गुड़गांव : हरियाणा अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा (एचटीईटी) 2012-13 के लिए एडमिट कार्ड इस बार पोस्ट के जरिए नहीं मिलेंगे, बल्कि 14 जून से एडमिट कार्ड बोर्ड की वेबसाइट http//htet.nic.in से डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। हरियाणा विद्यालय शिक्षा बोर्ड की प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि हरियाणा अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा से संबंधित पात्र आवेदकों को इस बारे में सूचित कर दिया गया है। एडमिट कार्ड पर परीक्षा केंद्र के लिए जरूरी दिश-निर्देश भी लिखे होंगे। एग्जाम की डेट्स लेवल थ्री, पीजीट के लिए 25 जून सुबह 10:30 से दोपहर 1:00 बजे तक, लेवल वन प्राइमरी टीचर के लिए 26 जून को सुबह 10:30 बजे से दोपहर एक बजे तक और लेवल-2 टीजीटी के लिए 26 जून को दोपहर 3 से 5:30 बजे तक होगी।

प्रदेश में 25 व 26 जून को होने वाली एचटेट परीक्षा में बैठने के लिए लेवल-2 टीजीटी वर्ग के लिए सबसे ज्यादा आवेदन किए गए हैं जबकि लेवल-3 पीजीटी के लिए सबसे कम।

वर्ष 2011 में हुए एचटेट की अपेक्षा इस बार परीक्षा में कम आवेदकों ने भाग लिया है। एचटेट की परीक्षा में बैठने के लिए तीनों वर्गो में करीब 3 लाख 80 हजार आवेदकों ने अप्लाई किया है। जिसमें से लेवल-1 पीआरटी के लिए करीब 1 लाख 25 हजार, लेवल-2 टीजीटी के लिए करीब 1 लाख 63 हजार ने जबकि लेवल-3 पीजीटी के लिए सबसे कम करीब 92 हजार आवेदकों ने ही अप्लाई किया है।

नई कंडीशन से घटी रुचि

अध्यापक भर्ती के नियमों में योग्यता संबंधी बदलाव की कंडीशन से इस बार वर्ष 2011 में हुए एचटेट की अपेक्षा पीजीटी व टीजीटी में आवेदकों ने कम अप्लाई किया है। सूत्रों के मुताबिक अध्यापक भर्ती बोर्ड ने अपने नियमों में बदलाव किया है जिसमें टीजीटी में एच्छिक विषय सहित स्नातक व पीजीटी के लिए बीएड योग्यता रखी है। जबकि पहले ये नियम नहीं थे। ऐसे में हजारों आवेदक नई कंडीशन के चक्कर में अप्लाई नहीं कर पाए। हालांकि दोनों ही मामलों पर विचार विमर्श होना अभी बाकी है।

15 जून से डाउनलोड होंगे एडमिट कार्ड

25 व 26 जून को होने वाली हरियाणा अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा में बैठने के लिए वेबसाइट से डाउनलोड होने वाला एडमिट कार्ड अब जून महीने में 15 जून के आसपास डाउनलोड किया जा सकेगा। सूत्रों के मुताबिक दो बार परीक्षा की तिथि निर्धारित की गई थी व दोनों ही बार करीब एक सप्ताह पहले एडमिट कार्ड आवेदकों को उपलब्ध कराने की योजना थी। अब परीक्षा के 10 दिन पहले विभाग की वेबसाइट पर एडमिट कार्ड डाउनलोड हो सकेगा। बोर्ड के सूत्रों के मुताबिक जल्द ही इस संदर्भ में शेड्यूल जारी किया जाएगा।

कंफर्म पेज जमा कराने के लिए कल मौका

परीक्षा की तिथि बढ़ाए जाने के बाद बोर्ड ने उन आवेदकों को भी मौका दिया है जिन्होंने निर्धारित तिथि तक बैंक में अपनी फीस तो जमा करा दी थी, लेकिन समय पर फीस संबंधी विवरण विभाग की साइट पर अपलोड नहीं किया था। ऐसे आवेदकों की फीस अपलोड करने के लिए मौका दिया गया व 27 मई तक कंफर्म पेज विभाग के पास पहुंच जाने चाहिए

