Arguments advanced by Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners is based upon paragraph 88 of the Full Bench decision in the case of Shiv Kumar Sharma versus State of U.P. and others, reported in 2013 (6) ADJ 310 (FB) and also the Guidelines issued by the National Council for Teachers Education dated 11.2.2011 providing that weightage should be accorded on the ground of TET Scores in the recruitment process. According to Sri Khare, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner in the State of U.P. no weightage has been accorded on the TET scores and TET examination is only treated to be the qualifying examination.
Sri� A.K. Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the respondents may obtain instructions within a week.

ReplyDeleteIs Bharti ka kuch nahi hona hai.. pehle upper primary ki bharti honi chahaiye thi uske baad primary ki..but aisa nahi ho raha hai sab politics hai par is politics se govt ko koi fayada nahi hona wala.............
