प्रतापगढ़ (ब्यूरो)। बीटीसी 2011 में प्रशिक्षण और टीईटी उत्तीर्ण करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों ने चेताया है कि जल्द नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ नहीं की गई तो आन्दोलन छेड़ा जाएगा। रविवार को कंपनीबाग में बैठक में आंदोलन का निर्णय करने के बाद प्रशिक्षुओं ने मुख्यमंत्री को संबोधित मांगपत्र रजिस्टर्ड पत्र से भेजा।
प्रशिक्षु बीटीसी संघर्ष समिति के जिलाध्यक्ष गौरव सिंह चौहान ने कहा है कि बीटीसी प्रशिक्षण और टीईटी पास करने के बाद अभ्यर्थी बेकार घूम रहे हैं। प्रदेश सरकार ने इन अभ्यर्थियों का चयन प्राइमरी स्कूलों में करने का वादा किया था, मगर अब मुकर गई है। उन्होंने चेताया कि अगर नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया जल्द प्रारंभ नहीं की गई तो आन्दोलन शुरू किया जाएगा। उपाध्यक्ष मनीष सिंह ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार बेरोजगारों की समस्या से पूरी तरह बेखबर है। उन्होंने अविलंब नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ करने की मांग की। बीटीसी प्रशिक्षुओं ने मुख्यमंत्री को संबोधित तीन सूत्रीय मांगपत्र रजिस्टर्ड डाक से भेजा है। बैठक में संतोष प्रजापति, दिलीप कुमार, राहुल शर्मा, अवनीश कुमार, राजेश गुप्ता, मानिका, अनुराग सिंह, अनूप सिंह, विनीत मिश्र, अखिलेश सिंह, दिनेश पटेल, विकास तिवारी, प्रकाश चंद्र, संदीप ओझा आदि मौजूद रहे।

This writ petition has been preferred by petitioner for a direction upon the respondents to permit him to appear in the counselling being conducted for Trainee Teachers Selection 2011 (Prashikshu Shikshak) in Primary Schools run by the U.P.Board of Basic Education.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioner wants to participate in the counselling at Ghazipur. He has placed reliance on an order dated 19.9.2014 passed in Writ-A No. 48111 of 2014 (Mayank Yadav and 6 others v. State of U.P. & 7 others), wherein this Court has issued direction to the respondents to allow the petitioners to participate in the counselling for trainee teachers on the basis of their duly attested educational testimonials.
Learned counsel for the Basic Shiksha Adhikari concerned has not disputed the said fact.
Accordingly, a direction is issued upon the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to allow the petitioner to participate in the current counselling without insisting him submit the original testimonials. The petitioner is permitted to submit his attested educational testimonials. His selection shall abide by the result of the writ petition.
Reply be filed by all the respondents within six weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any may be filed within a week thereafter.

क्या आप इस दिवाली पर गोल्ड में पैसा लगाने जा रहे हैं? गोल्ड इधर सस्ता हुआ है, इसलिए हो सकता है कि दिवाली, धनतेरस पर आपका मन इसे खरीदने का हो रहा हो। हालांकि दाम में ज्यादा गिरावट और इंडस्ट्रियल डिमांड बढ़ने के चलते चांदी से अधिक रिटर्न मिल सकता है। एनालिस्टों का मानना है कि आने वाले समय में गोल्ड की तुलना में चांदी के दाम अधिक चढ़ेंगे। इंटरनैशनल मार्केट में गोल्ड का दाम पीक लेवल से 35 पर्सेंट कम है, वहीं चांदी ऑल टाइम हाई लेवल से 60 पर्सेंट कम कीमत पर मिल रही है।
भारत में इंपोर्ट ड्यूटी और दूसरे टैक्स के चलते गोल्ड का दाम विदेशी बाजार से अधिक था। पिछले 6 महीने में इसकी कीमत 5.97 पर्सेंट गिरकर 27,100 रुपये प्रति 10 ग्राम रह गई। इस दौरान चांदी में 10.48 पर्सेंट की गिरावट आई और यह 39,025 रुपये किलो के भाव पर मिल रही है। इंटरनैशनल मार्केट में गोल्ड का दाम अभी चांदी का 69 गुना है, जो इसके 10 साल के एवरेज 57.75 गुना से काफी अधिक है। इसलिए चांदी से अधिक रिटर्न मिलने की उम्मीद है।
एनालिस्टों को यह भी लग रहा है कि गोल्ड इंटरनैशनल मार्केट में और सस्ता हो सकता है। दरअसल, अमेरिका में इंटरेस्ट रेट 5 साल बाद बढ़ने जा रहा है। मोतीलाल ओसवाल कमोडिटीज ब्रोकर के असोसिएट डायरेक्टर किशोर नार्ने ने कहा, 'अमेरिका में इंटरेस्ट रेट बढ़ना गोल्ड के लिए बुरी खबर है। अभी शेयर बाजार सहित कई एसेट्स से अच्छा रिटर्न मिल रहा है। इसलिए लोग गोल्ड से पैसा निकाल रहे हैं।'

शेयरखान में सीनियर कमोडिटीज एनालिस्ट प्रवीण सिंह ने कहा कि इंटरनैशनल मार्केट में अगले 6-9 महीने में गोल्ड का दाम गिरकर 1,000 डॉलर प्रति औंस तक पहुंच सकता है।
क्या अमेरिका में इंटरेस्ट रेट बढ़ने से चांदी भी सस्ती होगी? ऐसा हो सकता है, लेकिन एनालिस्टों का मानना है कि इसमें गोल्ड जितनी तेज गिरावट नहीं आएगी। चांदी के दाम पहले ही काफी कम हो चुके हैं। इसलिए इसमें और गिरावट की आशंका नहीं है। गोल्ड के मुकाबले चांदी की डिमांड का भी मामला बिल्कुल अलग होता है। जियोजीत कॉमट्रेड में होलटाइम डायरेक्टर सी. पी. कृष्णन ने कहा, 'गोल्ड का इस्तेमाल जूलरी में होता है या इसे इनवेस्टमेंट के तौर पर रखा जाता है। सिल्वर का इस्तेमाल इंडस्ट्री में भी होता है।' सिल्वर का यूज करीब सभी इलेक्ट्रॉनिक डिवाइस में किया जाता है।
स्मार्टफोन और टैबलेट में भी चांदी लगती है। सोलर पैनल में इस्तेमाल किए जाने वाले फोटोवोल्टेइक सेल में भी सिल्वर की जरूरत पड़ती है। डेस्टिमनी सिक्योरिटी के प्रेसिडेंट सुदीप बंद्योपाध्याय ने कहा, 'चांदी की 60 पर्सेंट डिमांड इंडस्ट्रियल यूज के लिए है। इसलिए ग्लोबल इकनॉमिक रिकवरी से चांदी की कीमत बढ़ सकती है।' इसलिए अमेरिका में इंटरेस्ट रेट बढ़ने पर चांदी में गोल्ड जैसी गिरावट नहीं होगी