मुरादाबाद। बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद के प्राइमरी विद्यालयों में नौकरी के दरवाजे बंद होने से तमाम बीएड बेरोजगारों में मायूसी छाई है। वर्ष 2013 में टीईटी की परीक्षा के लिए बीएड बेरोजगारों को टीईटी परीक्षा में सम्मिलत होने के लिए अर्ह नहीं माना गया है। इससे बीएड बेरोजगार खुद को ठगा सा महसूस कर रहे हैं। तमाम बीएड बेरोजगारों ने हाईकोर्ट जाने का मन बना लिया है।
शासनादेश के बावजूद हजारों अभ्यर्थियों ने कुछ बदलाव होने की उम्मीद के चलते प्राइमरी के लिए टीईटी परीक्षा को आवेदन कर दिए हैं। बीएड बेरोजगारों से टीईटी की उच्च प्राइमरी के लिए आवेदन मांगे गए हैं लेकिन उच्च प्राइमरी में टीईटी पास करने के बाद सीधे सहायक अध्यापक पद पर भर्ती नहीं हो सकते। उच्च प्राइमरी में सहायक अध्यापक का पद पदोन्नति के आधार पर भरा जाता है। जिसमें प्राइमरी के सहायक उच्च प्राइमरी के सहायक अध्यापक पद पर पदोन्नत होते हैं। यही नहीं माध्यमिक स्कूलों में संबद्ध प्राइमरी में बीएड टीईटी सहायक अध्यापक पद के लिए भी अर्ह नहीं होंगे। यानि बीटीसी के बाद टीईटी करने वाले ही बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद के प्राइमरी विद्यालयों में सहायक अध्यापक पद के लिए अर्ह होंगे। अभी तक बीएड बेरोजगारों को मेरिट के आधार पर प्राइमरी विद्यालयों में शिक्षक की नौकरी के आदेश हुए थे और उन्हें विशिष्ट बीटीसी का प्रशिक्षण देकर शिक्षक पदपर नौकरी मिल जाती थी। इससे बीएड करने वालों की संख्या बढ़ गई लेकिन बीएड बेरोजगारों में नए शासनादेश से खलबली मची हुई है।
पीड़ा अभ्यर्थियों की
हजारों रुपये पढ़ाई में खर्च करने के बाद नौकरी की उम्मीद टूटने से बीएड बेरोजगारों को धक्का लगा है। विभिन्न कालेजों से बीएड करने वाले अभ्यर्थी ठगा महसूस कर रहे हैं। बीएड बेरोजगार मुहम्मद यासमीर कहते हैं कि नौकरी की एक उम्मीद भी सरकार ने तोड़ दी है। राहुल कुमार और कुलदीप भी बदलाव से बेहद आहत हैं। वह कहते हैं कि इस फैसले के खिलाफ कोर्ट जाएंगे। अमित चौधरी, नूर अहमद समेत तमाम बीएड बेरोजगार बीएड बेरोजगार प्राइमरी टीईटी में अर्हता को हाईकोर्ट जाने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं

बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद् विद्यालयों में सहायक अध्यापक बनने के लिए अभ्यर्थियों की दावेदारी और बढ़ गयी है | परीक्षा नियामक प्राधिकारी इलाहाबाद ने बीटीसी 2010 बैच के आखिरी सेमेस्टर के अभ्यर्थियों का परिणाम आज घोषित कर दिया | इसमें 1902 अभ्यर्थी उत्तीर्ण घोषित किये गए हैं |

अब ये अभ्यर्थी वर्तमान में चल रही 10800 सहायक अध्यापक भर्ती प्रक्रिया में प्रतिभाग कर सकते हैं | इन पदों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया में बिना इस परिणाम के ये हिस्सा नही ले सकते थे |

लिहाजा परीक्षा नियामक प्राधिकारी इलाहाबाद पर बराबर परिणाम घोषित करने का भारी दबाव इन अभ्यर्थियों ने बनाया हुआ था | इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया में 29 मई तक पंजीकरण कराया जा सकता है और 3 जून आवेदन पूर्ण करने की आखिरी तिथि है |

