सचिव ने 14 सितम्बर तक जूनियर भर्ती के नियुक्ति पत्र बांटने का एफिडेविट 21 तारीख को इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट में लगा दिया है !
और उसके लिए मुख्य सचिव से अनुमति भी ले ली है !
#कोर्ट ने अंतिम मौका दिया है अन्यथा दोनों सचिव पर अवमानना की कार्यवाही होगी !
#मुझे लगता है अगर कोई बाधा नहीं आई तो सितम्बर में सभी चयनित जूनियर स्कूलों में होंगे !

In paragraph 3 of the
affidavit, it is stated that appointment
letters to the eligible candidates will
be issued by 15th September, 2015.
In view of the afore said situation,
framing of charge is deferred till 15th
September, 2015.
List this case on
16th September, 2015.
In case,
appointment letters are not issued to
the all eligible candidates by 15th
September, 2015, the opposite
parties no. 1 and 2 shall remain
present before the court for framing
the charge.
