Fee: Rs. 100/-. No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women and Ex-Serviceman. Fee will be paid only in the form of "Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)" These stamps are available at the counter of all Departmental Post Offices of the country.  प्रमुख संवाददाता कर्मचारी चयन आयोग की संयुक्त हायर सेकेंड्री स्तरीय भर्ती परीक्षा (सीएचएसएल) 2014 में दीर्घ उत्तरीय परीक्षा के लिए सफल किए गए कुल अभ्यर्थियों में 49 प्रतिशत ओबीसी यानी अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के हैं। आयोग ने कुल 50780 अभ्यर्थियों को सफल किया है। इनमें ओबीसी की संख्या 24798 हैं। सफल हुए ओबीसी अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या सामान्य (अनारक्षित) कोटे में सफल अभ्यर्थियों की तुलना में ढाई गुना से भी अधिक है।ऐसी स्थिति सामान्य श्रेणी के लिए निर्धारित कटऑफ में ओबीसी अभ्यर्थियों के आने की वजह से हुई है। सामान्य का कटऑफ 120.25 नंबर तय किया गया था जबकि ओबीसी का 107.50 नंबर था। सामान्य कोटे में 9817 और ओबीसी कोटे में 11711 अभ्यर्थी सफल हुए हैं। ओबीसी श्रेणी के 13087 अभ्यर्थी ऐसे रहे, जिन्हें सामान्य के लिए निर्धारित कटऑफ के बराबर अंक मिले। इस प्रकार सफल ओबीसी अभ्यर्थियों की कुल संख्या 24798 हो गई, जो की सामान्य की तुलना में ढाई गुना से भी अधिक है। सामान्य के कटऑफ में सिर्फ ओबीसी ही नहीं एससी और एसटी अभ्यर्थी भी आए हैं। एससी का कटऑफ सामान्य से लगभग 25 अंक कम 94.75 था। इस कोटे में 6422 अभ्यर्थियों को सफल किया गया जबकि 1107 एससी अभ्यर्थियों ने सामान्य के लिए निर्धारित कटऑफ में जगह बनाई। लिहाजा कुल सफल एससी अभ्यर्थी 7529 रहे। इसी तरह एसटी के 160 अभ्यर्थी भी सामान्य के लिए निर्धारित कटऑफ में स्थान बनाकर सफल हुए।

 Government of India, Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has published  Central Police Organisation (CPO) 2015 Examination Notification for Recruitment of Sub Inspectors (SI) and Assistant Sub Inspectors (ASI) - 2015. SSC will hold CPO 2015 Exam for filling up 2902 Vacancies of SI in Delhi Police & CAPFs and Assistant SI in CISF and IO in NCB 2015. Eligible Indian Nationals are required to fill Two Parts of Online Registration on or before 25th April 2015 (Part-I) and 28th April 2015 (Part-II).

Written Examination: The Date of Examination is 21st June 2015 (Sunday). The Deduction of 0.25 marks will be made for each incorrect answer marked on OMR Answer Sheet.

(c) Long Jump - 3.65 metres in 3 chances.
(d) High Jump - 1.2 metres in 3 chances.
(e) Shot put (16 Lbs) - 4.5 metres in 3 chances.
For Female Candidates –>
(a) 100 metres race in 18 seconds.
(b) 800 metres race in 4 minutes.
(c) Long Jump - 2.7 metres (9 feet) in 3 chances.
(d) High Jump - 0.9 metres (3 feet) in 3 chances.
Application Fee: Rs.100/- payable through "Central Recruitment Fee Stamps(CRFS)" in case of Off-line or SBI Challan or Online payment through State Bank of India for Online applications. No fee for SC / ST / Ex-Serviceman and all category Women Candidates.