दरअसल बीटीसी का कोर्स सारे कालेजो में एक साथ नहीं चला | जैसे जैसे राज्य सरकार सम्बध्दता देती जाती है वैसे वैसे कोर्स शुरू होता है | इस कारण सरकारी संस्थानों में बीटीसी 2010 का परिणाम तो दिसंबर 2012 में ही निकल चुका था लेकिन कई प्राइवेट कॉलेजों में कोर्स पूरा नहीं हुआ था |

बिल्थरारोड (बलिया) : यूपी बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा होने वाले प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में सहायक अध्यापकों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया में डीएड (विशेष शिक्षा) डिग्री धारकों को मौका न दिए जाने से अभ्यर्थियों में रोष व्याप्त है।

डीएड धारकों ने चौराहे पर खड़े अपने कैरियर को बचाने के लिए नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया में पात्रता हेतु सीएम को पाती भेजी है। डिग्रीधारी रमेश यादव, प्रमोद यादव, सुनील यादव, उमेश चंद, सुनिता गुप्त, रेशमा खातून, जितेंद्र यादव, आदित्य कुमार, अंजली श्रीवास्तव, स्वाती त्रिपाठी आदि ने बताया कि सूबे के मुख्यमंत्री व बेसिक शिक्षा मंत्री को भेजे गए ज्ञापन में पात्रता सूची में शामिल न करने को डीएड धारकों के भविष्य से खिलवाड़ का आरोप लगाया। बताया कि 14 मई को जारी 10800 प्राथमिक शिक्षक भर्ती में आरसीआई से मान्यता प्राप्त डीएड (विशेष शिक्षा) के डिग्री धारकों को सम्मिलित नहीं किया गया है, जिससे उनके हाथ से एक सुनहरा अवसर निकल जाएगा, जबकि भारत के राजपत्र में स्पष्ट रूप से द्विवर्षीय डीएड विशेष शिक्षा व टीईटी उत्तीर्ण को अर्ह माना गया है। इसे पूर्व शिक्षक भर्ती प्रक्रिया में लिया भी गया किंतु इस बार उपेक्षित कर दिया गया है

Learned counsel submits that there is no impediment and the result can be declared expeditiously in the event the respondents choose to do so.
This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 1 that in case it is possible and there is no other difficulty, the respondent No.1 may proceed to consider the request of the petitioner in the light of the facts stated above so that the petitioner may not be deprived of the opportunity to apply for the posts in question.

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court verdict on nursery admission has been challenged in Supreme Court. The court had ruled that the Right to Education (RTE) Act is not applicable to nursery admission in unaided private schools. An NGO, Social Jurist, has approached the apex court, saying that the high court erred in law in holding that the Act applied only in the matter of admission of children between the ages of 6 years to 14 years and is not applicable to nursery admission.

"The Delhi High Court has clearly erred in law in holding that the provisions of Section 13 of the Right ofChildren to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 apply only in the matter of admission of the children between the age of 6 years to 14 years and are not applicable to the admission of children below 6 years in unaided private schools," the NGO submitted in its petition.

"Section 13 of the Act was formulated in the context of rampant screening practices being adopted by the private unaided schools in nursery admissions which had resulted in a comprehensive round of litigation in the high court. It was to correct this mischief that the said provision was incorporated," the petition said while challenging the high court verdict.

In its petition before the apex court, the NGO stated that the HC was not correct in declaring that Section 13 of the Act was formulated in context of rampant screening practices adopted by private unaided schools in nursery admissions. “It was to correct this mischief that the said provision was incorporated,” the appeal states.

The HC had on February 19 dismissed its petition which challenged the points-system followed by schools in nursery admissions. The high court bench headed by the Chief Justice had, however, asked the Centre to consider amending the Act to include nursery education and said that the schools cannot be allowed to run as ‘teaching shops’ as it would be ‘detrimental to equal opportunity to children’.

“Though we have held that the RTE Act is not applicable to nursery schools, in our opinion there cannot be any different yardstick to be adopted for education to children up to the age of 14 years irrespective of the fact that it applies to only elementary education,” the court had noted in its verdict.

