टीइटी अभ्यर्थियों ने फूंका अखिलेश का पुतला

मेरठ : टीईटी के अभ्यर्थियों ने शुक्रवार को छोटूराम कालेज के गेट पर सपा नेता अखिलेश यादव का पुतला फूंका।
गत दिनों सपा नेता अखिलेश यादव ने कहा था कि सत्ता में आने पर उनकी सरकार टीईटी यानी शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा को समाप्त कर देगी। इससे प्रदेश भर से इस परीक्षा को पास कर चुके तीन लाख अभ्यर्थियों में भारी प्रतिक्रिया हुई। मेरठ में छात्रों में नाराजगी देखी गई। इस संदर्भ में मेरठ के टीईटी परीक्षा में चयनित करीब 30 अभ्यर्थी दोपहर करीब एक बजे एकत्रित हुए और छोटूराम इंजीनियरिंग कालेज के गेट पर सपा नेता एवं टीईटी को लेकर सरकार का पुतला फूंका। छात्रों का कहना था कि एनसीटीई परीक्षा समाप्त करने के ऐलान से सपा ने परीक्षा की पारदर्शिता को ही कटघरे में ला दिया है। कहा कि पुरानी पद्धति से टेस्ट होने से प्राथमिक शिक्षकों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया में फिर से भ्रष्टाचार व्याप्त होगा। नाराज छात्रों ने एनसीटीई पर राज्य सरकार के रुख की भी आलोचना की। गौरतलब है कि एनसीटी ने उत्तर प्रदेश को 31 दिसंबर के बाद समय विस्तार देने से मना कर दिया था जिसे लेकर टीईटी अभ्यर्थी आक्रोशित थे। इस संदर्भ में 10 फरवरी को मामले की हाइकोर्ट में सुनवाई होगी। उसके बाद ही आगे की स्थिति साफ हो सकेगी। इस मौके पर अजीत बाल्यान, नीरज मलिक, अंकित राठी, अमित मलिक, संजय मलिक, अनुज पूनिया आदि मौजूद रहे।

गाजीपुर। टीईटी उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों की बैठक गुरुवार को सिटी रेलवे स्टेशन स्थित शिव मंदिर पर हुई। इस में सपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव द्वारा कुशी नगर की चुनावी सभा में दिए गए बयान कि, सपा की सरकार बनी तो टीईटी निरस्त कर देंगे की घोर निंदा की गई। बैठक में आक्रोशित अभ्यर्थियों ने कहा कि आगामी चुनाव में सपा को इसके गंभीर परिणाम भुगतने पड़ेंगे। वक्ताओं ने कहा कि अखिलेश यादव एनसीटीई जो कि केंद्रीय संस्था है के दिशा निर्देेशों को दरकिनार कर कैसे प्राथमिक शिक्षको की भर्ती करेंगे। उन्होंने प्राथमिक शिक्षक बनने का सपना देख रहे हजारों टीईटी उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों से एकजुट होकर इसका विरोध करने की अपील करते हुए कहा कि कोई भी व्यक्ति राजनीतिक लाभ लेने के लिए शिक्षित बेरोजगारों के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ करने की कोशिश न करें। इस मौके पर सत्यप्रकाश यादव, शशिकांत यादव, उमेश यादव, प्रफुल राय, सत्येंद्र श्रीवास्तव, राकेश रंजन, राहुल कश्यप, विनय सिंह, अमित श्रीवास्तव, बृजेश, रानी यादव, पूनम राय, अर्चना राय, उर्मिला सिंह यादव आदि लोग उपस्थित थे।

The writ petition filed by the applicants being Writ Petition No.1393 of 2009 was allowed by the learned Single Judge vide judgement and order dated 5.11.2009. The operative operation of the judgement read as follows :
"Writ petition is allowed and the respondents are commanded to consider the claim of the petitioners and such other candidates possessed of Diploma in Teaching granted by the Aligarh Muslim University provided they satisfy all other conditions for appointment as Assistant Teachers in Basic School against the posts covered by Rule 8(4) of 1981 Rules. The respondents are further directed not to make appointment on the posts covered by Rule 8(4) of 1981 Rules from the candidates who have or who may obtain training under the Special BTC Training (Urdu). In the facts of this case it is further necessary to direct the State respondents to initiate proceedings for appointment of Assistant Teachers in primary institutions for teaching Urdu language qua posts covered by Rule 8(4) in as much as it is admitted to the State Government that large number of such posts are lying vacant as per the letters dated 16.02.2005 and 12.04.2005 on record, of the Secretary of the Department. It is to be noted that these letters were written prior to addition of Rule 8(5) to 1981 Rules and, therefore, posts referred to as Urdu teachers therein, are those covered by Rule 8(4) only. The petitioners will be at liberty to apply. Let the entire exercise as indicated above qua both the directions be completed by the respondents concerned from the date a certified copy of this order is filed. "

