इलाहाबाद (ब्यूरो)। सचिव परीक्षा नियामक प्राधिकारी की ओर से ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों को शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) का प्रवेश पत्र जारी कर दिया गया, जिनके आवेदन निरस्त कर दिए गए है, जबकि परीक्षा में शामिल होने वाले योग्य अभ्यर्थियों को इससे बाहर कर दिया गया है। परीक्षा से बाहर हुए अभ्यर्थियों ने अपने प्रवेश पत्र भी डाउनलोड कर लिए थे। अब परीक्षा से दो दिन पहले परीक्षा नियामक प्राधिकारी ने इन परीक्षार्थियों का अभ्यर्थन निरस्त करने का फैसला किया है।

एनआईसी की ओर से 396 ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों को प्रवेश पत्र जारी कर दिए गए, जिनके आवेदन पहले ही निरस्त किए जा चुके थे। वहीं 1611 ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों के आवेदन निरस्त कर दिए गए जो परीक्षा देने के योग्य थे। मामला संज्ञान में आने पर गलती सुधारते हुए योग्य अभ्यर्थियों को नए प्रवेश पत्र जारी किए गए हैं। वहीं अयोग्य अभ्यर्थियों की लिस्ट सभी जिलों के जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षकों को भेज दी गई है ताकि वे अभ्यर्थी परीक्षा में शामिल न हो सकें।

टीईटी में आनलाइन प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद जब आवेदनों की स्क्रीनिंग की गई तो 50418 ऐसे आवेदनों को निरस्त कर दिया गया, जिन्होंने गलत शैक्षिक योग्यता भर दी थी। इस संबंध में सचिव परीक्षा नियामक प्राधिकारी नीना श्रीवास्तव का कहना है कि जिन अयोग्य अभ्यर्थियों के प्रवेश पत्र जारी हो गए हैं, वे माने नहीं जाएंगे। इसके साथ ही इन सभी अभ्यर्थियों की लिस्ट पंजीकरण और रोल नंबर के साथ सभी जिलों के डीआईओएस और परीक्षा केंद्रों को भेज दी गई है।

एटा: प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति में अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा-2011 उत्तीर्ण अभ्यर्थियों ने आंदोलन की आगामी रणनीति गुरुवार को तय की। जिससे रिक्त पदों पर उन्हें शिक्षक पदों पर प्रदेश में तैनाती मिल सके। अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा संघर्ष मोर्चा के जिला संयोजक ज्ञानेंद्र वीरसिंह राठौर के शांति नगर स्थित आवास पर बैठक हुई।विजय सक्सेना ने कहा कि 72 हजार से अधिक शिक्षकों का वाद उच्चतम न्यायालय में लंबित है। जिसकी आगामी सुनवाई तीन मार्च को प्रस्तावित है। प्रदेशसरकार को चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि सरकार ने टीईटी अभ्यर्थियों को अनदेखा किया तो सरकार को आगामी चुनाव में इसके गंभीर परिणाम भुगतने होंगे।नवीन चतुर्वेदी, मयंक तिवारी, अजीत यादव ने सभी अभ्यर्थियों को एकजुट होने का आह्वान किया। तपेश कुमार ने कहा कि मोर्चा की 23 फरवरी को दोपहर दो बजे जीटी रोड स्थित शहीद पार्क में बैठक आयोजित होगी। जिसमें आगामी रणनीति के बारे में विस्तार से बताया जाएगा। बैठक में हरिओम यादव, शिवप्रताप, मदन राजपूत, रविंद्र सैनी, धीरज शर्मा, हरिश्चंद्र शर्मा, रमेश चंद्र, माया प्रकाश आदि मौजूद रहे।

