीएम ने बीएसए को पूरे मामले की जांच कर तीन दिन में रिपोर्ट देने का निर्देश दिया। बीएसए ने कहा कि शीघ्र ही जांच कर इसका खुलासा किया जाएगा। साथ ही विभाग की वेबसाइट पर नियुक्ति की सूची भी अपलोड करने एवं कार्यालय के सूचना पट पर चस्पा करने को कहा। संघ के जिलाध्यक्ष अनिल यादव ने कहा कि इस संबंध में रविवार को लंका मैदान में बैठक कर विचार-विमर्श होगा। इस दौरान सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता डा. अविनाश गौतम, ब्रजभूषण दुबे, उमेश श्रीवास्तव, चंचलेश, श्रवण कुमार, रमायन, पंकज एवं संतोष आदि मौजूद रहे।