The State of U.P. assailing the correctness of the order of the learned Single Judge filed an intra court appeal registered as Special Appeal No. (416) of 2010. The Division Bench vide judgement and order dated 27.10.2010 dismissed the said appeal filed by the State. The State further took the matter to the Apex Court by way of Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No.2541 of 2011, which was dismissed by the Apex Court vide order dated 11.7.2011. Thus, the judgement of the learned Single Judge dated 05.11.2009 became final and binding interse parties. As the declaration made in the judgement dated 05.11.2009 and the directions contained therein were not being complied with the present contempt application was filed in which notices were issued on 18th March, 2010. Affidavits have been exchanged between the parties.
The operative portion of the judgement of the learned Single judge is in four parts. Firstly, there is declaration that the applicants who possessed the Diploma in teaching from the Aligarh Muslim University were eligible for being appointed as Assistant Teachers in the Basic School against the post covered by Rule 8(4) of the U.P. Basic Education Teachers Service Rules 1981 (hereinafter referred to as the 1981 Rules). The second part was a direction to the respondents not to make appointments on the post covered by Rule 8(4) of the 1981 Rules from the candidates who have undergone Special B T C Training (Urdu). Third part was a further directions to the State respondents to initiate proceedings for appointment of Assistant Teachers in Primary institution for teaching Urdu language against the post covered by Rule 8(4) of the 1981 Rules as it was an admitted situation that large numbers of such posts were lying vacant. There was further a declaration that the post referred to in the letters dated 16th February, 2005 and 12th April,2005 issued by the Secretary of the Department were posts referable to Rule 8(4) of the 1981 Rules and were to be filled up accordingly.
Non-compliance / disobedience has been alleged in this contempt application in the following manner.
(I) Despite the fact that applicants had been held to be eligible for being appointed as Assistant Teacher in Basic School against posts of Rules 8(4) of the 1981 Rules, the opposite parties have not considered the claim of the applicant on such posts.
(II) The opposite parties have made appointments on the post covered by Rule 8(4) of the 1981 Rules from the candidates who have undergone Special B T C Training (Urdu).
(III) The directions for initiating proceedings for appointment of Assistant Teacher against the posts covered by Rule 8(4) of the 1981 Rules had still not been initiated despite lapse of more than two years.
(IV) After the dismissal of intra Court appeal filed by the State and Special Leave to Appeal filed before the Apex Court in October, 2010 and July 2011 respectively, the opposite parties have continued to make appointments from the Special B.T.C. Training (Urdu) candidates against the post covered by Rule 8(4) of the 1981 Rules. (V) The opposite parties are adding further eligibility condition for the applicants on the basis of certain amendments brought in the year 2010 compelling the applicants to appear for the Teacher Eligibility Test, which test does not apply to the applicants.

सहारनपुर। ये कोई नियुक्तियों की प्रक्रिया नहीं थी और न ही शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा देने वालों की मेरिट सूची ही लगी थी। मगर सेामवार को संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक कार्यालय पर टीईटी अभ्यर्थियों का हुजूम देखकर तो हर कोई हैरान रह गया। यह भीड़ पहुंची टीईटी के प्रमाण पत्र लेने के लिए। उत्तर प्रदेश माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद के क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय की ओर से मिले निर्देशों के अनुरूप 30 जनवरी को अंतिम तिथि मानते हुए यहां सहारनुपर और मुजफ्फरनगर जिलों से लगभग सात हजार अभ्यर्थी पहुंचे। इनमें बड़ी संख्या में महिला आवेदक भी रहीं। प्रमाण पत्र पाने के लिए अभ्यर्थियों का इतना हुजूम देखकर संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक कार्यालय के स्टाफ के भी हाथ पांव फूल गए।

मेरठ : राजकीय इंटर कालेज मेरठ से दो फरवरी तक टीईटी प्राइमरी के प्रमाण पत्र बांटे गए। प्राइमरी के 28 हजार प्रमाण पत्रों में से अभी भी बहुत से अभ्यर्थियों को प्रमाण पत्र नहीं मिल पाए हैं। टीईटी में प्राइमरी और अपर प्राइमरी दोनों परीक्षा देने वाले बहुत से अभ्यर्थियों को दो बार प्रमाण पत्र के लिए चक्कर लगाना पड़ेगा। गुरुवार को प्राइमरी के प्रमाणपत्र बांटने की अंतिम तिथि थी। प्रमाणपत्र लेने के लिए कई अभ्यर्थियों के संबंधी पहुंचे। उनके पास अभ्यर्थी की ओर से कोई अनुमति पत्र न होने की वजह से प्रमाण पत्र नहंी मिल पाया।
राजकीय इंटर कालेज के प्रधानाचार्य वीके ंिसह ने बताया कि 10 फरवरी से टीईटी अपर प्राइमरी के प्रमाण पत्र बांटे जाएंगे। प्राइमरी के प्रमाण पत्र अब कालेज से नहंी बांटे जाएंगे। उन्हें संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक (जेडी) कार्यालय भेज दिया जाएगा। अपर प्राइमरी के करीब 24 हजार प्रमाण पत्र बांटे जाने हैं।
रजिस्टरी पत्र जमा करें पते पर भेज देंगे प्रमाण पत्र -
जेडी मंजू ंिसह ने बताया कि प्राइमरी के बचे प्रमाणपत्र को कैसे भेजा जाना है, इसके विषय में माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद से पूछा जाएगा। फिलहाल यदि किसी को प्रमाण पत्र नहीं मिल पाया है तो वह अपना नाम पता लिखा लिफाफा रजिस्ट्री टिकट लगाकर कार्यालय में जमा कर दें, उस पते पर प्रमाण पत्र भेज दिया जाएगा।

