कानपुर, शिक्षा संवाददाता: राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद (एनसीटीई) शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) की मेरिट से शिक्षक-शिक्षिकाओं की सीधे नियुक्ति की छूट नहीं देती है। उसके प्रावधानों में यह बस एक अनिवार्य अर्हता है। डिग्री की तरह माध्यमिक व प्राथमिक के लिए विशिष्ट गुणवत्ता वाले शिक्षक शिक्षिकाओं के चयन को एनसीटीई की ओर से लागू शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा को परिषद केवल पात्रता का प्रमाणपत्र मानती है। एनसीटीई ने स्पष्ट किया है कि टीईटी क्वालीफाई करने का मतलब शिक्षक पद पर नियुक्ति का अधिकार नहीं है। नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया में इसके वेटेज अंक दिए जाएंगे। न्यायालय की शरण में जा रहे अभ्यर्थियों का कहना है कि एनसीटीई के प्रावधानों को कोई राज्य सरकार नहीं ठुकरा सकती। शिक्षा अधिकार अधिनियम लागू होने से जरूरी शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति के बाबत आरटी एक्ट में यह स्पष्ट है कि शिक्षकों की नियुक्तियां एनसीटीई के प्रावधानों व नियमों के तहत होंगी। ऐसे में टीईटी मेरिट से सीधी नियुक्तियां करना नियमों का उल्लंघन होगा। उच्च न्यायालय में यह तर्क रखे जाएंगे। अभ्यर्थियों की मांग है कि नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया में हाईस्कूल, इंटरमीडिएट, स्नातक व बीएड के प्राप्तांकों को वेटेज दिया जाए। नियुक्तियां जिलावार न कर पूरे प्रदेश में एक साथ की जाएं। अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा दिये शहरों के विकल्प में क्रमश: नियुक्ति का प्रावधान रहे अन्यथा जिन जिलों में पद कम हैं वहां के अभ्यर्थियों को नौकरी मिलना मुश्किल होगा। क्या कहती एनसीटीई एनसीटीई की वेबसाइट पर मेंबर सेक्रेटरी विक्रम सहाय की ओर से डाउन लोड 11 फरवरी -11 के एक परिपत्र संख्या 76-4 / 2011 एनसीटीई/एसीएडी के पैरा संख्या 9 के सेक्शन बी में शिक्षक पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए टीईटी मेरिट का केवल वेटेज देने की बात कही गई है। अभी भी गलत उत्तर अभ्यर्थी रेखा देवी सहित अन्य ने दावा किया है कि टीईटी का परिणाम घोषित होने के बावजूद यूपी बोर्ड द्वारा जारी उत्तरों में अभी गलत उत्तर मौजूद हैं। बुकलेट सी के प्रश्न 5 व बुकलेट बी के प्रश्न -10 में एक ही सवाल है लेकिन उत्तर अलग-अलग हैं। बोर्ड ने बुकलेट सी में उत्तर डी को सही माना है तो बुकलेट बी में सी को सही माना है।

Important point in above news is - It is misconstrued about the notification of TET.
ReplyDeleteMany candidates cleared TET /CTET exam and after passing it they demanded job under RTE act.
Where RTE act allows TET for eligibility purpose not job gurantee.
However some recruitment agenices can use TET/CTET qualification/certificate/merit for the purpose of selection criteria. It depends on them how they select but candidates should teacher eligibility certificate( to maintain quality in education).
UPTET comittee clears from the begining that TET merit is used for selection of 72825 teachers in UP .And if they change there decision then it is cheating for many candidates.
This exam was common to all candidates and lawful to use its merit for selection.
Constitution is biger than CTET/TET.
ReplyDeleteAnd any rule which discard natural justice. then Indian constitution override on all those rules. No rule can be framed against constitution.
UPTET exam common for all and give equal chance to perform.So under natural justice, TET merit can be used for selection.
But some news misguided to candidates.
Organization to organization selection procedure is different.
But candidates wants selection as per there rules.
some candidates not perform fere well in exam and now they blaming system for selection.

Madam sona ji, ncte khud 'continuous and coprehensive evaluation' ki hi bat karti hai...ek single exam se sahi candidate ka evaluation karna hamesa se galat mana jata hai...isliye selection ke liye bhi overall academic record ko variyata dena chahiye na ki tet/ctet merit ko...

