It is alleged that the order dated 16.1.2013 passed by this court in Writ Petition No.65811 of 2012 has been violated. From a perusal of the petition, a prima facie case is made out.
Issue notice to the opposite parties within a week returnable within six weeks. The opposite parties need not appear in person at this stage.
The counter affidavit may be filed within the aforesaid period or else charges may be framed.
However, one more opportunity is granted to the opposite parties to comply with the order.
The office may send a copy of this order along with the notice.