बलिया। सपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव के टीईटी परीक्षा को निरस्त करने के बयान से छात्रों में आक्रोश है। छात्रों ने उनके इस बयान की तीव्र निंदा की है। इसके साथ ही अखिलेश यादव को बयान सुधारने की बात कही है। जारी शिक्षक भर्ती प्रक्रिया को टीईटी प्राप्तांकों के आधार पर करने की मांग की है। इसके पूर्व छात्रों ने टीडी कालेज चौराहे पर सपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष का पुतला फूंककर विरोध किया। इसके उपरांत टीडी कालेज के मैदान में बैठकर कर उनको राजनीति का कच्चा खिलाड़ी कहा।
बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए वक्ताओं ने कहा कि क्या हमारे बीच वोट मांगने वाले नेताओं को ‘टीईटी की अनिवार्यता’ संबंधित कानून की बात पता नहीं है? जब शिक्षक बनने के लिए छात्र टीईटी परीक्षा अपने मेहनत से पास करता है तो उसको रद्द करने वाला बयान छात्रों की योग्यता मेहनत, धन तथा भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ करने वाला है। टीईटी परीक्षा का विरोध करने वाले नेता तथा उनकी पार्टी का छात्र पुरजोर विरोध करेंगे। इस संबंध में व्यापक आंदोलन करने का निर्णय लिया जाएगा।

A tense situation prevailed at the collectorate here on Monday as the agitation organised by B.Ed students protesting against the conduct of the teacher eligibility test (TET) for the last few days, turned violent.

The agitating students attacked the collectorate, damaging the window panes. Police had to resort to a lathicharge to disperse the agitating students and people who came to the collectorate to submit their grievances to the district collector ran in fear.

It may be recalled that BEd students are agitating for the last few days, protesting against the conduct of the TET and demanding that state government allow B.Ed students to appear for the SGT exam.

आगरा, जागरण संवाददाता: बेसिक स्कूलों में शिक्षक बनने की उम्मीद धूमिल होने से बीएड डिग्रीधारकों ने आंदोलन की तैयारी शुरू कर दी है। बुधवार को जीआइसी में टीईटी प्रमाणपत्र लेने आए युवाओं ने मतदान बहिष्कार की चेतावनी दी है। शासन की ओर से शिक्षकों की भर्ती की समय सीमा 31 जनवरी करने के प्रस्ताव को राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद (एनसीटीई) ने खारिज कर दिया है, जबकि टीईटी का रिजल्ट अब आया है। यही नहीं प्राइमरी स्कूलों में भर्ती की प्रक्रिया भी आगे बढ़ गयी है, जिससे बीएड वाले इसमें शिक्षक नहीं बन सकेंगे। बुधवार को जीआइसी में शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा के प्रमाणपत्र लेने आए अभ्यर्थी यह जानकारी मिलने के बाद भड़क उठे। उन्होंने सवाल उठाया कि अब इस प्रमाणपत्र की क्या उपयोगिता है। अभ्यर्थी उदयवीर ने कहा कि शासन ने लापरवाही दिखाते हुए तय समयसीमा में शिक्षक भर्ती प्रक्रिया ही शुरू नहीं की। अभ्यर्थियों ने एक स्वर में मतदान के बहिष्कार की भी घोषणा की। साथ ही शिक्षक भर्ती प्रक्रिया में शामिल न किए जाने पर आंदोलन की चेतावनी दी। वहां मौजूद सुरेश ने मामले में कोर्ट की शरण लेने की भी बात कही।

छिबरामऊ, जागरण प्रतिनिधि : शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिये निर्धारित समय सीमा समाप्त हो जाने के बाद एनसीटीई ने प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा मांगी गई अनुमति को निरस्त कर दिया जिससे अब शिक्षकों की भर्ती लटक गई है। बीएड बेरोजगारों की बैठक में बसपा सरकार के खिलाफ आक्रोश दिखाई दिया।

विशुनगढ़ रोड पर हुई बैठक में मनोज कुमार यादव ने कहा कि बीएड डिग्री धारकों को शिक्षक न बन पाने में राज्य सरकार मुख्य रूप से दोषी है। एनसीटीई ने 23 अगस्त 2010 को अधिसूचना जारी कर बीएड डिग्री धारकों को सीधे शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति करने की अनुमति दी थी। जिसे राज्य सरकार टालने की कोशिश करती रही। बाद में चुनावी लाभ लेने के लिये बसपा सरकार ने यह भर्ती प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी। एनसीटीई ने 1 जनवरी को अंतिम तारीख निर्धारित की थी। अमोल दीक्षित ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने कहा था कि 31 जनवरी तक भर्ती प्रक्रिया पूरी हो जायेगी। एनसीटीई ने 31 जनवरी को अनुमति देने से इंकार कर दिया फिर उसे यह सूचना 2 जनवरी को ही दे देनी चाहिये थी। इससे साबित होता है कि यह भर्ती चुनाव से संबंधित थी। ओमेंद्र यादव ने कहा कि एकजुट होकर सभी इस बारे में निर्णय लें। बैठक में देवकीनंदन मिश्रा, रामेंद्र शर्मा, मीना शर्मा, इंद्रेश यादव, राहुल वर्मा, राहुल अवस्थी, राजीव मिश्रा, मोनू शुक्ला व जयकृष्ण दीक्षित मौजूद रहे।

सपा की सरकार बनी तो टीईटी होगा निरस्त: अखिलेश

कुशीनगर (ब्यूरो)। सपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव बुधवार को कुशीनगर जिले के तूफानी दौरे पर थे। तमकुहीराज, फाजिलनगर, हाटा, रामकोला, पडरौना और कुशीनगर विधानसभा में उन्होंने चुनावी जनसभाआें को संबोधित किया। सपा अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि उनकी सरकार बनी तो टीईटी निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही जिन 16 जातियों का बसपा ने अनुसूचित जाति का दर्जा समाप्त कर दिया था, उनको फिर अनुसूचित जाति में शामिल किया जाएगा। साइकिल का दाम घटाया जाएगा और 65 वर्ष से ऊपर के किसानों को पेंशन दी जाएगी।