मुख्य सचिव ने नियुक्ति की मांग का प्रत्यावेदन निरस्त किया

लखनऊ। शासन ने डेढ़ साल पहले हुई 79 सहायक समीक्षा अधिकारियों की चयन प्रक्रिया को अवैध करार देते हुए नियुक्ति देने से इन्कार कर दिया है। बिना बैकलॉग पदों को भरने की मांग भेजने के लिए तत्कालीन विशेष सचिव सहित पांच अधिकारियों को जिम्मेदार ठहराया गया है। इस फैसले से चयनित होने के बावजूद अभ्यर्थियों की नौकरी का सपना टूट गया है।
बताते चलें कि चयन वर्ष 2001-02 में सहायक समीक्षा अधिकारी संवर्ग में मौजूद रिक्तियों का हवाला देते हुए 2004 में विशेष चयन के लिए उप्र लोक सेवा आयोग को मांग भेजी गई थी। यह चयन कार्यवाही सीधी भर्ती के बैकलॉग के अंतर्गत 81 पदों पर होनी थी। आयोग ने वर्ष 2009 में प्रारंभिक परीक्षा व 2011 में मुख्य परीक्षा कराई। इसके बाद 81 पदों के सापेक्ष 79 अभ्यर्थियों की नियुक्ति के लिए नवंबर 2012 में शासन को सिफारिश भेज दी। जब चयनित अभ्यर्थी जॉइनिंग के लिए पहुंचे तो सरकार ने नियुक्ति देने से इन्कार कर दिया। इस पर अभ्यर्थी हाईकोर्ट चले गए। हाईकोर्ट ने शासन को आवेदकों के प्रत्यावेदन का निबटारा करने व यदि याची नियुक्ति के पात्र हैं तो बिना देर किए जॉइन कराने का निर्देश दिया था।
अब मुख्य सचिव जावेद उस्मानी ने सहायक समीक्षा अधिकारियों के चयन के लिए भेजे जाने वाली मांग को विधि विरुद्ध बताते हुए नियुक्ति देने से इन्कार कर दिया है। उन्होंने चयन के बावजूद नियुक्ति न देने के लिए उच्चतम न्यायालय के शंकरसन दास बनाम भारत संघ में दिए फैसले का सहारा लिया है। सचिव सचिवालय प्रशासन अरविंद नारायण मिश्र ने इस संबंध में आदेश जारी कर दिया है।
गड़बड़ी के लिए विशेष सचिव सहित पांच जिम्मेदार
आयोग को मांग भेजने के बाद ही शासन को पता चल गया था कि सीधी भर्ती कोटे में कोई बैकलॉग नहीं है। इसके बावजूद शासन मूकदर्शक बना रहा और आयोग ने चयन संबंधी कार्यवाही भी पूरी कर दी। जब आयोग से चयनित अभ्यर्थी शासन में जॉइनिंग के लिए पहुंचे तो जॉइनिंग न कराकर मामले की जांच बैठा दी गई। इसमें बिना बैकलॉग के ही पदों को भरने की मांग भेजने और जानकारी होने के बावजूद उप्र लोक सेवा आयोग को जानकारी न देने का खुलासा हुआ।
जांच अधिकारी ने प्रकरण से जुड़े सहायक समीक्षा अधिकारी, अनुभाग अधिकारी, अनुसचिव, संयुक्त सचिव व विशेष सचिव को इसके लिए जिम्मेदार ठहराया है। मुख्य सचिव ने चयनित अभ्यर्थियों का प्रत्यावेदन निरस्त करते हुए इन अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की प्रक्रिया जारी होने की बात कही है

इटावा : शिक्षामित्रों को शिक्षक बनाए जाने पर बीएड डिग्री धारकों की आपत्ति उचित नहीं है। बीएड किए हुए अभ्यर्थी हाईस्कूल व इंटर कॉलेज में शिक्षण के पात्र हैं न कि प्राथमिक शिक्षा के। यह बात उत्तर प्रदेशीय आदर्श शिक्षामित्र वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन के पदाधिकारियोंने कही।

