UPTET: High court stays recruitment of primary teachers in Uttar Pradesh State
The Allahabad High Court on Wednesday stayed the proceedings of UP Teachers’ Eligibility Test (TET), which was conducted for the first time in the state, to fill up 72,000-odd vacancies of primary teachers.
The court also summoned two senior officers — principal secretary (Basic Education) and secretary of Basic Education Board — to be personally present in the court on January 11, the next date of hearing in the case.
The court has stayed the proceedings primarily on the ground that the advertisements issued for the purpose were wrong as per rules. TET has been approved by the National Council for Teachers’ Education as a tool to bring out uniformity in the quality of teachers across the country, as part of providing free basic education to the children under the Right to Education Act.
On a petition filed by one of the TET candidates, a single judge bench of Justice Sudhir Agarwal passed the stay order asking the respondents to explain whether advertisements for vacancies were issued as per rules. The court also questioned the handling of the entire issue that has led to “unnecessary litigation”.

According to up madhyamic board secretory Prabha tripathi there are no any irregularities done by board. Some non-social person cheat the people to collect the money and make the rumor on behalf of correction in uptet. Correction are done only according to the order of high court.

Jab tek TET main pass hone vale bhi Aandolan & court main nahi jayega ye bharti nahi hone vali kyoki fail hone vale to bharti cancel kervane ke liya koi kami nahi chod reha hain. Aur hum chup chap bathe hain kya high court ko nahi dikta hain ki last 5 years se B.Ed passing student vacancy ka wait ker reha tha aur a moka mila hain to peta nahi court ko kya maja aa reha hain kahi court na bhi to paisa nahi la liya fail hone valo se ki bharti cancel kerna ka liya. Hum sabko ek aawaj main iska virodh kerna hoga nahi to ye mauka hath se nikal jayega. Aur ghush khor ye vacancy cancel ker dega. Bhaio kuch ker lo ager apne future ko bachane ka liya kuch ker sekte ho to . Sirf baat kerna se ya yaha per blog likhne se kuch nahi milaga anpne huck ka liya ladna padega. jaldi kero ager time nikal gaya to ldne se bhi kuch nahi milaga.

bhai logo maine 3 Dec tak 4000 candidates(07034400-8400) ke PRT marks check ker copy mai note kia tha aur last 03 dino se isi chek kia hai .. sirf 01-03 marks ka ferk paya hai...agar kisi ko 06 se jiada ka ferk milta hai to plse roll no ke sath likhe samast tet pass app ka abhari rahega ....lakin plse bina kisi sabut ke kisi prakar ki afwav per dyan na de na hi failye is se app ke aur aane wale exam mai nuksan ho sakta hai....
