Statistical Figures of UPTET Examination (Based on Small sample size and it can't be compared with actual details)
As many candidates are looking for statistical figures to know details -
How many got 120+ marks
How many got 110+ marks
How many got 100+ marks
How many got 90+ marks
We have conducted a little research and choose 100 roll nos. from 01006000 to 01006100 and check there results and found following -
52 candidates passed UP TET exam including reserved category.
1 candidate got 120+marks : 125 (Roll No. - 01006057) with Percentage 83.33

Therefore 26 candidates got below 90 marks
Therefore considering this sample figure, approx. 3000 candidates got 120+ marks in UPTET.
12000 candidates got 110 to 119 marks
45000 candidates got 100 to 109 marks
27000 candidates got 90 to 99 marks
And 50% of UPTET candidates got marks 55% to 60%
Important factor is 65 to 70% candidates got less than 70% marks.
1 % candidate score 120+ marks, 2700 candiadte may score 120+ marks
(We take it 3000 as sample size is small and to negate variation)

Mere marks 126 hai aur mere dost Amit singh ka 124 hai. Ham dono se kitne candidate aage honge ?
ReplyDeleteJahan tak mera anuman hai, 120+ near about 5000-6000 candidate honge. 3000 kam hai kyonki maine 25 logon ka result dekha usme 5 log 120+ hain.

my friends 10 se bed tak merit banane ka faisla govt ne kiya tha aur ab yadi govt apna decision change karke uptet se merit banati hai to problem kya hai while everyone has got the equal opportunity to get sellected if some one fails or inable to get a job then he itself is responsible govt should not be blamed as far as irregularties are concern govt should have done little better. lekin main fir kahunga merit tet k hisab se hi banani chahiye kyonki hame ye nahi bhoolna chahiye ki age 18 se 40 hai aur jinhone pahle padhai ki hai unke saath nainsafi hogi

ReplyDeleteUPTET 2011 mai as per my calculation of results of around 300 candidates choose randomly, candidate with 120 mark have rank around 12000, with 110 have rank 50000, with 110 have rank 125000 and with 90 marks have rank 215000 and with 83 marks 240000. In our sample 145 out of 300 has passed. and sample is taken from data of Lucknow, Varanasi and Saharanpur data.

ReplyDeleteAnd if special situation arises, where applicants are less.
However at most of places, marit cut of above 110 for GENERAL- Male candidates.
Some ppl targate Sitapur, lakhimpur which is cynosure/center of attention for every candidates who get less marks.
And many candidates - thinking 1-2 places lakhimpur/sitapur and others there hometown preferred place. by doing this they forgot other places where vacancies are high - Gonda/Bahraich - गोण्डा 4000