उनका कहना है कि पंद्रह वर्षो बाद एनसीईआरटी व राज्य सरकार द्वारा बीटीसी करवाकर शिक्षामित्रों को शिक्षक बनाया जाएगा। इससे शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता प्रभावित नहीं होगी। आज सभी एकल विद्यालय शिक्षामित्रों के सहारे ही चल रहे हैं। ब्लाक अध्यक्ष बजरंगी लाल, ब्लाक मंत्री जयशंकर यादव सहित कई शिक्षामित्रों ने अपने विचार रखे

बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद के प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में बीएड डिग्रीधारियों को शिक्षक के रूप में नियुक्त करने की 31 मार्च की डेडलाइन में प्रदेश सरकार छूट मांगने की तैयारी में है।
प्रक्रिया लम्बी होने की वजह से तय समयसीमा में 72,825 शिक्षकों की भर्ती संभव नही दिख रही । दरअसल, 23 अगस्त 2010 की अधिसूचना में एनसीटीई ने 31 दिसम्बर 2011 तक ही बीएड डिग्रीधारियों को इन विद्यालयों में शिक्षक के रूप में नियुक्त करने की अनुमति दी थी। यही कारण था कि 2012 के विधान सभा चुनाव से ठीक पहले बसपा सरकार में पहली बार शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा कराई गयी।
शिक्षक भर्ती के लिए 30 नवम्बर 2011 के अंत में विज्ञापन जारी कर दिया गया लेकिन विवाद के कारण 31 दिसंबर को समयसीमा बीत गयी । इसके बाद प्रदेश में सरकार बनाने वाली सपा ने केन्द्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय से शिक्षक भर्ती के लिए छूट मांगी, जिस पर केंद्र सरकार ने प्रदेश सरकार को 31 मार्च 2014 तक का समय दे दिया।
इसके बाद सपा सरकार ने टीईटी मेरिट के बजाय एकेडमिक रिकॉर्ड के आधार पर भर्ती की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ की जिसको लेकर विवाद हो गया। हाई कोर्ट ने 20 नवम्बर 2013 को टीईटी मेरिट पर भर्ती के आदेश दिए लेकिन सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एसएलपी दायर कर दी। इसकी सुनवाई अब 3 मार्च को होनी है

The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed a plea against the Tamil Nadu government's decision to fix 60 % cut off marks in the state Teacher Eligibility Test conducted this year.
"We find it difficult to accede to the request of the counsel. The question as to whether the cut off marks stipulated for the reserved category candidates have to be reduced or not, is entirely a matter for the State Government to decide," a bench of justices KS Radhakrishnan and A K Sikri said.
"The court exercising writ jurisdiction cannot grant such relaxation/concessional marks, as the same is the decision to be taken by the State Government," it said.

Days after giving a relaxation of five per cent marks in the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for the reserved category candidates, the State government on Friday issued orders giving corresponding concessions with regard to ‘weightage of marks’ as well.

As per the GO issued on Friday, those who scored less than 90 will be given additional 36 marks as ‘weightage’ for selection as government school teachers based on TET results. This means that those who scored less than 90, but more than 82 (after the revision in cutoff marks) will benefit from the order.

The GO would also be applicable while finalising the selection list of the TET 2013, held on August 17 and 18, and for all future tests with respect to the candidates belonging to the reserved categories.

Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa on February 3 had announced in the State Assembly: “Though it has been fixed that candidates have to score 60 per cent marks to secure a pass in the TET, the candidates belonging to SC/STs, BCs, MBCs, BCs among the Muslims, Denotified Communities and Differently-abled would be given a concession of five per cent. Hence, they can pass the examination if they score 55 per cent of marks instead of 60 per cent.”

Subsequently, School Education Department had clarified that the reserved category candidates needed 82 marks to clear the TET. With Friday’s GO, the department said those who scored less than 90, but more than 82 would also get ‘weightage of marks’.

Higher Education Minister P Palaniappan on Saturday clarified that reservation policy would be followed only for appointment of teachers and not for the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the Teachers Recruitment Board.