"It is the right time for the government to consider the applicability of the Right to Education Act to the nursery classes as well, as in many of the states admissions are made right from the nursery classes and the children so admitted are automatically allowed to continue from class-I.”

"In that sense, the provisions of Section 13 would be rendered meaningless insofar as it prohibits screening procedure at the time of selection," it had said.

प्राथमिक विद्यालयों के 266 और जूनियर हाईस्कूलों के 129 अध्यापकों की वरिष्ठता सूची 16 मई को जारी की गई।बीएसए पीएन सिंह की ओर से जारी आदेश में यह भी कहा गया है कि अगर सूची पर किसी को आपत्ति है, तो वह दर्ज करा सकता है।
प्राइमरी विद्यालय इदरीशपुर (बड़ौत) के अध्यापक मनोज ने इस सूची पर कड़ी आपत्ति की है। उन्होंने बताया कि वरिष्ठता सूची तैयार करने के लिए सरकारी आदेश का ताक पर रखे गए। उन्होंने जीओ की कॉपी दिखाते हुए बताया कि प्रमोशन का आधार नियुक्ति की तिथि होनी चाहिए, जबकि यह सूची कार्यभार गृहण करने की तिथि के अनुसार तैयार की गई है। सूची को देखकर इसलिए भी हैरानी हो रही है कि कई अध्यापकों की नियुक्ति जन्माष्टमी की बताई गई है, जबकि इस दिन अवकाश रहता है।
इस संबंध में बीएसए पीएन सिंह का कहना है कि अध्यापकों की वरिष्ठता सूची पर आपत्ति ली जा रही हैं। जिसे आपत्ति है, वह सीधे उनके पास आ सकता है। इसके लिए अलग से एक बाबू भी तैनात किया गया है। अभी अंतिम सूची जारी होनी बाकी है

CHENNAI: At a time when all court halls have been air-conditioned, and all cars and chambers of judges too are air conditioned, why do we need summer vacation for the high court?

This was the question raised in a public interest writ petition filed in the Madras high court. Calling it a relic of colonial era and totally unwarranted because courts have been grappling with several lakhs of pending cases, the PIL filed by K Shyam Sundar, a practising advocate, wanted the high court to quash its own notification declaring summer recess from May 1 to June 2 (both days inclusive).

The concept of summer vacation was introduced in high courts during the time when English judges were adorning the seats and they could not best the heat in summer...Nowadays, most of the superior courts are air-conditioned and the chambers and cars provided to judges are also air-conditioned. In view of the technological advancement, the custom of observing long summer vacations because of severe heat condition has lost its relevance," he said.

Pointing out that high courts functioned for only 210 days a year, the PIL said the impugned notification had restricted filing of only urgent cases and denied advocate's right to file other cases. He also said when subordinate civil and criminal cases functioned during most of the summer period, it is unfair to extend such a benefit to courts alone. The concept of summer vacation has not been provided for in the constitution of the rules of high court, he said, adding that without any basis of law it ought not to be given the high court, he said.

For, just like the police, the judiciary is a vital institution of public life that must be active throughout the year. Without a vibrant judiciary functioning at all times, democracy and the rights of the people stand to be eroded by power and corruption. There's certainly a case for hiring more judges, but that in no way controverts the basic argument that the judiciary offers a vital public service that shouldn't be shut down for long periods. Neither is one arguing that judges don't deserve holidays, vacations or study leave. But they shouldn't do it all at the same time. Instead they can do it by rotation, just as in other public services.

If judges need a vacation, so do parliamentarians, bureaucrats, entrepreneurs, right till our domestic help. Why not stop the whole country for a month then??!!!!!! There is no valid argument to shut the judiciary for a month. Will the crime end during this lull? If no then why should the remedies? Justice delayed is justice denied.

