अभ्यर्थियों का आरोप है -
प्रक्रिया 13 दिसंबर से दस जनवरी तक चलनी थी वह अब ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया 13 दिसंबर से शुरू होकर दस मार्च तक चलेगी। असंगत विलंब के पीछे बीटीसी के दो सत्रों को एक ही बैच में निपटाकर बीटीसी 2012 बैच के लिए मैदान साफ करना है, जो हमें किसी भी तरह स्वीकार नहीं है
इलाहाबाद : सूबे में सहायक अध्यापकों की 15 हजार पदों की भर्ती नियमानुसार नहीं होने से नाराज विशिष्ट बीटीसी, उर्दू बीटीसी व बीटीसी-2011 के अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा शिक्षा निदेशालय में आरंभ किया गया सत्याग्रह, आमरण अनशन में बदल गया है। शुक्रवार को सात अभ्यर्थी आमरण अनशन पर बैठे, समर्थन में सैकड़ों अभ्यर्थी मौके पर जमा रहे। इसके पहले सूबे के अनेक जिलों से आए अभ्यर्थियों ने पैदल मार्च करके अधिकारियों को अतिशीघ्र उचित कदम उठाने की चेतावनी दी। ऐसा न होने पर आर-पार की लड़ाई का एलान किया।
परीक्षा समय सारणी में बदलाव होने से नाराज अभ्यर्थियों ने गुरुवार को शिक्षा निदेशालय पर क्रमिक अनशन शुरू किया था। परंतु अधिकारियों की ओर से उचित कदम न उठाए जाने से नाराज अभ्यर्थी अनिल शर्मा, अजय कुरील, शक्ति, अजय विकाली, मनोज राजपूत, समीर पवार, अमित कुमार ने शुक्रवार को आमरण अनशन शुरू कर दिया। अभ्यर्थियों का आरोप है कि सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा ने शासनादेश के खिलाफ काम करते हुए भर्ती प्रक्रिया के लिए तय समय सारणी के खिलाफ नई तिथि जारी कर दी है। इससे जो प्रक्रिया 13 दिसंबर से दस जनवरी तक चलनी थी वह अब ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया 13 दिसंबर से शुरू होकर दस मार्च तक चलेगी। असंगत विलंब के पीछे बीटीसी के दो सत्रों को एक ही बैच में निपटाकर बीटीसी 2012 बैच के लिए मैदान साफ करना है, जो हमें किसी भी तरह स्वीकार नहीं है।

ReplyDeleteI AM GOING TO HC AGAINST DIET AND SCERT ON MONDAY.
BECAUSE OF THESE POINTS:-
(1) On which base DIET is reutrning the documents while we were in selected list after 2nd counselling.
and everybody knows that DIET return the documents back to the candidate who were not selected in 2nd counselling.
(2) If after second counselling we were not selected and our seat was not locked then why they remove our name from other district due to which we were not able to attend the 3rd counselling.
(3) Why the DIET said that "x" seats are available after 1st and 2nd counselling and now third counselling will be carried out ONLY for [( Total No of seats in DIET( let it Z)] Z - X seats only.
(4) One more recruitment (JRT) is carried out in state in which the Seat are locked .means First Come First serve.
In so many district the jrt merit is lower then my score but DIETS are not agree for my counselling and simply saying Seat is full.
It is happen while both recruitment are on progress under One Department one One state.
How it is Possible .
(5) Now what will be our future.
(6) when we will sure about counselling and job .
**This will be a cycle and we will recycle.**
So ,My dear friends, I am going to High Court (Monday,15th Dec) to get justice.

ReplyDelete1. Lakhimpur DIET wale ne kha ki seat full hone par bhi aap apni counslling kra sakte hai yadi us DIET me aapne aavedan kiya ho and wha ka selection cutoff aapke score se kam ho.
(2) Saharanpur walo ne kha hai ki uprokt sahrto ke alawa us DIET me seat khali honi jaroori hai.
means Lakhimpir ke anusar seat bhari hone par counselling possible hai and Saharanpur ke anusar Seat full hone ke bad merit high hone par bhi counselling nahi hogi.
Is parkar to Saharanpur DIET ke ansaar to 4 th counselling me hum log kaha jayenge.
Agar aap sawaya bhi ye baate confirm kar sakte hai.
ye DIET khud exact rule nahi jaanti.
kewal court hi enko sahi rule batayega.
AGAR KOI CANDIDATE APNE DOCUMENTS KHUD LANE ME ASAMERTH HAI TO WO APNE KISI BHI GARDIAN KO BHEJ SAKTE HAI.