Replying to the requests of members of various parties to adopt reservation policy for the TET too, the Minister said the objective of the government was to appoint qualified teachers to the schools. For the SSLC and Higher Secondary examinations, reservation policy was not being followed and the eligible marks were similar for all. Once candidates pass the TET, then reservation would be applicable for their appointment, he added.

When the members pointed out that the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), in its guidelines had allowed State governments in giving concessions for candidates of certain sections in deciding pass marks, Minister said they were only guidelines and not mandatory.

Already, the Tamil Nadu State Platform for Common School System had filed a complaint with the National Commission for Scheduled Castes against the TRB for not adopting the reservation policy in the conduct of TET in Tamil Nadu.

Following the complaint, the Commission had sent notice to the TRB seeking explanation.

CM giving up quota in TET, says Karunanidhi

“Demand for relaxing minimum marks for reserved category in test has gone unheeded”

Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) president M. Karunanidhi on Wednesday charged Chief Minister Jayalalithaa with giving up the principles of reservation in selection of teachers in Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the Teachers Recruitment Board in August 2013.

In a statement, Mr. Karunanidhi said that he demanded relaxation of minimum marks for the reserved category in TET. But, it went unheeded.

Quoting the recent order of National Commission for Scheduled Castes, which asked the State government to initiate action against erring officials responsible for non-implementation of the policy, he said: “The officer concerned would not have acted on his own. Hence, it is evident that the Chief Minister is at fault. Will the Chief Minister accept her fault and compensate backward class people adequately by filling the posts,” he asked.

रांची: शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टेट) के संशोधित रिजल्ट जारी करने का रास्ता साफ हो गया है. मानव संसाधन विकास विभाग ने झारखंड एकेडमिक काउंसिल को इसकी अनुमति दे दी है. केवल इग्‍नू के माध्यम से शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने के वाले विद्यार्थियों का ही रिजल्ट जारी किया जायेगा. ऐसे एक हजार से अधिक परीक्षार्थियों ने शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा के आवेदन पत्र में अंक की जगह ग्रेड का उल्लेख किया था.

उल्लेखनीय है कि इग्‍नू के माध्यम से शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने वाले परीक्षार्थी के अंक पत्र में अंक की जगह ग्रेड का जिक्र होता है. टेट के आवेदन पत्र में अंक लिखने का निर्देश दिया गया था. अंक की जगह ग्रेड का जिक्र करनेवाले परीक्षार्थियों का रिजल्ट रिजेक्ट कर दिया गया था. इसके बाद परीक्षार्थी हाइकोर्ट चले गये. हाइकोर्ट ने यह कहते हुए परीक्षार्थियों का रिजल्ट जारी करने का आदेश दिया कि इसमें विद्यार्थियों का कोई दोष नहीं है.

26 हजार कर रहे हैं दावा
शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा में शामिल 26,608 परीक्षार्थी अलग-अलग कारणों से रिजल्ट रिजेक्ट होने का दावा कर रहे हैं. इसमें शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण प्रमाण पत्र जमा नहीं करने, अंक की जगह ग्रेड लिखने, गलत पोस्ट कोड लिखने, ओएमआर में सही रोल नंबर नहीं लिखने और गलत विषय लिखने के कारण विद्यार्थियों का रिजल्ट रिजेक्ट किया गया था.

फरवरी के अंत तक रिजल्ट
मानव संसाधन विकास विभाग की सहमति के बाद झारखंड एकेडमिक काउंसिल ने रिजल्ट जारी करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है. रिजल्ट लगभग तैयार कर लिया गया है. सफल परीक्षार्थियों को डाक के माध्यम से प्रमाण पत्र भेजा जायेगा. उल्लेखनीय है कि राज्य में कक्षा एक से पांच में शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया भी शुरू है.

CHANDIGARH: Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani has decided to declare the result of Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) 2013-14 on February 20. Also, the answer keys of question papers concerned with this teacher eligibility test will be uploaded on the website of the Board along with the result.

Secretary of the Board, Dr Anshaj Singh said on Tuesday that subject experts have analyzed and examined all the question papers of this test and on the basis of this the answer key was given the final shape.

