The tower is located near Punjab Bhawan, and is barely 100 feet from chief minister Parkash Singh Badal’s official residence. They wanted the CM to give them an audience.
Sitting on a platform at about three-fourth of the tower, “they have five days’ worth of food with them,” said sources in the union and the police. This is their fourth time protesting this way; the latest before this was 10 days ago, atop a water tank at Badal, the CM’s native village, in Muktsar district. With winter almost here, the night temperature was forecast at 13.7° Celsius, down from the daytime 31°, which could prove to be a challenge. What they want The two men have a banner, in Punjabi, that tells the government to at least fill vacancies in the reserved categories, which had already been ordered by Badal. As such, the union wants recruitment of all ETT holders who have cleared the eligibility test between 2011 and 2015, and claims the CM had promised jobs by October 25. Union leader Amarjit Kamboj told HT over phone, “For 6,500 posts, there are 5,300 persons eligible. We have been protesting for last 164 days in different parts of Punjab.”
Education minister Daljit Singh Cheema, however, said, “We currently do not have vacancies and have told them this several times. The TET is an eligibility test, not a job guarantee. These protesters have not made it to the merit list.”

Considering the nature of the order that is being passed, the learned counsel for the parties agree that the petition may be disposed of at this stage itself. The present petition has been filed for a direction commanding the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher (Primary Level). The case of the petitioner is that he holds all the relevant qualifications for the post and had submitted his online application pursuant to the advertisement and the application was registered with Registration No. 4700010796 for District Sonbhadra. The case of the petitioner is that he participated in the counselling on 17.8.2016 but his candidature was not considered on the ground that the petitioner had passed his teachers eligibility test (TET) in the year 2011 when the petitioner was not BTC pass. On the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, on 22.8.2016 the following order was passed: "Put up this matter on 31.08.2016, by which date, the learned counsel for the petitioner will file a supplementary affidavit enclosing therewith documents to show as to what is the minimum eligibility required for a candidate to appear in the TET examination because the case of the petitioner is that his candidature has not been considered by the respondents because he had obtained TET pass certificate in the year 2011 even before he had qualified his BTC. In the meantime, Sri Mangla Prasad Rai, who appears on behalf of the Basic Shiksha Adhikari, shall also seek instructions as to why the TET certificate obtained by the petitioner in the year 2011 before passing his BTC course was not considered as a valid qualification" Today, when the matter was listed, the learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 5 stated that he has not been able to obtain the instructions. However, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a supplementary affidavit annexing therewith copy of notifications dated 7.9.2011 and 4.10.2011. By inviting