सहारनपुर। अनुदेशकों के लिए बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग में तीसरी काउंसिलिंग 31 मई को हो सकती है। जिससे शासन द्वारा निर्धारित परिषद के 119 उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालयों के लिए 357 अनुदेशकों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया जल्द पूरी होने की संभावना है।
प्रदेश सरकार ने उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की कमी को पूरा करने के लिए जिले में 357 अनुदेशकों की भर्ती के आदेश दिए थे। इसके लिए प्रदेश स्तर पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन मांगे गए थे। प्राप्त आवेदनों के आधार पर शिक्षा विभाग आवेदकों की दो बार काउंसिलिंग करा चुका है। लेकिन इसके बाद भी परिषद द्वारा निर्धारतसंख्या के अनुसार चयन की प्रक्रिया पूरी नहीं हो पा रही है। विभाग अब इन अनुदेशकों की संख्या को आवश्यकता अनुसार पूरा करने के लिए तीसरी काउंसिलिंग कराने जा रहा है।

शासन से निर्धारित 357 अनुदेशकों की संख्या पहलीऔर दूसरी काउंसिलिंग में भी पूरी नहीं हो सकी। इसी वजह से शासन से तीसरी काउंसिलिंग कराने के आदेशप्राप्त हुए हैं।

IMPHAL, May 24: The results of the Teacher Eligibility Test, 2013 conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur was announced today.
According to statistics provided by the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur altogether 39,083 candidates had enrolled themselves for the exam which is conducted in two papers, Paper I and Paper II; however 36039 candidates appeared with only 14,979 candidates passing the exam.
The total pass percentage stood at a low 41.56 percent.
In Paper I, Churachanpur district recorded the highest pass percentage with 7.41percent of the total pass, while Jiribam sub-division had the lowest pass percentage against the total at 0.53percent.
While, Bishnupur district recorded the highest pass percentage of 64.60 percent (district wise) in Paper I, Tamenglong had only 18.81 pass percentage in the Paper.
Churachandpur had the highest number of candidates with 5073 candidates enrolling themselves for the exam with 4754 candidates appearing for the exam and 1963 candidates declared pass.
Amongst the valley districts, Thoubal had a pass percentage of 61.53 percent, while Imphal West had a pass percentage of 61.15percent, Imphal East had a pass percentage of 60.44 percent and Jiribam sub Division had a pass percentage of 61.14.
In the hill districts, Ukhrul had 22.39 pass percentage, Senapati had 24.58 pass percentage out of 3003 candidates enrolled and 2836 appearing the exam; Tamenglong had 18.81 pass percentage while Chandel had 35.25 pass percent.
The total pass percentage in Paper I is 42.59 percent.
In Paper II, the total pass percentage is 38.72 with Bishnupur district recording the highest pass percentage with 62.25 percent and Ukhrul recording the lowest pass percentage at 17.80 percent

CHENNAI: Appointing teachers based solely on seniority of their registration in the employment exchange is disastrous, the Madras high court has said.

"The policy has resulted in persons who had crossed more than 50 or 55 years being appointed as teachers. I have had cases of persons who were appointed at the age of 57, only to retire within a year," rued Justice V Ramasubramanian.

Passing orders on a batch of petitions filed by computer instructors in schools, seeking not to be terminated from service, Justice Ramasubramanian said: "It is unfortunate that instead of 'excellence' having a date with 'education,' it is 'employment' that has today eloped with 'education'."

The judge also made it clear that he would not issue any direction to the government to take seniority in employment as the sole criterion to appoint teachers. "It is impossible for me to close my eyes and give a direction to the authorities to make recruitment solely on the basis of seniority of registration in the employment exchange. It is my duty to point out that the hands of the government are not fettered today, to evolve a process for selection of qualified and competent teachers," he said.

He pointed out that in July 2012 only 0.34% of 7.14 lakh candidates cleared the teacher eligibility test. When a supplementary examination was held, only 2.9% of 6.43 lakh candidates cleared it. Pointing out that the state had 685 teacher training institutes churning out about 73,000 students every year, the judge said, "The quality of teacher education is such that when the Teachers Recruitment Board conducted the eligibility test, the pass percentage was so low."

The petitioners were among 1,880 computer instructors appointed in government schools in 1999 on a consolidated pay of Rs 1,500 a month. Their selection was set aside by the high court in 2006 on a petition by teachers registered with the employment exchange. On an appeal, a division bench upheld their selection after the government said that it planned to conduct a special test as a one-time measure. The matter reached the Supreme Court and in the meanwhile, the government conducted the special test in October 2008. As 50% marks was the cut-off, out of 1,686 candidates only 857 qualified. The government then brought down the qualifying marks to 35% and another 829 candidates qualified.