सीजीएल टीयर-1 का रिजल्ट घोषित, 142642 सफल

इलाहाबाद (ब्यूरो)। कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ने संयुक्त स्नातक स्तरीय भर्ती-2014 टीयर-1 का परिणाम शनिवार को घोषित कर दिया। टीयर-2 के लिए 142642 अभ्यर्थी सफल हुए हैं। इसके बाद टीयर-2 की परीक्षा 11 और 12 अप्रैल को प्रस्तावित है। नकल की वजह से जयपुर में दोबारा परीक्षा करानी पड़ी थी। इसकी वजह से रिजल्ट आने में चार महीने लग गए।

इनमें से 77577 अभ्यर्थी सांख्यिकी अन्वेषक / कम्पाइलर पद के लिए होने वाली तीसरे चरण की परीक्षा के लिए भी सफल हुए हैं।कुल सफल होने वाले अभ्यर्थियों में 37542 सामान्य, 59581 ओबीसी, 24581 एससी तथा 11109 एसटी हैं। सफल होने वाले 24347 ओबीसी अभ्यर्थी ऐसे हैं जिन्हें सामान्य की मेरिट के बराबर अंक मिले हैं। 19 और 26 अक्तूबर व 16 नवंबर को हुई परीक्षा में 13 लाख एक हजार 391 अभ्यर्थी शामिल हुए थे।

आयोग ने 24 और 25 जनवरी को टीयर-2 परीक्षा कराने की घोषणा की थी लेकिन जयपुर में 18 जनवरी को दोबारा परीक्षा करानी पड़ी। इसकी वजह से परिणाम समय से नहीं निकल सका और टीयर-2 की परीक्षा टालनी पड़ी।

एसएससी ने जारी किए पद, आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 21 फरवरी, परीक्षा चार अक्तूबर को 

 

इलाहाबाद (ब्यूरो)। कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (एसएससी) ने केंद्रीय सुरक्षा बलों में 62390 पदों पर भर्ती की घोषणा की है। आयोग की ओर से बीएसएफ, सीआईएसएफ, सीआरपीएफ, एसएसबी, आईटीबीपी, असम राइफल्स, एनआईए और एसएसएफ के लिए अलग-अलग पदों की घोषणा की है। इन पदों के लिए आवेदन प्रक्रिया 24 जनवरी से शुरू होकर 21 फरवरी तक चलेगी। आयोग की ओर से दसवीं पास अभ्यर्थियों के लिए नए वर्ष में बड़ी सौगात दी है। एसएससी की ओर से सिपाही भर्ती परीक्षा का आयोजन चार अक्तूबर को ऑफलाइन एवं ऑनलाइन किया जाएगा। सिपाही भर्ती के लिए आवेदन ऑनलाइन एवं ऑफलाइन दोनों तरीके से किया जाएगा।

कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ने सिपाही भर्ती परीक्षा का आयोजन काम के बोझ के चलते 2013-14 में कराने से मना कर दिया था। इसके बाद केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय के निर्देश के बाद आयोग ने 2015 में सिपाही भर्ती परीक्षा की जिम्मेदारी संभाल ली है। आयोग की ओर से जारी सिपाही भर्ती के दसवीं पास एवं 18 से 23 वर्ष आयु सीमा के युवा आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आयु सीमा की गणना एक अगस्त 2015 से की जाएगी। चयन लिखित, मेडिकल एवं शारीरिक परीक्षा के जरिए होगा।

इलाहाबाद (ब्यूरो)। कर्मचारी चयन आयोग की कंबाइंड हायर सेकेंडरी लेवल भर्ती-2014 (सीएचसएल) भर्ती की पूरी परीक्षा पर सवाल खड़ा हो गया है। आयोग ने देश के 79 केंद्रों की परीक्षा निरस्त कर दी है जबकि नकल की शिकायतें ज्यादातर जिलों में रही। इसके अलावा बरेली समेत कई जिलों में नकल कराने वाले जालसाजों का नेटवर्क भी पकड़ा गया था जिनका जाल पूरे देश में फैला हुआ हैै। इसके बावजूद सिर्फ 79 केंद्रों की परीक्षा स्थगित किए जाने से अभ्यर्थियों में नाराजगी है। अभ्यर्थियों का कहना है कि पूरी परीक्षा दोबारा कराई जानी चाहिए।