attention of the Court to those Government Notifications dated 7.9.2011 and 4.10.2011, it has been submitted even a candidate who had passed his graduation and had done one year B.Ed. course, was eligible to appear in the TET examination and it was not mandatory that he had to be BTC pass to appear in the TET examination of the year 2011. It has been submitted that the petitioner had passed his graduation with over 50% marks in the year 2008 and he had passed his B.Ed. examination in the year 2009 and, therefore, under the Government Notification, he was eligible to appear in the TET examination 2011. It has been submitted that while rejecting the candidature of the petitioner, the respondent no. 5 has not taken into consideration that the petitioner was eligible to appear in the TET examination 2011 in view of Government Notifications dated 7.9.2011 and 4.10.2011. Learned counsel for the respondents have submitted that this petition may be disposed of by requiring the 5th respondent to consider the Government notifications cited by the petitioner and thereafter pass order in respect of the candidature of the petitioner. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation before the District Basic Education Officer, Sonbhadra (5th respondent) annexing therewith all his eligibility related testimonials including the Government Notifications dated 7.9.2011 and 4.10.2011 which have been filed along with supplementary affidavit today. In case any such representation is filed along with certified copy of this order within 10 days from today before the 5th respondent, the 5th respondent shall proceed to pass appropriate order in respect of the candidature of the petitioner, after considering the material placed before him by the petitioner as also by referring to any other notification or order which may be operating in the field concerned, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of filing such representation. It goes without saying that if the petitioner's candidature is found to be in order then necessary consequential order shall be passed. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner. By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction that he should be allowed to participate in the selection process of Training Teachers (Prashikshu) who have the qualification of Teacher Eligibility Test. It is submitted that initially an advertisement was issued in 2011, but by that time the petitioner was not in possession of the result of the Teacher Eligibility Test so he could not file an application for consideration. It is further submitted that the petitioner had participated in the Teacher Eligibility Test of 2011, but the result was not being declared, therefore, he had to file a Writ Petition No. 74222 of 2011 which was disposed of by an order dated 20.12.2011. Then thereafter he had to file a contempt application and finally the result of the petitioner was declared and a certificate dated 25.11.2011 was issued in February 2012. By which time the result was declared the last date for submission of form pursuant to advertisement dated 30.11.2011 was already over. As such, the grievance is that due to negligence of Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad (in short 'the Board') the petitioner could not apply for the aforesaid selection of Training