81 अभ्यर्थियों की हुई काउंसलिंग
बलरामपुर। बेसिक शिक्षा के जूनियर हाई स्कूलों में रिक्त पड़े गणित विषय के शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए महकमा ने मंगलवार को 81 अभ्यर्थियों की काउंसलिंग कराई। गणित विषय के रिक्त पड़े 37 पदों पर तैनाती केे लिए काउंसलिंग कराई गईहै। डायट प्राचार्य/बीएसए जय सिंह ने बताया कि मंगलवार को जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान बलरामपुर में जूनियर हाई स्कूलों में गणित विषय के शिक्षकों की तैनाती के लिए कांउसलिंग कराई गई।
जिला समन्वयक सामुदायिक सहभागिता निरंकार पांडेय, निर्माण प्रभारी एनके सिंह, वरिष्ठ लिपिक अनूप कुमार श्रीवास्तव व संजयकुमार श्रीवास्तव ने सभी अभ्यर्थियों की समस्याआें का निस्तारण कराया। बीएसए नेबताया कि बीईओ रणजीत कुमार, जीतेन्द्र बहादुर चौधरी, उदयभान, केडी, रक्षाराम व भोलानाथ की टीम ने काउंसलिंग के लिए लगाए गए तीन काउंटरों पर गणित विषय के 81 अभ्यर्थियों के अभिलेखों की जांच-पड़ताल की

BTC Counseling : बीटीसी काउंसलिंग कार्ड 2 नवंबर तक करें लोड
लखनऊ (ब्यूरो)। बीटीसी की रिक्त 11,000 सीटों को दाखिले के लिए अब काउंसलिंग कार्ड 2 नवंबर तक लोड किए जा सकेंगे। सचिव परीक्षा नियामक प्राधिकारी नीना श्रीवास्तव ने यह जानकारी दी है।
उन्होंने बताया कि मेरिट में आने वालों को काउंसलिंग कार्ड लोड करने में परेशानी आ रही थी इसलिए समय सीमा बढ़ा दी गई है।
बीटीसी की रिक्त सीटों की मेरिट जारी करते हुए ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग कार्ड 17 से 20 अक्तूबर तक डाउनलोड करने के लिए वेबसाइट खोला गया था, लेकिन सभी अभ्यर्थीइसे लोड नहीं कर सके।

सिपाही भर्ती दौड़ में दो अभ्यर्थियों के पैर टूटे
बरेली। पुलिस लाइंस मे,ं चल रही सिपाही भर्ती दौड़ में मंगलवार को दो अभ्यर्थी गिर पड़े। इससे उनके पैर टूट गए। आनन फानन दोनों को जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया। दौड़ में कुल 158 प्रतिभागी फेल हुए हैं।
मंगलवार को दो हजार अभ्यर्थियों को दौड़ के लिए बुलाया गया था। तेज धूप के बावजूद कोई प्रतिभागी बेहोश नहीं हुआ। कुल 1811 प्रतिभागी दौड़ में शामिलहुए। इनमें से 1653 पास हो गए।
इन प्रतिभागियों में से 102 को 100 नंबर मिले। इसके साथ ही 1042 प्रतिभागियों को 80 नंबर तो 509 को 60 अंक मिले। दौड़ के बीच में ही मुरादाबाद के दौलतबाग निवासी मुनव्वर और हरदोई के अगौलपुर डंडिया निवासी हितेंद्र गिर पड़े। इससे दोनों का पैर टूट गया। भर्ती प्रभारी कालू सिंह ने इन्हें तत्काल एंबुलेंस से जिला अस्पताल भेजवाया।
प्रतिभागियों ने बताया कि दूसरे लड़कों ने उन्हें दौड़ के दौरान कुहनी या पैर मारकर गिरा दिया।

बरेली। फरीदपुर डायट में जूनियर कक्षाओं में विज्ञान और गणित शिक्षकों की भर्ती की काउंसलिंग दूसरे दिन भी जारी रही। मंगलवार को गणित के शिक्षकों की काउंसलिंगमें 46 अभ्यर्थी शामिल हुए।
बीएसए ने बताया कि जूनियर कक्षाओं में गणित-विज्ञान शिक्षकों के 144 पद रिक्त हैं। इनमें विज्ञान के 111 और गणित के 43 पदों पर दो दिन काउंसलिंग हुई। पहले दिन 128 और दूसरे दिन 46 अभ्यर्थी काउंसलिंग में शामिल हुए।
उन्होंने बताया कि काउंसलिंग के बाद अभ्यर्थियों की सूची बनाकर शासन को भेजी जाएगी। इसके बाद मेरिट के आधार पर अभ्यर्थियों का चयन होगा। काउंसलिंग में बीएसए के अलावा खंड शिक्षाधिकारी भी शामिल रह