He said that if any candidate finds any error after comparing the answer key and question paper then they could send their complaint to Secretary of the Board through registered or speed post or by hand along with complete facts and proofs.

Dr Anshaj Singh said that such complaints should reach the office of the Board within seven days of declaration of result after that no complaints would be entertained. If the last date of submitting complaints falls on Saturday or Sunday or on any gazetted holiday then next working day would be considered as last date for submission, he added.

लखनऊ। शिक्षा मित्रों को शिक्षक बनाने की प्रक्रिया तय कर ली गई है। उन्हें शिक्षक बनाने के लिए न तो अखबारों में विज्ञापन निकाला जाएगा और न ही आवेदन के लिए फॉर्म भरवाया जाएगा। उत्तर प्रदेश अध्यापक सेवा संशोधित नियमावली जारी होने के साथ शासनादेश जारी कर उन्हें शिक्षक बनाने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी जाएगी। पहले चरण में स्नातक और दो वर्षीय पत्राचार बीटीसी प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर चुके 57,886 शिक्षा मित्रों को सहायक अध्यापक बनाया जाएगा।
राज्य सरकार ने शिक्षा मित्रों को सहायक अध्यापक बनाने का निर्णय किया है। उनके लिए टीईटी की अनिवार्यता नहीं है। कैबिनेट के निर्णय के मुताबिक अध्यापक सेवा नियमावली को संशोधित करते हुए भाषा विभाग को भेज दिया गया है। जैसे ही नियमावली की अधिसूचना जारी होगी, शिक्षामित्रों के समायोजन का शासनादेश जारी कर दिया जाएगा। शिक्षामित्रों के समायोजन की पूरी प्रक्रिया तय कर दी गई है। जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (डायट) प्राचार्य की अध्यक्षता में जनपदीय कमेटी बनाई जाएगी। इसमें जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक, जिला प्रशासन का एक अधिकारी और राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज का वरिष्ठतम प्रधानाचार्य सदस्य होंगे। संबंधित जिले के बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी सदस्य सचिव और नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी होंगे।
अल्फाबेट के आधार पर बनेगी चयन सूची
परीक्षा नियामक प्राधिकारी से जारी परिणाम के आधार पर दो वर्षीय पत्राचार प्रशिक्षण की परीक्षा पास करने वाले शिक्षा मित्रों की सूची बनाई जाएगी। इसमें उनके स्नातक और पत्राचार प्रशिक्षण के प्रमाण पत्रों का परीक्षण किया जाएगा। नाम के अक्षरों के आधार पर चयन सूची तैयार की जाएगी। जिला समिति से अनुमोदन के बाद बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी नियुक्ति पत्र जारी करेगा। नियुक्ति पत्र जैसे-जैसे जारी होते जाएंगे, शिक्षा मित्रों को समायोजित किया जाता रहेगा। शिक्षा मित्रों का उसी स्कूल में समायोजन किया जाएगा, जहां वे काम कर रहे हैं। बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग से तैयार कराए गए प्रस्ताव के मुताबिक यह प्रक्रिया दो माह के अंदर पूरी कर ली जाएगी।

The government of Uttar Pradesh conducts Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) for the candidates aspiring to become teachers in primary (I-V) and upper primary (VI-VIII) schools in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

TET must for madrassa appointments: Himanta

Silchar: State education minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) is compulsory for the appointment of teachers at madrassas in the state.

"Teachers won't be appointed in madrassas unless they have cleared TET," the minister said.

Sarma said the TET questionnaires for madrassas will be prepared on the basis of contents of the Quran and the Hadit.

He said this while addressing the 49th annual conference of the North-East India Emarate Sharria Nadwatut Tamir (a Muslim socio-religious organization) and the 62th convocation of Aljamiatul Arbiatul Islamia, a senior madrassa at Badarpur in Karimganj district on early Monday.