Teachers (Prashikshu) pursuant to advertisement dated 30.11.2011 and, therefore, it is submitted that the petitioner be allowed to participate in the selection pursuant to advertisement dated 30.11.2011. I have considered the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel. I am unable to accept the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner as for whatever reason the petitioner could not produce the certificate of Teacher Eligibility Test-2011 (Primary Level) which was issued to him after the last date for submission of form pursuant to the advertisement dated 30.11.2011 was over. As such, the petitioner cannot claim any benefit or right under the advertisement dated 30.11.2011 as by that date the petitioner did not possess the requisite qualification which was required for applying the same. If the petitioner has any grievance it may be with the Board which has declared the result later, for which the petitioner is free to seek compensation from the Board if he establishes his case before appropriate forum of law. केंद्र और राज्य की नई पेंशन नीति को चुनौती हाईकोर्ट ने केंद्र और राज्य सरकार की नई अंशदाई पेंशन योजना पर केंद्र और राज्य सरकार से जवाब मांगा है। कोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल कर पेंशन योजना को चुनौती दी गई है। नई पेंशन योजना को मूल अधिकारों के विपरीत और कर्मचारी हित के खिलाफ बताया गया है। मांग की गई है कि नई योजना को रद्द कर पुरानी पेंशन योजना लागू की जाए। प्राथमिक विद्यालय जोखत इलाहाबाद के सहायक अध्यापक विवेकानंद की याचिका पर न्यायमूर्ति एसएन शुक्ला सुनवाई कर रहे हैं। याचिका पर अधिवक्ता शिवबाबू और प्रशांत शुक्ला ने पक्ष रखा। दलील दी गई कि सांसदों और विधायकों के एक दिन के लिए भी सदन का सदस्य बनने पर उनको 20 हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह पेंशन दी जाती है। जबकि सरकारी कर्मचारियों को लंबी सेवा के उपरांत भी पेंशन की योजना समाप्त कर दी गई है। याचिका में कहा गया है कि नई पेंशन योजना एलआईसी स्कीम की तरह है। इसमें 60 वर्ष की आयु में रिटायर होने वाले कर्मचारी का यदि कुल राशि का 40 फीसदी अंशदान जमा है तो 60 प्रतिशत पेंशन मिलेगी। 80 प्रतिशत अंशदान जमा करने वाले को ही पूरी पेंशन मिलेगी। नई पेंशन में कर्मचारी को बीमा कंपनी द्वारा भुगतान किया जाएगा। इसमें भत्ते नहीं जुड़ेंगे जबकि पुरानी पेंशन में समय-समय पर महंगाई भत्ता जोड़ा जाता है। केंद्र सरकार ने एक जनवरी 2004 और प्रदेश सरकार ने एक अप्रैल 2005 से पुरानी पेंशन योजना बंद कर दी है। नई पेंशन योजना शेयर की तरह है जिसमें निश्चित राशि मिलने की गारंटी नहीं है। सरकार का यह कदम भेदभाव पूर्ण और मनमाना है। यह संविधान केअनुच्छेद 14 और 21 के तहत मौलिक अधिकारों का हनन है। सरकार नागरिकों के बीच भेदभाव करने वाली नीति नहीं बना सकती है। याचिका पर आठ सप्ताह के बाद सुनवाई होगी
राष्ट्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा अभियान में ही करीब तीन हजार से अधिक पद भरे जाने का आदेश हो गया , एलटी ग्रेड भर्ती :483 स्कूलों में होगी तैनाती नए-पुराने विद्यालयों को जल्द मिलेंगे शिक्षक* एलटी ग्रेड भर्ती : 483 स्कूलों में होगी तैनाती राज्य ब्यूरो, इलाहाबाद : विधानसभा चुनाव के समय शिक्षक भर्ती के मौके रह-रहकर सामने आ रहे हैं। एलटी ग्रेड शिक्षकों की प्रदेश स्तरीय भर्ती का अभी एलान भी नहीं हो सका था कि राष्ट्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा अभियान में ही करीब तीन हजार से अधिक पद भरे जाने का आदेश हो गया है। विभागीय अफसर सूबे के नए एवं पुराने विद्यालयों को नई भर्ती करके शिक्षक देने की तैयारी में जुटे हैं। शासन ने पिछले माह राजकीय स्कूलों में एलटी ग्रेड शिक्षकों की