In July 2009, the SC permitted the government to absorb only those who had scored 50% and above and said other could be allowed to rewrite test. Termination notices were served on those who could not clear the test in the second attempt too. While these teachers challenged the termination, those on employment exchange register wanted the court to direct the authorities to recruit them as per seniority.

इलाहाबाद। केन्द्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड की ओर से 12वीं का परीक्षाफल 27 मई को घोषित किया जाएगा। मार्च में हुई 12वीं की परीक्षा में कुल 1.82 लाख परीक्षार्थी शामिल हुए थे। बोर्ड की ओर से पहली बार 10 वीं का परिणाम पीछे करके 12 वीं का परिणाम घोषित किया जा रहा है। यह जेईई मेंस में शामिल छात्रों की सुविधा को ध्यान में रखकर किया गया है। 10 वीं का परिणाम 29 मई को घोषित किए जाने की संभावना है।

देहरादून : प्रदेश में एलटी शिक्षक के रूप में नियुक्ति की राह तक रहे हजारों बीएड प्रशिक्षितों को केंद्र सरकार ने झटका दिया है। उन्हें शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) से निजात नहीं मिलने वाली। रोजगार के लिए उन्हें भी टीईटी-दो अनिवार्य रूप से पास करना होगा। केंद्र सरकार के इस फरमान के बाद अब राज्य को एलटी नियमावली में संशोधन करना होगा। शिक्षा महकमा इस कवायद में जुट गया है। इस वजह से टीईटी परीक्षा भी अब जल्द कराने की तैयारी है।

प्रदेश में एलटी शिक्षकों के चार हजार से ज्यादा पद रिक्त हैं। सिर्फ राष्ट्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा अभियान के तहत खुले 228 स्कूलों में शिक्षकों के तकरीबन दो हजार पद रिक्त हैं। इन पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए भी अब बीएड प्रशिक्षितों को टीईटी-दो पास करना होगा। दरअसल, एलटी शिक्षक कक्षा छह से दसवीं कक्षा तक पढ़ाते हैं। छठवीं, सातवीं और आठवीं कक्षा इसके दायरे में होने के कारण केंद्र सरकार ने एलटी नियुक्तियों में भी टीईटी-दो को अनिवार्य किया है। इस बाबत राज्य सरकार ने केंद्र सरकार को पत्र भेजा। अब केंद्र सरकार ने राज्य को पत्र भेजकर इस संबंध में स्थिति साफ कर दी है। केंद्र सरकार ने एलटी नियुक्तियों के लिए टीईटी-दो को अनिवार्य बताया है। मौजूदा व्यवस्था में एलटी शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति के लिए टीईटी-दो पास करने का प्रावधान नहीं है। कक्षा छह से आठवीं तक अध्यापकों के सीटी संवर्ग को काफी पहले मृत संवर्ग घोषित कर एलटी संवर्ग में समायोजित किया जा चुका है।

एलटी नियुक्तियों के लिए टीईटी-दो पास करने की व्यवस्था अभी एलटी नियमावली में नहीं है। लिहाजा नियमावली में संशोधन किया जाएगा। केंद्र का फरमान मिलने के बाद राज्य सरकार के लिए फिलहाल असहज स्थितियां बन गई हैं। सरकार अब बोर्ड परीक्षा का मूल्यांकन कार्य निपटने के बाद टीईटी और टीईटी-दो जल्द आयोजित करने की तैयारियों में जुट गई है। शिक्षा सचिव मनीषा पंवार ने एलटी नियुक्तियों के लिए टीईटी-दो अनिवार्य किए जाने के केंद्र सरकार के निर्देशों की पुष्टि की। उन्होंने कहा कि एलटी की नई नियुक्तियां नई व्यवस्था के तहत होंगी। इसके लिए नियमावली में संशोधन किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने स्वीकार किया कि टीईटी जल्द आयोजित की जाएगी
