Petitioner submits that earlier he had been offered appointment on the post of Assistant Teacher (Untrained) vide order dated 30th July, 2011. Petitioner submits that thereafter the said appointment in question has been cancelled vide order dated 25th June, 2012. Petitioner further submits that he has got to his credit B.Ed. degree on 25th November, 2011 and now he has even cleared the Teacher Eligibility Test, in view of this petitioner submits that there is no legal impediment whatsoever in offering appointment to him on compassionate basis.
Consequently, in the facts of the case, District Basic Education Officer, Jaunpur, is directed to consider and redress the grievance of petitioner for grant of appointment on compassionate basis, in accordance with law, preferably within next eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
With these observations and directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