Sona is absolutely correct in saying that a common test is viable and most fair as far as selection is concerned.......the merit of educational qualification should be avoided in selection for jobs as they do not provide equal opportunity to all (as standard of questions vary from year to year, school to school, and college to college eg... how can merit of a CBSE candidate be compared to that of ICSE or other state boards....in the same way the merit of degree also vary from university to university)... as TET is concerned it was a common test for all and hence equal opportunity,,,and more over government had already declared to use it as merit for selection then nobody opposed at the outset....now failing to score in TET people are manipulating the things to suit their purpose....the second point is that it has not been banned to the use the score of TET as merit of selection, here the govt. is not violating any constitutional norm....but it is more uniform and transparent than earlier ways of selection.....hence highly justifiable...

kuchh longo ke hisab se jitne bi oneday exams hote hai wo galat hai....agar aap itne hi achhe hai to oneday exams me aap longo ko kya ho jata hai....jo ye keh rahe hai ki TET test ek aniwarya yogyata hai wo bilkul sahi keh rahe hai lekin unko ye samjhne me kathinai ho rahi hai ki yaha iske merit ko use karne se koi rok nahi hai......haa ek baat aur yeh exam bahut hi comprehesive hai kyuki isme primary bachcho ke padhane ke apptitude ek common test jisme kai vishyo ka samavesh hai...jaha tak question galat sahi ka prashna hai to UPSC aur PCS exams me bhi galtiya hoti hai to court unhe nirast nahi karti hai ve bhi sudhar karte hai aur isi bar UP PCS ka pre ka result kai baar amend kya gaya ....
ReplyDeletemerit should never be based on 10th, 12th, and other degree merits....its not fair and transparent as merits vary from year to year... hence do not provide equal opportunity to all...the syllabus also get changed from year to year....hence its a wrong practice to use educational percentage merit as criterion of selection...the syllabus also vary among different boards...how can it be justified...

Is TET exam not comprehensive evaluation, where question from fields asked.
Why IAS(CSE), PSC exam conduced, why not they use percentile from Class I to PG.

Ias/Pcs exams bhi single oneday exams nahi hote unme bhi mains and interview hote hai...uptet exam agar fair hua hota to koi problem nahi hoti par abhi tak board ko pata hi nahi ki sahi answer kya hai...aur bhai log revised result me 7-10 no.ka difference ane wala hai,ho sakta hai bahot se pass log fail ho jaye aur fail pass ho jaye....intni uncertainity me kaun is exam ko fair kahega

ReplyDeleteफर्रुखाबाद: नकलचियों के लिये बुरी खबार है। नकल के आधार पर अच्छे अंक पाकर पढ़ाकू छात्रों के हक पर डाका डालने वालों को इस बार परिषदीय शिक्षकों की भर्ती में तगड़ा झटका लगा है। शासन की ओर से गुरुवार को प्रकाशित विज्ञापन में स्पष्ट कर दिया गया है कि प्राथमिक शिक्षकों की भर्ती टीईटी की मेरिट के आधार पर किया जायेगा।
ReplyDeleteविदित है कि प्रदेश में शिक्षामाफिया से नकल माफिया बन चुकी लाबी के दबाव में माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद लाख दावों के बावजूद नकल विहीन परीक्षा कराने में सफल नहीं हो पाती है। जिसके चलते नकली छा़त्र बिना योग्यता के ही काफी अच्छे अंक पा जाते हैं, वहीं पढ़ाकू व मेधावी छात्र इनसे पीछे रह जाते हैं। शासन ने इस बार मेधावी छात्रों के हितों की रक्षा के लिये यूपी टीईटी की परीक्षा की मेरिट को ही चयन का आधार मान लिया है। जाहिर है इससे अच्छे व योग्य अभ्यर्थियों को सेवा में आने का अवसर मिल सकेगा। टीईटी में समान अंक होने पर अधिक आयु के अभ्यर्थी को वरीयता दी जायेगी।
some people want UPSC like selection procedure for primary teacher exams....but asked why the did not demanded same procedure in their selection for BEd...more over in nutshell it can be said that this criterion is not discriminatory...the number of wrong questions may be deleted...correct answers must be taken care of in all the cases whether it is used as a basis of merit or not...human error is always possible and those who are arguing about wrong answers or questions are not supernaturals and must be making mistakes and correcting them it the UP BOARD is also doing the same then what is harm???

