As per news (in pic ) - 
1.Teachers recruitment file is with CM.
2. 309,910 teachers recruitment is approved under RTE, And deadline for recruitment will not be extended i.e Last date is 31st March 2013.

3. Why matter is complicated - Recruitment rule for selection is changed.