बुधवार को जनसभाओं की शुरुआत अखिलेश यादव ने तमकुहीराज विधानसभा क्षेत्र से की। उन्होंने कहा कि सपा की सरकार बनने के बाद बीएड डिग्रीधारकों को अध्यापक बनने के लिए पुन: परीक्षा नहीं देनी पडे़गी। टीईटी समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में साइकिल का एक भी कारखाना नहीं है। समाजवादी पार्टी चीनी मिलों की स्थापना के साथ साइकिल के कारखानों की भी स्थापना कराएगी। साइकिल के दाम कम होंगे। किसानों को बिजली और पानी मुफ्त मुहैया कराएंगे।

इलाहाबाद। विशिष्ट बीटीसी और बीटीसी 2004 सहित सैकड़ों अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा टीईटी परीक्षा के खिलाफ दाखिल विशेष अपील पर अब 14 फरवरी को सुनवाई होगी। टीईटी की बाध्यता से मुक्त रखने और टीईटी में शामिल करने की मांग को लेकर इन अभ्यर्थियों की याचिका एकल पीठ द्वारा खारिज की जा चुकी है। इस पर इन सभी ने विशेष अपील दाखिल की है। याचिका पर मुख्य न्यायाधीश एसआर आलम और न्यायमूर्ति रणविजय सिंह की खंडपीठ सुनवाई कर रही है।

सहायक अध्यापकों की भर्ती मामले में सुनवाई दस को

इलाहाबाद : इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा- टीईटी के सफल अभ्यर्थियों के लिए जारी सहायक अध्यापकों के भर्ती के विज्ञापन को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका पर सुनवाई अब दस फरवरी को होगी। न्यायालय ने स्थगन आदेश की अवधि को बढ़ा दिया है। आज अदालत में राज्य सरकार की ओर से जवाब दाखिल किया गया।
यह आदेश न्यायमूर्ति सुधीर अग्रवाल ने यादव कपिलदेव की याचिका पर दिया है। याचिका में कहा गया कि विज्ञापन जारी करने वाले अधिकारी को विज्ञापन जारी करने का अधिकार नहीं है।
वहीं दूसरी तरफ विशिष्ट बीटीसी वर्ष 2004 और अन्य बीटीसी अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा दाखिल विशेष अपील पर अब सुनवाई 14 फरवरी 12 को होगी। इस मामले की सुनवाई मुख्य न्यायाधीश एसआर आलम व न्यायमूर्ति रणविजय सिंह की अदालत में हो रही है।

गोरखपुर। टीईटी की मार्कशीट चुनाव बाद बटेंगी। अंकपत्र पहुंचने के बाद शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों ने वितरण की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित कर दी है। संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक को मामले की जिम्मेदारी मिली है। शहर के चार स्कूलों से अंकपत्र का वितरण होगा। स्कूलों को सूचना दे दी गई है। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा तिथि तय करते ही वितरण शुरू हो जाएगा। मंडल के 30 हजार से अधिक अभ्यर्थियों ने टीईटी पास किया है।

बरेली। राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज में टीईटी प्रमाणपत्रों के वितरण की व्यवस्था में मंगलवार को काफी कुछ सुधार हुआ। दूसरे कॉलेजों से भी स्टाफ बुलाकर काउंटर्स की संख्या बढ़ाई गई। अभ्यर्थियों को बिना किसी रुकावट के प्रमाणपत्र मिले। इतना ही नहीं सह जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक एनडी वर्मा भी व्यवस्था देखने के लिए जीआईसी पहुंचे।

बरेली मंडल के एकलौते टीईटी प्रमाणपत्र वितरण के सेंटर पर अभ्यर्थियों ने सोमवार को जीआईसी में जमकर हंगामा किया था। कॉलेज में विकलांगों के लिए अलग से काउंटर बनाने के साथ ही काउंटर्स की संख्या 12 कर दी गई है। डीआईओएस ने दूसरे विद्यालयों के कुछ शिक्षकों को भी जीआईसी भेजा है। राजकीय बालिका इंटर कॉलेज बरेली, जीजीआईसी अगरास, जीजीआईसी बहेड़ी, जीजीआईसी नवाबगंज के शिक्षक जीआईसी पहुंच गए। इससे कुल स्टाफ बढ़कर अब लगभग 50 शिक्षकों का हो गया। इसकी वजह से अभ्यर्थियों को बिना किसी भीड़भाड़ और हंगामे के प्रमाणपत्र मिल गए।

अभिभावकों को पहचान पत्र और प्रार्थना पत्र लेने के बाद अभ्यर्थी का प्रमाणपत्र दिया गया।

लखनऊ। राज्य सरकार के अधिकारियों की लापरवाही बीएड डिग्रीधारकों पर भारी पड़ी है। उनका प्राइमरी स्कूलों में सीधे शिक्षक बनने का सपना पूरा नहीं हो पाएगा। शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए 1 जनवरी से समय सीमा बढ़ाकर 31 जनवरी करने संबंधी राज्य सरकार के प्रस्ताव को राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद (एनसीटीई) ने खारिज कर दिया है। इस संबंध में एनसीटीई के अंडर सेकटरी एसके चौहान ने साफ कहा है कि शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए राज्यों को पूरा समय दिया गया। इस अवधि के बाद समय सीमा बढ़ाने का सवाल ही नहीं उठता है।

शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम लागू होने के बाद एनसीटीई ने 31 अगस्त 2010 को अधिसूचना जारी कर राज्यों को प्राइमरी स्कूलों में बीएड डिग्रीधारकों को सीधे शिक्षक रखने की अनुमति दी थी। इसके लिए शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) अनिवार्य की गई। एनसीटीई ने राज्यों को सीधी भर्ती के लिए 1 जनवरी 2012 तक का समय दिया था। यूपी में पहले टीईटी कराने को लेकर दुविधा रही। राज्य सरकार के कुछ वरिष्ठ अधिकारी टीईटी कराने के पक्ष में नहीं थे। टीईटी से छूट के लिए एनसीटीई से अनुमति भी मांगी गई। वहां से छूट न मिलने पर अधिकारी बड़ी मुश्किल से टीईटी कराने को तैयार तो हुए, लेकिन इसमें पात्रता के स्थान पर अर्हता परीक्षा कर दिया गया।

वरिष्ठ संवाददाता, इलाहाबाद : माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद की दुश्वारिया कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रही हैं। पहले शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा को लेकर आपत्तियों और संशोधनों में किरकिरी होने के बाद अब यूपी बोर्ड दफ्तर पर शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा के सर्टिफिकेट में संशोधनों को लेकर अभ्यर्थी पहुंचने लगे हैं। मंगलवार भी संशोधन को लेकर अभ्यर्थियों ने बोर्ड दफ्तर में आवेदन किया है।
माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा 13 नवंबर को ली गई शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा के सर्टिफिकेट का 24 जनवरी से वितरण होने लगा। सैकड़ों अभ्यर्थियों के सर्टिफिकेट में गड़बड़ियां हैं। किसी का नाम, किसी का वर्ग तो किसी की जन्मतिथि अंकित हो गई है। ऐसे में अभ्यर्थियों का बोर्ड दफ्तर पर जमावड़ा होने लगा है। बोर्ड सूत्रों का कहना है कि सबसे बड़ी समस्या यह है कि बोर्ड के कर्मचारी और अधिकारी इस समय मार्च में शुरू हो रही बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की तैयारी में लगे हैं। ऐसे में टीईटी सर्टिफिकेट के विवरण में संशोधनों के आवेदन पत्र उनकी मुश्किलें ही बढ़ाएंगे।

टीईटी के अंक पत्रों के वितरण के लिए विभागीय विचार- विमर्श चल रहा है। पर, विधान सभा चुनाव को देखते हुए इसका वितरण 11 फरवरी के पहले संभव नहीं लग रहा। ऐसे में अंक पत्र कब से और कहां से वितरित किए जाएंगे, इसकी घोषणा एक- दो दिन में ही कर दी जाएगी।

इलाहाबाद। टीईटी उत्तीर्ण संघर्ष मोर्चा ने शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों को चेताया है कि यदि प्राथमिक शिक्षक नियुक्ति की चयन प्रक्रिया को धीमी करने की कोशिश की गई तो वह आंदोलन को बाध्य होंगे। संघर्ष मोर्चा ने सोमवार को आजाद पार्क में बैठक करके मांग की है कि टीईटी मेरिट के आधार पर यदि चयन प्रक्रिया शुरू नहीं की गई तो अभ्यर्थी लखनऊ पहुंचकर आंदोलन तेज करने के साथ सामूहिक आत्मदाह करने को बाध्य होंगे।

नौकरी फार्म 500 का, विधायकी का आवेदन फ्री में

मेरठ: शिक्षक बनने के लिए राज्य स्तरीय टीईटी परीक्षा व पुलिस भर्ती में पढ़े लिखे बेरोजगारों ने प्रति फार्म 500 रूपये खर्च किए। लिपिक से लेकर चपरासी की भर्ती पर भी उन्होंने इतना ही पैसा खर्च किया, पर उप्र विधानसभा चुनाव लड़ने के लिए दावेदारों को फार्म फ्री में मिल रहा है। अभी तक मेरठ की सात विस क्षेत्रों के लिए 100 से अधिक दावेदार यह फार्म प्राप्त कर चुके हैं।
हर प्रतियोगी परीक्षा के लिए शैक्षणिक योग्यता, उम्र, अनुभव अनिवार्य होता है पर विस चुनाव लड़ने के लिए प्रत्याशी की आयु के अलावा कोई अनिवार्यता नही है। न्यूनतम आयु 25 साल है पर अधिकतम का कोई पैमाना नहीं है। शैक्षणिक योग्यता या अनुभव चुनाव लड़ने के लिए जरूरी नही है।

सहारनपुर। टीईटी अभ्यर्थियों ने प्रमाण-पत्र नहीं मिलने से नाराज होकर कर्मचारियों को बंधक बनाकर हंगामा किया। पुलिस फोर्स ने वहां पहुंचकर भीड़ को बमुश्किल काबू किया। जेडी आफिस ने बाद में साफ किया कि प्रमाण-पत्र वितरण की अंतिम तिथि अभी तय नहीं है। कार्य दिवसों में इनका वितरण जारी रहेगा।
चकराता रोड स्थित संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक कार्यालय पर सोमवार सुबह से ही टीईटी प्रमाण-पत्र लेने के लिए अभ्यर्थियों का हुजूम पहुंच गया। मुजफ्फरनगर से हजारों अभ्यर्थी यहां पहुंचे थे। कार्यालय द्वारा प्रमाण-पत्र लेने के लिए प्रात: 10.30 से सायं 4.30 बजे तक का समय निर्धारित किया गया है। प्रभारी एसके अग्रवाल के मुताबिक आठ काउंटरों से 20 शिक्षकों-कर्मचारियों द्वारा प्रमाण-पत्रों का वितरण कराया जा रहा है। उधर, सायं पांच बजे के बाद कर्मचारियों द्वारा वितरण बंद करना शुरू किया तो वहां मौजूद अभ्यर्थी हंगामे पर उतर आए। उन्होंने नारेबाजी करते हुए वितरण केन्द्र के शटर को बंद कर दिया। कर्मचारियों ने जब शटर खोलने का प्रयास किया तो नौबत टकराव तक जा पहुंची। करीब एक घटे तक कर्मचारी बंधक रहे। अनहोनी की आशंका से त्रस्त कर्मचारियों ने पुलिस कंट्रोल रूम को जानकारी दी। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस फोर्स ने बमुश्किल भीड़ को लाठियां फटकार कर काबू करके कर्मचारियों को मुक्त कराया। बताते चलें कि जेडी कार्यालय द्वारा 19 जनवरी को ही पुलिस फोर्स की मांग की जा चुकी थी, लेकिन उसके बाद अभी तक यहां पुलिस फोर्स नहीं लगाया गया। कर्मचारियों के मुताबिक करीब तीन हजार प्रमाणपत्र वितरित किए गए हैं।

राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज पंचकुइयां में टीईटी प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण सोमवार से फिर शुरू हुआ। प्रमाणपत्र लेने आ रहे लोगों में अभ्यर्थियों से ज्यादा परिजन दिखे। कोई बाहर नौकरी करने वाले बेटे का सर्टिफिकेट लेने आया था तो कोई बहू का। लेकिन कर्मचारियों ने ऐसे परिजनों को बैरंग लौटा दिया। बोले, रजिस्टर में परीक्षार्थी के हस्ताक्षर होंगे, उन्हें भेजें। बाहरी जिलों से आए कई व्यक्ति तो विभाग की ओर से सूचना न मिलने से परेशान रहे। गौरतलब है, विभाग ने रोलनंबर के हिसाब से प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं, पर मैनपुरी, फीरोजाबाद, मथुरा में रहने वालों तक यह सूचना नहीं पहुंच पाई। डीआइओएस मनोज गिरि ने बताया, अभ्यर्थी को खुद आकर प्रमाणपत्र लेना है। परिजनों को नहीं दिए जाएंगे। जिनके पास प्रवेशपत्र या पहचान पत्र नहीं है, ऐसे केस अंतिम तिथियों में निपटाए जाएंगे। प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण 11 तक होगा।

वरिष्ठ संवाददाता, इलाहाबाद : माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा आयोजित शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा ( टीईटी) सफल अभ्यर्थियों ने सरकार के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोल दिया है। टीईटी उत्तीर्ण एकता संघर्ष मोर्चा के बैनर तले अभ्यर्थियों ने सरकार पर सहायक अध्यापकों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया जानबूझकर लटकाने का आरोप लगाया और सरकार के खिलाफ विधानसभा चुनाव में प्रचार करने की घोषणा की। अभ्यर्थियों ने कहा कि यदि सरकार रुकी भर्ती प्रक्रिया जल्द ही नहीं शुरू करती हो लखनऊ कूच किया जाएगा और विधानसभा के सामने सामूहिक आत्मदाह किया जाएगा। अभ्यर्थियों ने सरकार की गलत नीतियों की आलोचना की। इस विषय पर आगे की रणनीति पर चर्चा के लिए अभ्यर्थियों ने सोमवार को चंद्रशेखर आजाद पार्क में एक बैठक आयोजित की। बैठक में प्रमुख रूप से विवेकानंद, सत्य प्रकाश पांडेय, सुरेशमणि त्रिपाठी, संजीव मिश्रा, अनिल पांडेय, अभिषेक, रामपूजन, फरहान, सुल्तान, संजय, दीनदयाल, प्रियंका, शिल्पी व आलोक पांडेय आदि मौजूद रहे।

आगरा, जागरण संवाददाता: केंद्रीय शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (सीटीईटी) में विभिन्न जिलों के 4500 से ज्यादा परीक्षार्थी अनुपस्थित रहे। रविवार को 33 स्कूलों में हुई इस परीक्षा में करीब 20 हजार परीक्षार्थी बैठे। कुछ केंद्रों को छोड़कर बाकी स्थानों पर शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से परीक्षा का संचालन हुआ।
सीटीईटी परीक्षा को लेकर युवाओं की भीड़ शनिवार शाम से ही जुटने लगी थी। कोई होटल में रुका तो कोई बस अड्डे और रेलवे स्टेशनों पर। सुबह पहली पाली की परीक्षा 10 बजे शुरू हुई। डेढ़ घंटे की इस परीक्षा में काफी आसान सवाल पूछे गए थे। परीक्षा के बाद अधिकांश युवाओं ने पेपर अच्छा होने की बात कही। यही हाल दोपहर बाद एक बजे द्वितीय पाली की परीक्षा में रहा। सभी ने अच्छे मा‌र्क्स आने की बात कही।

कानपुर, नगर प्रतिनिधि : सेंट्रल टीचर एलिजबिल्टी टेस्ट (सीटीईटी) में शामिल परीक्षार्थी सवालों के जवाब में काफी देर उलझे रहे। जब परीक्षा का समय समाप्त होता दिखा तो माइनस मार्किग न होने से अंदाज से खूब गोले काले किये।
सर पदमपत सिंहानिया एजूकेशन सेंटर, केंद्रीय विद्यालय आईआईटी, हडर्ड समेत 49 केंद्रों पर दोनों पालियों में 36,000 परीक्षार्थी सीटीईटी में शामिल हुए। परीक्षा केंद्रों पर दोनों पालियों में 30 फीसदी परीक्षार्थी काफी देर तक सिर खपाते रहे और अंत में माइनस मार्किग न होने से गोले काले कर परीक्षा पूरी की। प्राथमिक स्तर की परीक्षा प्रात: 10 से 11.30 बजे के बीच हुई। 150 अंक के इस परीक्षा में बाल विकास एवं शिक्षा शास्त्र, गणित, पर्यावरण अध्ययन, हिंदी एवं अंग्रेजी भाषा से जुड़े तीस-तीस सवाल पूछे गये। परीक्षार्थियों का कहना था कि पर्चा न सरल था और न कठिन।