भर्ती नियमावली में बदलाव किया है। इसी के साथ ही प्रदेश में राष्ट्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा अभियान के तहत 483 नये विद्यालय खोले जाने की स्वीकृति मिल गई है। इन स्कूलों में एक प्रधानाध्यापक व पांच सहायक अध्यापक नियुक्त किया जाना है। अफसरों की मानें तो इन स्कूलों के लिए नई भर्ती कराकर ही एलटी ग्रेड शिक्षक दिए जाएंगे। इसके अलावा सूबे में इसी अभियान के तहत 1021 विद्यालय पहले से संचालित हैं। वहां भी बड़ी संख्या में पद खाली होने की सूचनाएं मिल रही हैं। अफसरों ने सभी स्कूलों से खाली शिक्षक पदों की सूचना मांगी है, ताकि उसी के सापेक्ष भर्ती कराने का शासन से अनुमोदन लिया जा सके। इस तरह करीब तीन हजार से अधिक शिक्षकों के पद जल्द भरा जाना है। अपर शिक्षा निदेशक माध्यमिक रमेश ने बताया कि जैसे ही खाली पदों का ब्योरा उपलब्ध होता है, प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ाई जाएगी। यह भर्तियां नये प्रारूप के अनुसार होंगी। एलटी ग्रेड के पद पर होगा प्रमोशन : सूबे के तमाम ऐसे राजकीय माध्यमिक स्कूलों हैं, जहां पर कक्षा एक से लेकर इंटरमीडिएट तक की पढ़ाई होती है। कुल 76 विद्यालयों में लगभग 150 से अधिक बीटीसी शिक्षक तैनात हैं। इनका एलटी ग्रेड के पद पर प्रमोशन होना है UPTET / टीईटी / TET - Teacher EligibilityTest Updates / Teacher Recruitment / शिक्षक भर्ती / SARKARI NAUKRI NEWS UP-TET 2011, 72825 Teacher Recruitment,Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), 72825 teacher vacancy in up latest news join blog , UPTET , SARKARI NAUKRI NEWS, SARKARI NAUKRI

प्रदेश भर में हजारों शिक्षकों का जिले के अंदर हो चुका तबादला
राज्य ब्यूरो, इलाहाबाद : बेसिक शिक्षकों के तबादलों को लेकर छिड़ा घमासान थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है। पहले अंतर जिला तबादलों को लेकर हायतौबा मची थी, वहीं इन दिनों समायोजित शिक्षकों का जिले के अंदर समायोजन रोके जाने से शिक्षकों में नाराजगी है। ताज्जुब यह है कि हजारों समायोजित शिक्षकों का जिले के अंदर पहले तबादला हो चुका है, लेकिन अब शीर्ष कोर्ट की आड़ लेकर समायोजन रोक दिया गया है।
परिषदीय प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में एक लाख 37 हजार शिक्षामित्रों का सहायक अध्यापक के पद पर समायोजन हो चुका है। पिछले साल इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने यह समायोजन रद कर दिया था, वहीं सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर स्थगनादेश जारी कर दिया, तब से शीर्ष कोर्ट में प्रकरण की सुनवाई चल रही है। इसी दौरान प्रदेश के कई जिलों में बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारियों ने समायोजित शिक्षकों का जिले के अंदर तबादला किया। बड़ी संख्या में ऐसे भी शिक्षक थे जिन्होंने विभागीय मंत्री एवं वरिष्ठ अफसरों का अनुमोदन लेकर तबादला कराया। कुछ जिलों में बड़ी तादाद में तबादले होने से प्रकरण तूल पकड़ा और परिषद सचिव संजय सिन्हा ने सभी तबादले निरस्त कर दिए थे और बीएसए को निर्देश दिया था कि कोई भी स्थानांतरण न किया जाए। परिषद सचिव का तर्क था कि समायोजित शिक्षकों का प्रकरण शीर्ष कोर्ट में विचाराधीन है, जब तक अंतिम आदेश न आ जाए संबंधित शिक्षकों को इधर-उधर करने से न्यायालय की अवमानना होगी।
परिषद सचिव के आदेश पर समायोजित शिक्षकों के तबादले निरस्त हुए तो उसे हाईकोर्ट में चुनौती दी गई। हाईकोर्ट ने सचिव के आदेश पर रोक लगा दी। कुछ दिन बाद हाईकोर्ट के आदेश का अनुपालन करते हुए परिषद सचिव ने बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारियों को नया आदेश जारी करके अपने ही पुराने आदेश को निरस्त कर दिया। साथ ही कोर्ट के आदेश के अनुरूप कार्यवाही करने का बीएसए को निर्देश दिया। इससे जिले के अंदर समायोजित शिक्षकों का फिर फेरबदल शुरू हुआ। सूबे के कई प्राथमिक स्कूल एकल व शिक्षक विहीन होने