ReplyDeleteइलाहाबाद। टीईटी में भले ही इलाहाबाद के अभ्यर्थी टॉप नहीं कर सके लेकिन अच्छे अंक पाने वालों की संख्या काफी अधिक है। स्थानीय स्तर पर प्राथमिक परीक्षा में 52 फीसदी और जूनियर स्तर पर 43 फीसदी सफल हुए।

ReplyDeleteदरअसल परिणाम आने पर ऐसे अभ्यर्थियों की बड़ी संख्या निकली है जिनकी अर्हता परीक्षाओं में रैंक तो बहुत अच्छी है परंतु टीईटी में रैंक पिछड़ गयी है। वे चाहते हैं कि विशिष्ट बीटीसी की तरह ही शिक्षकों की नियुक्तियां हों। सवाल पूछते हैं जवाब 1. टीईटी शिक्षक पात्रता तय करने वाली परीक्षा है, न कि शिक्षक पद पर नियुक्ति की परीक्षा। जैसे नेट डिग्री शिक्षक होने की पात्रता तय करता है, न कि अभ्यर्थी की मेरिट से नियुक्ति का अधिकार देता है। 2. एक ही जैसी परीक्षा से डिग्री, माध्यमिक व प्राथमिक की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया अलग-अलग कैसे हो सकती है? 3. यूपी बोर्ड द्वारा करायी गयी टीईटी की मेरिट के आगे उसी की हाईस्कूल व इंटरमीडिएट परीक्षा तथा स्नातक व बीएड परीक्षा के प्राप्तांकों का कोई मतलब नहीं रहेगा? इन डिग्रियों को कैसे नकारा जा सकता है? 4. कुछ केंद्रों की टीईटी परीक्षा निरस्त करने से संकेत मिलता है कि प्रदेश मेंकई और केंद्रों पर भी नकल हो सकती है। ऐसे में जिस मेरिट से सीधे नौकरी देने की कवायद हो रही है वह कितनी विश्वसनीय है? 5. जब केंद्रीय विद्यालय केंद्रीय टीईटी मेरिट से नियुक्ति नहीं दे रहे हैं? तो राज्य यह व्यवस्था कैसे लागू कर सकते है? 6. सिर्फ टीईटी के माध्यम से ही नियुक्ति देने से क्या बीटीसी प्रशिक्षण का महत्व खत्म नहीं हो जाएगा? 7. जब टीईटी के विज्ञापन में नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया प्रकाशित नहीं की गयी थी तो उसे नियुक्ति का विज्ञापन कैसे माना जा सकता है? ..इस जल्दबाजी के पीछे कहीं चुनावी घड़ी तो नहीं? सीधे टीईटी की मेरिट से नियुक्ति देने के फैसले के पीछे कहीं न कहीं आसन्न विधान सभा चुनाव भी हैं, शिक्षा गलियारों में यह बात तैर रही है। दरअसल पूर्ववर्ती परीक्षाओं की मेरिट शामिल करने से नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया पूरी करने में कई माह लग सकते हैं। तब तक चुनाव की अधिसूचना जारी हो जाने से ये नियुक्तियां लटक सकती हैं। इसीलिए सरकार जल्दी से जल्दी नियुक्तियां कर लेना चाहती है। ऐसे में शार्टकट टीईटी की मेरिट ही हो सकती

B.ed.me selection bhi state level copmtition ke through hota hai. B.ed entrance 2 paper pass karne ke bad B.ed me selection hota hai to phir B.ed tet se Adhik Mayne Rakhta hai ,isliye usko bhi kuch value di jaye...aur tet% + b.ed.% Ko selection ka adhar banaya jaye.
tet me negetive marking na hone tukka bhi sahi ho jata hai jab ki B.ed me Negetive marking hoti hai.

if salection base 10th ,12th,B.Sc & B.Ed marks.than U.P Board student in loss because CBSE board student mimimum have 70% marks in 10th & 12th.than U.P Board student have fail in recruitment method.So pls vote or salection process which base only B.Ed & UPTET base only.other wies tet only.only these candidate create ruumar who have low merit in UPTET. So my friends think about it.

But in UP both CBSE/UP Board candidates gets equal weightage.
CBSE board schools not prefer UP board pass teacher in there school.
Then where will UP board candidate go.

For details how many female passes, how many candidate got 120+ marks, how many 110+, how many 100+, with some details of roll no.
नक़ल छाप स्कूलों से अच्छे नंबर वालो की फटी पड़ी है| बेचारे टेट में अच्छे नंबर नहीं आने पर रो रहे हैं| बच्चो इसलिए कहा गया था पढ़ाई लिखाई कर लो| तब तो अपने बाप से भ्रष्टाचार के पैसे लेकर नक़ल कर ली और अच्छे नम्बरों की डिग्री हथिया ली| और इसमें सबसे बड़ा योगदान जिलों के शिक्षा माफियों का है| १-१ लाख लेकर बी एड कराया| नक़ल के पैसे लिए---- जय हो माया मुलायम- तुम्हारी सरकार में सही मायने में निकली शिक्षा की अर्थी?
