  12. Saathion,
Nirash hone ki jarurat nhi, ab jarurat hai H.C. Ka faisla aane tk dhairya rakhne ki. Jaha tk mai samazta hu ki sarkaar bhi ye samaz chuki hai ki VIGYAPTI radd nhi ho sakti hai tabhi vh 1 jile ko chor kr baaki 4 jilon ki D.D. Loutane ki baat kr rahi hai. Aur yadi VIGYAPTI radd nhi hoti hai to CHAYAN PRAKRIYA me badlaav nhi ho sakta hai. Jaha tk ADHYAPAK SEVA NIYAMAAVALI me SANSODHAN ki baat hai to yeh PASCHATVARTI VIGYAAPAN pr lagu hoga n ki PURVAVARTI VIGYAAPAN pr. H.C. Ne sansodhan ki baat is liye ki hai Future me hone vali bhartion me TET k marks ko importance diya jaye. Saathion ab court k is view se tay ho gaya hai ki ye bharti pure ACD. pr nhi hogi. Aur yadi sarkaar 1% bhi TET MARKS ko imporance deti hai aur VIGYAPAN radd nhi hota hai to court SARKAAR ko bharti TET MERIT pr krne k liye majboor kr degi.
    Aapka Saathi...
