According to Ordnance Factory Kanpur Recruitment 2014, the organization is inviting applications from Indian citizens to fill up Fitter – 45, Machinist- 160 and Turner – 45 and who had posses ITI Certificates, Engineering in Diploma, Degree in Engineering.