पर शासन ने जिले के अंदर समायोजन का आदेश दिया, ताकि कहीं बहुत अधिक तो कहीं बिल्कुल शिक्षक न होने का संकट खत्म हो। इस फेरबदल में समायोजित शिक्षकों को इधर से उधर करने पर रोक लगा दी गई है। अफसरों का कहना है कि शिक्षामित्रों से समायोजित शिक्षकों का प्रकरण शीर्ष कोर्ट में लंबित है अंतिम आदेश तक समायोजन न किया जाए। ऐसे में यह सवाल उठा है कि पहले इन शिक्षकों के तबादले क्यों किए गए? जो इस समय फेरबदल से रोका जा रहा है। इस पर अफसरों ने मौन साध लिया है। UPTET / टीईटी / TET - Teacher EligibilityTest Updates / Teacher Recruitment / शिक्षक भर्ती / SARKARI NAUKRI NEWS
पांचवीं काउंसिलिंग के बाद नियुक्ति देने का आदेश रद
विधि संवाददाता, इलाहाबाद : इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने गणित विज्ञान विषय के सहायक अध्यापकों की भर्ती मामले में पांचवीं काउंसिलिंग के बाद चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति पत्र जारी करने के आदेश को रद कर दिया है और प्रकरण नए सिरे से निर्णय के लिए एकलपीठ को वापस कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने कहा है कि चयनित होने मात्र से किसी को नियुक्ति पाने का वैधानिक अधिकार नहीं मिल जाता किंतु कम मेरिट वालों का चयन व अधिक मेरिट वालों को बाहर रखना उचित नहीं है।
यह आदेश मुख्य न्यायाधीश डीबी भोसले तथा न्यायमूर्ति यशवंत वर्मा की खंडपीठ ने जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी इटावा व अन्य दर्जनों विशेष अपीलों को स्वीकार करते हुए दिया है। अपीलों में चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति पत्र जारी करने के एकलपीठ के आदेश की वैधता को चुनौती दी गई थी। अपीलों पर अधिवक्ता विक्रम बहादुर सिंह ने बहस की कि क्वालिटी प्वाइंट मार्क 67.78 है। कुछ याची 65.68 अंक पाये हैं तो कुछ को 67.81 अंक मिले हैं। किसी ने 70.59 अंक प्राप्त किया है। सामान्य श्रेणी के 91 पदों में से 87 पद खाली हैं जिन्हें भरा जाना है। चार पद विशेष आरक्षित हैं। कोर्ट ने कहा कि कितनों ने 67.78 अंक प्राप्त किए हैं तथा इस अंक व 65.68 अंक के बीच कितने अभ्यर्थी हैं, स्पष्ट जानकारी नहीं है। ऐसे में याचिकाओं को नए सिरे से सुना जाए। कोर्ट ने कहा कि अंतिम चयन मेरिट अंक से अधिक अंक पाए अभ्यर्थियों की अनदेखी नहीं की जा सकती UPTET / टीईटी / TET - Teacher EligibilityTest Updates / Teacher Recruitment / शिक्षक भर्ती / SARKARI NAUKRI NEWS

केंद्र सरकार ने अपने कर्मचारियों के लिए सातवें वेतन आयोग की संस्तुतियों को लागू कर दिया था। इसके बाद सितंबर में प्रदेश सरकार ने भी इन्हें स्वीकार करने के साथ सेवानिवृत्त आइएएस अधिकारी गोपबंधु पटनायक की अध्यक्षता में समीक्षा समिति गठित कर दी थी। पटनायक ने 11 अगस्त को काम भी संभाल लिया था। सरकार ने समीक्षा समिति के गठन का आदेश जारी करने के साथ तीन माह के भीतर प्रारंभिक रिपोर्ट मांगी थी। इसके आधार पर अनुमान लगाया जा रहा था कि दीपावली के आसपास राज्य कर्मचारियों को सातवें वेतनमान का लाभ मिल जाएगा। समिति ने राज्य कर्मचारियों के विभिन्न संगठनों के साथ आम जनता का पक्ष सुनने की भी पहल की। तीन सौ से अधिक कर्मचारी संगठनों की बात सुनने के बाद समीक्षा समिति ने विभिन्न सरकारी विभागों का पक्ष सुनना शुरू किया है। वित्त विभाग से वित्तीय संसाधनों की उपलब्धता व संभावित खर्चे पर एक चक्र विचार-विमर्श भी हो चुका है।
अब तक प्रारंभिक संस्तुतियां भी न तैयार हो पाने के कारण दीपावली के आसपास ही नहीं, पूरे नवंबर में भी कर्मचारियों को इसका लाभ मिल पाने की उम्मीद नहीं लग रही है। स्वयं समीक्षा समिति के अध्यक्ष ने 15 नवंबर तक प्रारंभिक रिपोर्ट देने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया था। उनका कहना है कि जल्द से जल्द रिपोर्ट देने की कोशिश हो रही है। अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, प्रारंभिक रिपोर्ट मिलने के बाद भी इसे लागू करने की प्रक्रिया खासी लंबी है। नवंबर के अंत तक यदि प्रारंभिक रिपोर्ट मिल भी गई तो उस पर अमल का फामरूला तैयार कर कैबिनेट में लाया जाएगा। कैबिनेट से पास होने के बाद दिसंबर में यदि अमल की घोषणा भी हुई तो जनवरी से पहले कर्मचारियों को सातवें वेतनमान के अनुरूप वेतन नहीं मिल पाएगा। इस बीच चुनाव की घोषणा होने की स्थिति में भत्तों आदि से जुड़ी विस्तृत रिपोर्ट बाद में आएगी, जिस पर नई सरकार ही फैसला लेगी।
