असम में 10 जनवरी को टीईटी शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा
असम के शिक्षा मंत्री हेमंता बिसवा शर्मा ने शुक्रवार को घोषणा की कि राज्य की पहली शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) 10 जनवरी को आयोजित की जाएगी
GUWAHATI, Dec 9 – The Teachers’ Eligibility Test (TET) will be held on January 10 under the supervision of the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA), informed Education Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma today. Assam will be the tenth State in the country to conduct the TET.
As many as 3, 56,914 candidates, including 1, 72,745 boys and 1, 84,169 girls (Lower Primary and Upper Primary) will appear in the examination that will be held at 56 places comprising 561 examination centres.
Addressing a press conference, Sarma said that the admit cards will be delivered by the Postal department before December 25.
If any candidate does not receive the admit card before December 25, he or she can enquire with the nearest post office for the reddresal before December 30,” the Minister said.
The tests for the LP category will be held from 8:30 am to 11 am, while the UP tests will begin from 12:30 toll 3 pm. It will be a massive exercise for the Education department and results will be declared within 20 days,” he stated.
He went on to say that the physically challenged candidates would be allowed be enter the examination hall with a company who could assist them.
“The visually impaired candidates will get an additional time of 50 minutes for the TET,” he pointed out.
The performance of the candidates will be evaluated through computers under the supervision of a group of educationists

It has been declared that the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) in Assam will be held on January 10. It will be done under the supervision of the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA), as informed by Education Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma yesterday.

As per reports, 3, 56,914 candidates, including 1, 72,745 boys and 1, 84,169 girls (Lower Primary and Upper Primary) are expected to appear in the examination. All admit cards are planned to be delivered by the Postal department before December 25.
It has been made clear that if any candidate does not receive the admit card before December 25, he or she can enquire with the nearest post office for re-issuing it before December 30

  1. Sir,I applied for TET and my application no is-2164472.Now how can I know that my application form is right and I must get my admit card.

  2. My application form no is 2014038 & exam centre chose was 'lakhimpur' However it is 'lakhipur' at cachar in my admit card. Pl advise me how to sit for the exam at my nearest centre north lakhimpur.
