Petitioner is one of the applicant for the post of Assistant Teacher advertised vide advertisement dated 30.11.2011 for filling up 72825 vacancies in primary institution run by Basic Shiksha Parishad. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner initially appeared in third round of counseling in District Sitapur on 6.11.2014. As there was no vacancy, she could not be selected. Thereafter the petitioner appeared in fourth round of counseling on 13.1.2015 in District Sahajanpur and Hardoi. On 14.1.2015 she appeared in the fourth round of counseling in District Bareilly.The district wise list of selected candidate was prepared however name of the petitioner did not find place� therein and hence this petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now a decision has been taken by the respondent to hold 5th round of counseling.The candidates who had appeared and selected in the fourth round of counseling have not yet been given appointment, the respondents have erred in proceeding for 5th round of counsel without issuing appointment letter to the petitioner and other similarly situated candidates.�
The matter requires consideration.
Shri A.K. Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent is directed to seek instructions from respondent no.2 as to why decision has been taken to hold 5th round of counseling.
Put up tomorrow i.e. 20.3.2015 as fresh.