वेतनमान में फंसा डीए
केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों को पिछले दिनों दो फीसद महंगाई भत्ता (डीए) मिल चुका है। राज्य कर्मचारियों को वह भत्ता भी नहीं मिल पा रहा है। दरअसल केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों के लिए सातवें वेतन आयोग की संस्तुतियां लागू होने के साथ ही उन्हें मिल रहा 125 फीसद महंगाई भत्ता उनके मूल वेतन में जोड़ दिया गया था। ऐसे में उन्हें मिला दो फीसद महंगाई भत्ता छठे वेतनमान के फामरूले के हिसाब से पांच फीसद से ऊपर बैठता है। उत्तर प्रदेश के मामले में अधिकारी अभी इस पर फैसला नहीं कर पा रहे हैं।
अमर उजाला ब्यूरो, इलाहाबाद Updated Fri, 04 Nov 2016 02:01 AM IST कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (एसएससी) की परीक्षाओं में फर्जीवाड़ा रोकने के लिए आवेदन सहित परीक्षा पैटर्न में बदलाव होगा। एसएससी की परीक्षाओं केपैटर्न में बदलाव 2017 में होने वाली परीक्षाओं में लागू होगा। परीक्षार्थियों के ऑनलाइन आवेदन को आधार से जोड़ने के साथ परीक्षा में निगेटिव मार्किंग की भी व्यवस्था लागू होगी। सभी परीक्षाएं ऑनलाइन होंगी। एसएससी ने केंद्र सरकार की ओर से परीक्षा पैटर्न में बदलाव के लिए गठित कमेटी की सिफारिश मानने के साथ इसे अगले वर्ष विज्ञापित होने वाली परीक्षाओं से लागू करने का फैसला किया है। एसएससी की ओर से होने वाली ग्रेड-सी एवं डी की परीक्षा में बदले पैटर्न को पूरी तरह से लागू कर दिया जाएगा। आयोग की ओर से हर वर्ष ग्रेड सी एवं डी की लगभग आठ से नौ परीक्षाएं कराई जाती हैं। आयोग की परीक्षाओं में एक करोड़ से अधिक परीक्षार्थी शामिल होते हैं। परीक्षा पैटर्न में बदलाव के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने यूपीएससी के पूृर्व चेयरमैन आईएच खान के नेतृत्व में एक कमेटी बनाई थी, इसी रिपोर्ट के आधार अब बदलाव होगा। क्या होगा बदलाव - परीक्षा में सवाल पूछने के पैटर्न में बदलाव किया गया है, इसमें तार्किक और प्रासंगिक सवाल पूछे जाएंगे। परीक्षा में अब माइनस मार्किंग भी होगी। - परीक्षा के दौरान दूसरे परीक्षार्थी को बैठाकर परीक्षा पास करने कोशिश रोकने के लिए अब आवेदन को आधार से जोड़ा जाएगा। इससे केंद्रों पर उपस्थिति जांचते समय गड़बड़ी पकड़ में आ जाएगी। - जो अभ्यर्थी आवेदन करना चाहते हैं उन्हें एक ही बार में ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन के जरिए फीस जमा करने की सुविधा मिलेगी। परीक्षाएं ऑनलाइन होंगी। - आयोग ने फैसला किया है कि नए साल की शुरूआत में पूरे वर्ष का परीक्षा कैलेंडर घोषित किया जाएगा। इससे परीक्षार्थियों को अपनी तैयारी में सहूलियत होगी। आयोग की ओर से वर्तमान समय में परीक्षा कार्यक्रम जारी करने का कोई समय तय नहीं है। दिल्ली पुलिस की ओर से पहली बार सिपाही भर्ती की जिम्मेदारी कर्मचारी चयन आयोग को दी गई है। इसके लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन 10 सितंबर 2016 को मांगा गया था। आयोग की ओर से कंप्यूटर आधारित ऑनलाइन परीक्षा चार से सात मार्च 2017 के बीच होगी। एसएससी केंद्रीय सुरक्षा बलों में सिपाही भर्ती के लिए आवेदन 12 नवंबर को जारी करेगा। आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि नौ दिसंबर होगी। आयोग की ओर से कंप्यूटर आधारित ऑनलाइन परीक्षा 15 से 22 जुलाई के बीच होगी। UPTET / टीईटी / TET - Teacher EligibilityTest Updates / Teacher Recruitment / शिक्षक भर्ती / SARKARI NAUKRI NEWS
