INTRIM ORDER OF CAT (CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL)  : CTET is NOT MANDATORY  TO BECOME TEACHER

I got this news from Hindustan Epaper Delhi, shared also on my facebook group.
Actually this NEWS is Totally Confusing. Important Points are -

1. It is an intrim decision, And final decision - Whether TET is mandatory OR not is not arrived yet in CAT.

2. What I felt is (I am not an expert in legal matters & may be I am wrong also, And any expert can suggest his opinion through COMMENT about the same I an wrong)

High court bench is bigger than CAT as CAT is dealing Administrative / Employee / Employment related matters in Central Government. And when any petitioner fails in CAT then he can move to High cort and there after in Supreme Court.
CAT arrangement is made to handle specifically Central Govt Employee related matters with fast approach,
And employee may not move directly to High court/ Supreme court for their employment related issues.

3. Most Important Point is -
HRD Ministry / NCTE has not given their views about this. As we know from some sources that NCTE has clarified in Triple Bench Allahabad Highcourt that TET is mandatory. However final Judgement is NOT Arrived Yet. And We have to wait for it that TET is MANDATORY OR NOT.