आगरा, जागरण संवाददाता: शासन ने खुद ही शिक्षकों की भर्ती में फर्जीवाड़े की बुनियाद रख दी है। ए 4 साइज के सादे कागज पर टीईटी के प्रमाणपत्र छपवाए गए हैं। उन पर न तो उ.प्र. माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद का कोई मोनोग्राम है और न ही मुहर।
राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज में प्रमाणपत्र लेने पहुंचे अभ्यर्थियों ने बोर्ड की इस लापरवाही पर आक्रोश जताया। युवाओं का कहना था कि ऐसे में कोई व्यक्ति आसानी से फर्जी प्रमाणपत्र तैयार कर सकता है। फीरोजाबाद के नीलेश सिंह ने कहा कि प्रमाणपत्रों में अंक भी बढ़ाए जा सकते हैं। ऐसे में शिक्षक भर्ती के दौरान सही या गलत सर्टिफिकेट की पहचान विभाग के लिए भी टेढ़ी खीर साबित होगा।

फर्रुखाबाद। जांच में फर्जी पाए जाने के बाद भी बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग शिक्षकों का वेतन निकलता रहा। मामले में बीएसए ने भी कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की । एडी बेसिक ने बीएसए से नाराजगी जाहिर कर एक पखवारे के अंदर जवाब मांगा है। एडी बेसिक के पत्र से बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग में खलबली मची है।बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग में शिक्षकों की भर्ती का फजीवाड़ा शिक्षा माफियाओं के सहयोग से चल रहा है। शिकायत के बाद तीन शिक्षक जांच में फर्जी सामने आए है। वहीं सूची में सात शिक्षक अभी और है जिन्होंने नौकरी हासिल करने के लिए फर्जीवाड़ा किया है।
विभाग में वर्ष 2004 विशिष्ट बीटीसी के माध्यम से भर्ती हुए शिक्षकों के अंकपत्र. प्रमाणपत्रों की जांच में सत्यापान के बाद तीन शिक्षकों के संलग्न किए गए प्रमाणपत्र,अंकपत्र फर्जी पाए गए थे। उक्त शिक्षक वर्तमान समय में विद्यालय अलीदादपुर मोहम्मदाबाद में तैनात सहायक अध्यापक राजनारायण शाक्य निवासी मतापुर पिपरगांव, प्राथमिक विद्यालय दाउदपुर में तैनात शिक्षक नरेद्र शाक्य पुत्र सूबेदार निवासी ग्राम दौदापुर और प्राथमिक विद्यालय बरुआनगला कमालगंज में तैनात शिक्षक श्रवण कुमार पुत्र पहरीलाल निवासी उदीनगला, गदनपुर, देवराजपुर, फर्रुखाबाद में तैनात हैं। इधर डायट के सत्यापन के बावजूद बीएसए ने इन शिक्षकों का वेतन आहरण नहीं रोका और न ही इन शिक्षकों के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज करने की कार्रवाई हो सकी।

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for the award of Ms. Agatha Harrison Memorial Fellowship (only one fellowship) which the Government of the India Instituted at St. Antony’s College, Oxford (UK). The Fellowship is tenable for one year in the first instance, which can be extended by one year more on the basis of performance of the candidate. The fellowship carries an amount of £ 27,603/- per annum.

DETAILS OF FELLOWSHIP:
(1) The candidate is eligible for Economy Class air passage (both ways). Only spouse of the selected candidate will be provided Economy Class Air-fare provided he/she stays in UK with the scholar for a continuous period of one year. (As the fellowship amount is sufficient for only one person, the candidate will have to meet the expenditure on maintenance of spouse).

अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा टीईटी की तरह नेताओं के सामने लीडर पात्रता परीक्षा (एलईटी) होनी चाहिए।