Sarma said that different segments of the Muslim community had made repeated demands over the years to streamline the appointment of teachers in madrassas in Assam through TET. The state government has decided to do so, he said.

Madrassa education in the state is run by State Madrassasa Education Board, Assam. The numbers of Madrassa are 707 in the state. They include 524 Pre-Senior Madrassas, 164 Senior Madrassas, 14 Title Madrassas and 5 Arabic Colleges, sources said.

The education minister said the Assam government has decided to make available necessary land and infrastructure for setting up an office of the North-East India Emarate Sharria Nadwatut Tamir in Guwahati. Besides this, a Madrassa will also be set up in the state capital under the organization. Besides this, he announced funds of Rs 20 lakh for completion of ongoing work at the central office of the organization at Mission Road in Badarpur.

In a resolution adopted at the massive conglomeration attended by thousands of Muslims from all over the northeast, they demanded setting up of a passport office branch in Silchar and granting of three days government holiday during Eid.

Besides this, the community demanded early completion of work on the Lumding-Silchar broad gauge and Silchar-Saurashtra East-West Corridor projects and controlling the skyrocketing prices of essential commodities, among others.

संभल। मोअल्लिम-ए-उर्दू बेरोजगार संगठन की बैठक में प्रदेश की सपा सरकार पर मोअल्लिम डिग्री धारकों को धोका दिए जाने का आरोप लगाया।
मास्टर इस्माइल के आवास पर संपन्न बैठक में मुख्य महासचिव अनवर हुसैन कादरी ने कहाकि प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री अखिलेश यादव ने 1996 तक के तमाम टीइटी पास मोअल्लिम उपाधिधारकों को उर्दू शिक्षक बनाने का वायदा किया था। जिसको उन्हाेंने अभी तक पूरा नहीं किया। 18 वर्ष के लंबे संघर्ष के बाद भी 6000 मोअल्लिम दर-दर की ठोकरें और गरीबी का दंश झेलने को मजबूर है।
मास्टर इस्माइल ने कहाकि चौथी काउंसलिंग नहीं कराकर शेष रिक्तयों पर नया विज्ञापन जारी करने और प्रति पद के लिए फिर से 500 रुपये का चालान का औचित्य क्या है? उनके साथ उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति का क्रूर मजाक उड़ाया जा रहा है। शाकिर अली ने कहाकि 172000 शिक्षा मित्र बिना टीईटी केसमायोजित किए जा सकते है तो 7000 टीईटी उत्तीर्ण मोअल्लिम डिग्र्रीधारक समायोजित क्यों नहीं किए जा सकते।
इससे सरकार की दोहरी नीति का पता चलता है। बैठक में अब्दुल कदीर, अनवर हुसैन कादरी, सत्तार हुसैन, मास्टर राशिद, मुहम्मद जाकिर, मासूम अली, निगस्त जहां, सादिया व फौजिया आदि मौजूद रहे। अध्यक्षता शकिर अली ने की।

