In the present case respondent nos. 6 to 20 have been impleaded as private respondent and their address in question has been prescribed as C/o Regional Director of Secondary Education, Allahabad Division, Allahabad. Petitioners are contending that they are not aware of respondent address, in view of this as the respondents are functioning under the Regional Director of Secondary Education, Allahabad Division, Allahabad, as such the said address was given.
In view of this, Regional Director of Secondary Education, Allahabad Division, Allahabad, is directed to supply a copy of address of respondent nos. 6 to 20 to one of the petitioners, preferably within next two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, and coupled with this the Regional Director of Secondary Education, Allahabad Division, Allahabad shall also ensure that on official level all these respondents are informed of ongoing litigation, so that they can have say in that matter.
List this matter on 3rd January, 2012.

Heard Mr. C. B. Yadav, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Nisheeth Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents no. 1 to 4 and have gone through the record.
It is contended that for recruitment on the post of Assistant Teacher in Government Girls Secondary School, the U.P. Subordinate Educational (Trained Graduates Grades) Service Rules 1983 are applicable and for direct recruitment the qualification prescribed under Rule 8 of the Rules 1983 for the post of Assistant Teacher (physical education) is Bachelor Degree from recognized university or a degree recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto and diploma in physical education but there is no provision under which Post Graduate qualification in any other discipline (other than physical education) can be considered to be relevant qualification for the purpose of quality point marks as per Appendix-D and therefore the manner in which selection is being made in the present case pursuant to an advertisement dated 29.12.2010 is illegal and contrary to the rules.
It is contended that in condition no. 7 of the advertisement the different quality point marks provided for the Post Graduate qualification is illegal.
A perusal of Appendix -D shows that for the purpose of quality points, marks awarded to various qualification up to graduation is provided but in respect to the Post Graduate the provision in Appendix-D is silent. In what manner it would be considered has to be seen.
The matter requires consideration.
Admit.
Issue notice to the respondents no. 6 to 20 returnable at an early date.
Steps be taken within a week.
Respondents may file counter affidavit within a month. Petitioners will have a weeks' time to file rejoinder affidavit, if any.
List thereafter.
However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the selection in question is proceeding, I direct that the selection and appointment, if any, pursuant to the impugned advertisement shall be subject to the final decision in this writ petition.