गोंडा। विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए मतदान का दिन जैसे-जैसे करीब आ रहा है मतदाताओं के तेवर भी तल्ख होते जा रहे हैं। ऐसे में अबकी बार मतदाताओं ने भी नेताओं को परखने के लिए कमर कस ली है। प्रोफेशनल क्षेत्रों में तैयारियां कर रहे युवाओं ने कहा कि उन्हें रोजगार के लिए कठिन परीक्षाओं से गुजरना पड़ता है, तो फिर नेताओं की भी परीक्षा होनी चाहिए। नेताओं के लिए लीडर ऐजिबिलिटी टेस्ट (एलईटी) होना चाहिए, इसमें उत्तीर्ण नेताओं को ही चुनाव में उतरने का मौका मिलना चाहिए, तभी बेरोजगारों को रोजगार और समस्याओं का निराकरण होगा। युवाओं ने कहा कि हमें रोजगार चाहिए, बेरोजगारी भत्ता नहीं, हमें जमीन चाहिए, आकाश नहीं। जमीन मिल गयी तो हम खुद रास्ता तलाश लेंगे।लोकतंत्र के महापर्व को लेकर चुनावी चौपाल सज चुकी है। नेता मतदाताओं को मनाने में लगे हुए हैं, ऐसे में शुक्रवार को अमर उजाला ने माई सिटी माई वोटर कार्यक्रम के तहत हमारा एमएलए कैसा हो के सवाल का जवाब खोजने के लिए विभिन्न प्रोफेशन से जुड़े युवाओं को मंच दिया। अवसर पाते ही युवाओं के मन की पीड़ा एक-एक कर बाहर आने लगी। अधिकांश का दर्द था कि स्नातक के बाद उन्हें महानगरों की तरफ रुख करना पड़ता है। यहां न तो मेडिकल कालेज है, न ही इंजीनियरिंग कालेज। रोजगार के लिए जब आवेदन करते हैं, तो कठिन परीक्षा देनी पड़ती है। मेरिट के आधार पर चयन होता है। लेकिन जब नेता चुनाव मैदान में उतरते हैं, तो उनके लिए कोई मानक का निर्धारण क्यों नहीं किया जाता। ऐसे में जरूरी है कि अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा टीईटी की तरह नेताओं के सामने लीडर पात्रता परीक्षा (एलईटी) होनी चाहिए। इस व्यवस्था से गुजरने के बाद नेताओं को युवाओं की पीड़ा का अंदाजा होगा। तभी वह समस्याओं के निराकरण के प्रति गंभीर होंगे।

आगरा: शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (यूपी टीईटी) के सफल उम्मीदवारों को प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण शुरू हो गया। राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज पंचकुइयां में 20 काउंटर बनाकर प्रमाणपत्र बंटवाए गए। पहले दिन ही युवाओं की भीड़ उमड़ पड़ी। इसके चलते पुलिस बल की व्यवस्था करनी पड़ी। कई उम्मीदवार बिना प्रवेश पत्र और परिचय पत्र के पहुंचे तो उन्हें लौटा दिया गया।

टीईटी प्रमाणपत्र को जेडी आफिस पर उमड़ा हुजूम

सहारनपुर : टीईटी के प्रमाणपत्र लेने के लिए संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक कार्यालय में अभ्यर्थियों का भारी हुजूम उमड़ा। प्रमाणपत्र वितरण के लिए छह काउंटर बनाए गए थे। शाम तक 450 प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण हो चुका था।
माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा 13 नवंबर को मंडल मुख्यालय(सहारनपुर) पर कराई गई टीईटी परीक्षा में 38 हजार से अधिक अभ्यर्थी पंजीकृत थे इनमें से करीब 95 फीसदी परीक्षा में शामिल हुए थे। परीक्षा का रिजल्ट कई दुश्वारियों से होकर गुजरा। अंतत: सारी अड़चनें पार के करने के बाद परिषद द्वारा सफल अभ्यर्थियों को संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक कार्यालय से प्रमाणपत्र देने का निर्णय लिया गया। शुक्रवार से चकरौता रोड स्थित संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक कार्यालय से प्रमाणपत्रों का वितरण शुरू करा दिया गया।

बदायूं। शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) 2011 के पेपर आउट कराने की योजना बनाने वाले गिरोह में पकडे़ गए बदायूं के एक शिक्षक को पुलिस अधीक्षक रमाबाई नगर की रिपोर्ट के आधार पर जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी ने निलंबित कर दिया है। शिक्षक के खिलाफ रमाबाई नगर के थाना अकबरपुर में जालसाजी समेत तमाम धाराओं में मुकदमे दर्ज हैं। शिक्षक के निलंबन के बाद यह प्रकरण जिले में चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है। सूत्रों का कहना है इस प्रकरण के सामने आने से जिले के शिक्षा माफियाओं में हड़कंप मचा हुआ है कि इसमें उनका नाम शामिल न हो जाए। रमाबाई नगर की पुलिस सूत्रों के मुताबिक जिले में कभी भी छापामारी कर सकती है।

दो फरवरी तक मिलेंगे टीईटी प्रमाण पत्र

मेरठ : उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) के प्रमाण पत्र जीआईसी मेरठ से अब दो फरवरी तक बांटे जाएंगे। अभ्यर्थियों की भीड़ को देखते हुए यह तिथि आगे बढ़ाई गई है।
शुक्रवार को जीआईसी में प्रमाण पत्र लेने के लिए जबरदस्त भीड़ रही। 11 बजे से बंटने वाले प्रमाण पत्र के लिए सुबह नौ बजे से ही मंडल के जिलों से अभ्यर्थी पहुंचने शुरू हो गए थे। तीन बजे तक प्रमाणपत्र बांटने का समय निर्धारित था, लेकिन शाम पांच बजे के बाद भी चौदह काउंटरों पर भीड़ छंटने का नाम नहीं ले रही थी।

The petitioners, who had appeared at the Teachers Eligibility Test-2011 and were declared successful, have filed this petition for a direction upon the respondents to accept the application forms of the petitioners for the post of Assistant Teachers in the Institutions run by the U.P. Basic Education Board, Allahabad pursuant to the advertisement dated 30th November, 2011. It is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners that since the petitioners had obtained the B.Ed. degree by Distance Education, they are not being considered eligible. He has placed reliance upon the interim order dated 12th December, 2011 passed by the Division Bench in Special Appeal No. 2296 of 2011 in which candidates placed similarly were provisionally permitted to submit their application forms, which would be subject to the final decision of the appeal.
Learned Standing Counsel appears for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 5. Sri C.N. Tripathi, appears for respondent No.3. Sri R.A. Akhtar, appears for respondent No.4 while Sri Ajit Kumar Singh, appears for respondent No. 6. The respondents may file a counter affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
