UPTET 2014 results to be declared in a week
Uttar Pradesh Education Board (UPBEB) which conducted Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test is expected to announce UPTET 2014 results in a week.
UPTET 2014 was held successfully on 22nd and 23rd February, 2014. Candidates who appeared for UPTET 2014 may check the results in the following official website at http://upbasiceduboard.gov.in
TET is an entrance examination for recruitment to teacher posts and is held for candidates who seek appointments as teachers in government-run schools. It is a mandatory examination which is conducted to fulfil and achieve Right to Education goals.
TET is based on National Curriculum Framework and consists of two papers such as Paper I and Paper II.
Candidates opting for selection to class I to class V have to appear for Paper I, while candidates opting for recruitment to class VI to VIII appear for Paper II. Candidates who wish to be appointed as teachers from class I to VIII have to appear for both Paper I and Paper II.