आयोग ने कई चरणों में सीएचएसएल परीक्षा कराई थी और हर चरण में नकल की शिकायत हुई थी। इसके मद्देनजर आयोग ने 79 केंद्रों पर दोबारा परीक्षा कराने का निर्णय लिया है। इलाहाबाद क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय के अंतर्गत उत्तर प्रदेश और बिहार में 19 केंद्रों की परीक्षा निरस्त की गई है। इलाहाबाद में दो केंद्रों की परीक्षा निरस्त की गई है।
इन केंद्रों पर दोबारा 15 फरवरी को परीक्षा होगी। इसके लिए अभ्यर्थियों के प्रवेश पत्र 31 जनवरी तक अपलोड कर दिए जाएंगे। क्षेत्रीय निदेशक जेपी गर्ग ने बताया कि जिन केंद्रों पर दोबारा परीक्षा होनी है उनकी सूची सोमवार को जारी कर दी जाएगी।

इसके विपरीत आयोग की ओर से सिर्फ 79 केंद्रों की परीक्षा निरस्त करने के फैसले को बचाव में उठाया गया कदम बताया जा रहा है। संयुक्त स्नातक स्तरीय परीक्षा में भी इसी तरह की शिकायत हुई थी लेकिन आयोग ने अभ्यर्थियों के आरोपों पर गौर नहीं किया।
इसके बाद अभ्यर्थी कोर्ट चले गए। फिर न्यायालय के आदेश पर दोबारा परीक्षा करानी पड़ी। विकास सिंह, रोहित माथुर, चंदन सिंह, अमरेंदु आदि अभ्यर्थियों का कहना है कि बरेली तथा अन्य जगहों पर पकड़े गए जालसाजों ने लाखों रुपये लेकर व्यापक नकल की बात स्वीकार की है। ऐसे में सिर्फ कुछ केंद्रों का परीक्षा निरस्त करना न्याय नहीं होगा।

SSC : एसएससी परीक्षा का पैटर्न बदलने की तैयारी


 इलाहाबाद : देश में केंद्रीय विभागों के लिए योग्य उम्मीदवार मुहैया कराने वाला कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (एसएससी) परीक्षा पैटर्न में बदलाव की तैयारी में है। इसके पीछे परीक्षा की शुचिता बनाए रखना कारण है। आयोग अब सिर्फ बहुविकल्पीय या विस्तृत उत्तरीय प्रश्नों पर ही निर्भर नहीं रहना चाहता, बल्कि इन दोनों के बीच का रास्ता तलाश रहा है। इसको लेकर आयोग में मंथन शुरू हो गया है।

दरअसल निरंतर अपडेट होती तकनीक के युग में अभ्यर्थी व्हाट्सएप, ब्ल्यूटूथ जैसे माध्यमों से पलक झपकते प्रश्नपत्र को दूर बैठे साथियों तक पहुंचा देते हैं। एसएससी की कई परीक्षाओं में 'मुन्नाभाइयों' के पकड़े जाने की घटना आम है। आयोग इसपर अंकुश लगाने की सारी कवायद कर चुका है पर असफल रहा है। इससे परीक्षा की शुचिता प्रभावित हुई है। यही नहीं सीजीएल 2013 की परीक्षा होने के बाद यह प्रकरण न्यायालय तक पहुंचा तो कोर्ट ने दोबारा परीक्षा कराने का निर्देश दिया। तब 21 अप्रैल व 20 जुलाई को फिर परीक्षा हुई। कर्मचारी चयन आयोग इस फजीहत से आहत है और विशेषज्ञों ने परीक्षा का पैटर्न बदलने पर तेजी से विचार शुरू कर दिया है। इस संबंध में आयोग के क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयों आदि से सुझाव मांगे जा रहे हैं। अभ्यर्थियों की मानें तो आयोग के चेयरमैन एन भट्टाचार्य परीक्षा पैटर्न में बदलाव करने को तैयार हैं। केवल उसे विशेषज्ञों की रिपोर्ट का इंतजार है। ज्ञातव्य है कि 2008 तक इस परीक्षा में विस्तृत उत्तरीय व बहुविकल्पीय दोनों प्रकार के सवाल पूछे जाते थे। 2009 से विशेषज्ञों ने इसमें बदलाव किया और चार चरणों में होने वाली इस परीक्षा में पहले एवं दूसरे चरण की परीक्षा पूरी तरह बहुविकल्पीय आधारित कर दी गई। इस प्रणाली में शातिर अभ्यर्थियों ने सुराग खोज लिये।