इलाहाबाद (एसएनबी)। सरकारी विभागों में कार्य करने वाले करीब 30 लाख संविदा कर्मियों व बिना मानदेय के कर्मचारियों/शिक्षकों ने भी शिक्षामित्रों की तरह स्थायी किये जाने की मांग प्रदेश सरकार से की है। इन संविदा कर्मियों/शिक्षकों का कहना हैं कि प्रदेश सरकार जब शिक्षा मित्रों को स्थायी कर सकती है तो उनसे पहले संविदा कर्मी/वित्त विहीन शिक्षक प्रदेश सरकार के लिए कार्य कर रहे है। उनको स्थायी करने में क्या परेशानी हो सकती है जबकि वह दो-चार नहीं बल्कि कई वर्षो से प्रदेश सरकार के लिए कार्य कर रहे है। ऐसे में उनको स्थायी करके प्रदेश सरकार के कर्मचारियों की तरह वेतन, बोनस, भत्ते सहित अन्य सुविधाएं दी जाएं। संविदा कर्मी व्यापक स्तर पर आंदोलन की रणनीति तैयार कर रहे हैं। इसकी घोषणा वे शीघ्र करेंगे। वरिष्ठ कर्मचारी नेता हनुमान प्रसाद श्रीवास्तव का कहना है कि जब प्रदेश सरकार शिक्षा मित्रों को स्थायी कर सकती है। तो वह लाखों संविदा कर्मियों को क्यों स्थायी करने से भाग रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि संविदा कर्मियों के स्थायी होने से जहां सरकार को कायरे के लिए आदमी नहीं खोजना पड़ेगा,वहीं दूसरी ओर संविदा कर्मी जब स्थायी हो जायेंगे तो वह कार्य को और मन लगाकर करेंगे। उत्तर प्रदेशीय चतुर्थ श्रेणी राज्य कर्मचारी महासंघ के प्रान्तीय मंत्री श्याम सूरत पाण्डेय ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार को चाहिए था कि वरिष्ठता के क्रम में संविदा कर्मियों को स्थायी करती। यह जरुरी नहीं है कि सिर्फ एक वर्ग के लोगों को स्थायी करके उनको लाभ दिया जाये। ऐसा न करने पर आगामी लोक सभा चुनाव में प्रदेश सरकार को भारी नुकसान होगा। उन्होंने बताया कि बड़ी संख्या में कर्मचारी लंबित मांगों को पूरा कराने के लिए 17 फरवरी को लखनऊ पहुंचकर विधान सभा का घेराव करेंगे। वरिष्ठ कर्मचारी नेता रवीन्द्र मिश्रा ने भी प्रदेश सरकार से मांग किया कि संविदा पर कार्य करने वाले संविदा कर्मियों को भी शिक्षामित्रों की तरह स्थायी करके राज्य कर्मियों की तरह सभी सुविधाएं और वेतनमान दिया जाये। उत्तर प्रदेशीय चतुर्थ श्रेणी राज्य कर्मचारी महासंघ की प्रदेश अध्यक्ष श्रीमती कान्ती पाण्डेय ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार कर्मचारियों की मांगों को लेकर गंभीर नहीं है। ऐसे में बड़ी संख्या में कर्मचारी शीघ्र सड़कों पर उतर कर प्रदेश व्यापी आंदोलन शुरू करेंगे जिससे की उनकी मांगों पर प्रदेश सरकार गंभीरता से विचार कर लागू कर सके

उरई : नियुक्तियों की मांग को लेकर अनुदेशक अब 20 फरवरी को विधानसभा भवन का घेराव करेंगे। यह निर्णय आदर्श अनौपचारिक वैकल्पिक शिक्षा अनुदेशक वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन की पुराने नगर पालिका भव में सोमवार को हुई बैठक में लिया गया।

जिलाध्यक्ष मुहम्मद नसीम खान ने कहा कि सरकार अनुदेशकों को शिक्षामित्र बनाने का प्रलोभन दे रही है और 2003 का शासनादेश जारी करने को कह रही है। अगर सरकार ने 2003 के शासनादेश से आरक्षण समाप्त नहीं किया तो अनुदेशक 20 फरवरी को अपनी ताक का अहसास कराएंगे। जिस ग्राम में जिस जाति का प्रधान हो उसी जाति का अनुदेशक शिक्षामित्र बनेगा, यह आरक्षण अनुदेशक कतई बर्दाश्त नहीं करेंगे। अनुदेशक चाहे जिस जाति का हो उसे नियुक्ति दिलाई जाए। जिला उपाध्यक्ष दिलीप सोनी ने कहा कि अनुदेशक अपना हक लेकर रहेंगे। इस मौके पर भूपसिंह कुशवाहा, त्रिवेणी देवी, शमीम अख्तर, सुनीता पोरवाल, रक्षा अवस्थी, विष्णुकांत द्विवेदी, मनोज खरे, डालचंद्र अहिरवार, वासुदेव यादव, दिनेश विश्वकर्मा और जितेंद्र सिंह मौजूद रहे