(1)Some selected DIETs are calling the candidates (who participated in 1st and 2 nd counselling) for return their documents.
and claiming that they are out due to reshuffling etc.
(2) 90% district did not upload their updated cutoff list or selected candidates list after 3rd counselling.
(3) In some DIETs where the seat was full after 2nd counselling they did not give the permission for participating in 3rd counselling at any condition in particular category WHILE some DIETs give the permission to the candidate for participating in 3rd counselling as seat was already full.
(3)Why there is lack of co-ordination among these DIETs.are these corrupted or making rule on DIET leval.
(4) If there is a rule first come ,first serve means locking of seats after counselling then it might be correct to remove the name of candidate from all the other district after counselling by NIC.
but now SOME DIETs have been started reshuffling among Ist ,2nd,and 3rd conseliing candidates through out the candidates from NIC list as well as their selection list.
Is there any answer from DIETs that what will happenf if their(1st and 2nd counselling candidate) name will not show for 4th counselling in NIC.who will responcible for that.
(5)Suppose the eligible candidates after 1and 2 counselling are out because of Higher merit holder then Name of candidate should be removed from that particular DIET only so that they may get their position in other district.
(6) What was the advantage to participate in 1 and 2 counselling when these wrongthings are happening.
(7) When will the candidate says :-"Yes. Now I have got a job. I am a Govt Primary teacher ."
because according to present condition the candidates are on border will reshuffle to the each other and may not sure about their selection.Everybody knows the pain to participate in one counselling and journey without reservation and money loss.
(8)Behind this govt is saying that :- we want a merit holder candidate at any cost as a good teacher BUT NOW QUESTION IS THIS
WHY THE GOVT WANT MERIT HOLDER CANDIDATE IN PRT ONLY (HIGH WALA LOW WALE KO REPLACE KAREGA CHAHE SEAT FULL HO HIGH MERIT WALE CANDIDATE KI COUNSELLING KARANI HI HAI)
why not in JRT.
why is the rule in JRT first come and first serve
while both recruitment are organised by one govt in one state.
[Either the govt should apply the principle "First come first serve " in both recruitment or give the chance to High merit holder in JRT also like PRT]
(9) Why the DIET employee did not receive the call if received the why cannot they clear the doubts of candidates .this is also their duty.
they are for us there.
if they have no time to listen everybody then why should not they upload the full rule and regulation and details on their site .are they hiding something if not then what is the problem with them.
Friends everyone knows the mood of govt .this govt is autocracratic govt and not working in favour of YOUTH(The future of UP as well as India).
I am not a politician but I am a candidate in PRT and it is my right to get the correct knowledge from diet and govt.
If we found injustice then we will move to Court for Justice.

Dec 24 se High court ki winter leave shuru ho rahi hai.
ReplyDeletegovt apne aapko bachaane ke liye 1st and 2nd counselling me out walo ka Data fir se NIC ko dene ki koshish me lagi hai list updation ke naam pe jisse ki hum log court me kamjor pad jaaye aur sarkar dikha sake ki sabka deta onine kar diya and inko counselling ka muka diya jaa raha hai.
esliye hum 4 th counselling ki cutoff aane se pahile hi court jaa rahe hai.
Lekin 4th counselling karwonge kha.
Max seats are full.
and according to Saharanpur DIET we are not eligible to do the counseeling where seats are full alredy.either you have more score than cutoff list or not.
Agar kisi DIET ne counselling me participate se mana kar diya tab bhi to aap log court jayenge.
so do not wait either come with us or go yourself in court for justice so that court feel yes something is happening wrong.
Aap apne dil pe haath Rakh ke kho ki kya aap bhi hamari traha Apna selection 101 % sure maan rahe the yaa nahi.
kya kabhi aapne cutoff reverse mode dekhi hai.
kiya aaapne Aisi reshuffling cum replacement dekha .
yaddi aap Aanyay sahA sakte hai to alag baat hai HUM ANYAY KE KHILAAF LADNGE.
ACADMIC KE KHILAAF LADE TABHI TO TET MERIT SE MAUKA MILA OTHERWISE YE BHARTI ACADMIC SE HOTI JO KI HUM SUB KE LYE ANYAY THA.
