Sri R.K. Ojha, Senior Council assisted by Sri Shailesh Upadhyay, appearing for the appellant will file supplementary affidavit disclosing all relevant facts of the case by the next date. Sri A.K. Yadav, Advocate appearing for respondent no. 4 informed the Court that counseling is going on.
In the circumstances, it is directed that counseling may go on, but appointment shall not be made till the next date of listing.