पैटर्न तय करने में क्या है पेंच

परीक्षा पैटर्न तय करने में परेशानी यह है कि यदि इसे बहुविकल्पीय रखा जाता है तो आधुनिक तकनीक से परीक्षा की शुचिता को चुनौती मिलती है। यदि विस्तृत उत्तरीय आधार बनाया जाता है तो परीक्षा परिणाम जारी करने में विलंब होता है, क्योंकि कापियां चेक करने देर होती है। यह रास्ता अपनाने पर यूपीएससी की तरह लेटलतीफी तय है। ऐसे में बीच का ही रास्ता निकाला जाना तय है। कहा जा रहा है कि इन दोनों में से कोई एक ही आधार नहीं बनाया जाएगा, बल्कि परीक्षा में दोनों तरीकों का समावेश हो सकता है।

35 हजार अभ्यर्थी हुए पास

इलाहाबाद : कर्मचारी चयन आयोग के मध्य क्षेत्र के अधिकारी जय प्रकाश गर्ग ने बताया कि सीजीएल 2013 की परीक्षा के पहले चरण में करीब 35 हजार अभ्यर्थी पास हुए हैं। इसमें लगभग तीन लाख 41 हजार छात्रों ने परीक्षा दी थी। वहीं 2014 की परीक्षा आगामी 19 और 26 अक्टूबर को होगी। इसमें मध्य क्षेत्र के करीब सात लाख छात्र बैठेंगे।

 Bihar Staff Selection Commission will conduct recruitment for 9,600 posts through BSSC Inter Level exams and 2,834 posts through the graduate-level exams.

Candidates will be selected for the posts based on performance in a preliminary examination, mains examination and skill test.

The applications will begin from June 16 and end on July 22 and will be available online. The last date for submitting application fees is July 19


 बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग, बिहार सरकार के विभिन्न विभागों में कुल 9500 रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए लिखित परीक्षा आयोजित करेगी।

विज्ञापित पदों में फॉरेस्ट गार्ड के 693 पद, एसआई के 165 पद, पंचायत सचिव के 3161 पद, रेवेन्यू क्लर्क के 4353 पद सहित अन्य विभागों की रिक्तियां शामिल हैं।

37 वर्ष तक के युवाओं के लिए है अवसर

आयु सीमा के तहत इन पदों पर आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवार की न्यूनतम आयु सीमा 21 वर्ष तथा अधिकतम आयु सीमा 37 वर्ष है। केवल वनरक्षी के आवेदकों के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा 23 वर्ष है।

आरक्षित वर्ग को आयु सीमा में नियमानुसार छूट प्रदान की गई है। आयु की गणना 1 सितंबर, 2013 से की जाएगी। आवेदन शुल्क के तौर पर सामान्य वर्ग के उम्मीदवार को 300 रुपये तथा आरक्षित वर्ग के उम्मीदवार को 75 रुपये जमा कराना होगा

शैक्षिक योग्यता एवं वेतनमान

इन पदों पर आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवार शैक्षिक तौर पर किसी मान्यताप्राप्त शिक्षा बोर्ड से किसी भी विषय में बारहवीं (इंटर) पास की हो। क्लर्क के पद के लिए आवेदन करने वालों को कंप्युटर पर टंकण का ज्ञान जरूरी है।

तकनीकी शिक्षक के अभ्यर्थी के पास इंटर की योग्यता के साथ ही संबंधित ट्रेड में आईटीआई से सर्टीफिकेट प्राप्त की हो। कुछ पदों के लिए शैक्षिक योग्यता के साथ-साथ शारीरिक योग्यता भी अनिवार्य है।

इन पदों पर चयनित उम्मीदवारों को वेतनमान के तौर पर 5,200-20,200 और पदानुसार ग्रेड पे 2800/2400/2000/1900 रुपये दिया जाएगा

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from any recognised University. (ii) Statistics/ Mathematics / Economics / Commerce subjects in Graduation for the post of Statistical Investigator Gr.II (iii) Bachelor's Degree with Economics or Statistics or Mathematics as compulsory of Elective subject.  For the posts of Assistants (CSS), Computer Proficiency has been prescribed as an essential qualification.

Fee: Rs. 100/-. No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women and Ex-Serviceman. Fee will be paid only in the form of "Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)" These stamps are available at the counter of all Departmental Post Offices of the country.