आयोग बहाल कर चेयरमैन बनाना भूल गई सरकार
ReplyDeleteलखनऊ (महेंद्र तिवारी)। प्रदेश सरकार ने अध्यादेश के जरिये अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग के गठन का फैसला तो कर लिया लेकिन आयोग में चेयरमैन व सदस्यों की नियुक्ति करने पर चुप्पी साध ली। नतीजा ये है कि समूह ‘ग’ की करीब पांच लाख भर्ती शुरू नहीं हो पा रही हैं।
अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग पिछली बसपा सरकार के समय से ही भंग चल रहा था। सपा सरकार ने सत्ता में आने के बाद इस आयोग की बहाली की कोशिशें शुरू की। इसके लिए दो बार अध्यादेश लाए गए। इसमें एक चेयरमैन व आठ सदस्यों की नियुक्ति का प्रावधान है। गौर करने वाली बात है कि अध्यादेश तभी लाए जाते हैं जब इसकी तत्काल आवश्यकता हो और विधानमंडल सत्र आहूत न हो पा रहा हो। सरकार ने आयोग की तात्कालिक आवश्यकता स्पष्ट करते हुए कहा था कि अधिकांश विभागों में समूह ‘ग’ के बड़ी संख्या में पद रिक्त हैं। इन पदों पर तेजी से भर्ती की आवश्यकता है। रिक्त पदों की संख्या के मद्देनजर लोक सेवा आयोग तमाम प्रयास के बावजूद आवश्यक संख्या में भर्ती नहीं कर पा रहा है पर सरकार अब तक चेयरमैन व सदस्यों का गठन नहीं कर सकी है।
इस वजह से भर्तियां शुरू नहीं हो पा रही हैं।
आयोग के चक्कर में उलझी भर्तियां
कई विभागों ने अपने यहां समूह ‘ग’ की भर्तियां इसलिए स्थगित कर दी क्योंकि इस आयोग का गठन इसी समूह की भर्तियों के लिए किया गया है। पंचायतीराज में ग्राम पंचायत अधिकारी, ग्राम्य विकास विभाग में ग्राम विकास अधिकारी जैसे पद समूह ‘ग’ के हैं। यहां एक साल पहले रिक्त पदों के लिए आवेदन लिए जा चुके हैं लेकिन भर्ती नहीं हो रही है। विभागों में पूछने में यह कहकर अधिकारी पल्ला झाड़ लेते हैं कि पहले यह तो तय हो कि ये पद जिले स्तर के होने की वजह से मौजूदा व्यवस्था में ही रहेंगे, या समूह ‘ग’ के पद होने की वजह से आयोग करेगा। वन विभाग, समाज कल्याण सहित अन्य विभाग भी भर्तियों का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। राजस्व विभाग में लेखपाल पद के लिए भर्ती की जानी है। विभाग भी इसी उलझन में है कि वह परंपरागत तरीके से भर्ती करे या आयोग से कराए।
इन आयोगों को भी मुखिया का इंतजार
प्रदेश सरकार ने जनवरी में राज्य विधि आयोग के गठन का फैसला किया था। आयोग में एक अध्यक्ष, एक पूर्णकालिक व एक अंशकालिक सदस्य तथा एक सचिव की नियुक्ति की जानी है। बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग का भी विधिवत गठन तो नहीं किया जा सका है लेकिन आयोग का कामकाज शुरू करने के लिए तत्काल प्रभाव से प्रमुख सचिव को आयोग के अध्यक्ष की जिम्मेदारी सौंप दी है। इसके अलावा राज्य सूचना आयोग में मुख्य सूचना आयुक्त का पद पिछले तीन महीने से खाली है।

The unemployed teachers who have passed TET (Teachers Eligibility Test) but are still waiting for their appointment letters from the state government came out against the education department and burnt an effigy of the government.
Heavy police security was deployed on route from Chhatar Singh Park to Bharat Nagar Chowk where teachers protested and raised slogans against Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and Education Minister Daljeet Singh Cheema.
During recent public functions, Cheema had announced that TET pass teachers would be issued appointment letters by September 30 but the deadline was missed and no action has been taken to date.
There are approximately 5,078 teachers across Punjab who have cleared TET and are waiting for their appointment. Talking to Newsline, Deep Raja, district president of TET Pass Unemployed Teachers’ Union, said, “CM and education minister grabbed headlines in the media announcing that teachers will be hired and appointment letters will be issued by September 30. But no action has been taken on the ground and we are still unemployed. All teachers have not only cleared TET but have also appeared in counselling sessions. Still, the government is not hiring them.”
The teachers announced that protests would be intensified and public functions of the CM and education minister would be disrupted in the coming days if action was not taken at the earliest and appointment letters were not issued to the unemployed teachers.
Almost 14,000 teachers cleared TET in 2011 and 2013 and are unemployed. The government advertised vacancies for 5,078 posts and counselling was done but they have not been hired till now. The teachers on Sunday also demanded immediate hiring of 764 teachers under the Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyaan (RMSA) who are also unemployed.

PUNE: The Maharashtra State Council of Examination (MSCE) has received over 83,000 applications for Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) since October 1, when the registration process began. The exam is scheduled for December 14.
Within nine days of beginning registration, over 83,000 applications have been received by the Maharashtra State Council of Examination (MSCE) for Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) to be held on December 14.
The zilla parishad would be executing the application process and the examination council has announced designated schools for submitting the documents required for the exam. The forms need to be filled online, however, the documents must be submitted at the designated centres in the district. The applications would be accepted till October 21.

Last year, over six lakh candidates appeared for the examination but only about 5-6% candidates cleared the exam.
As per the Right to Education (RTE) Act, each state should conduct TET to ensure appointment of quality teachers in schools. The TET score is an essential requirement for a candidate to be appointed as a teacher in zilla parishad or municipal schools as well as private institutions.
VB Paimal, commissioner of Maharashtra State Council of Examination, said, "The response has been good so far. This is the second time the exam is being conducted in Maharashtra after the RTE Act came into force. Complete information on the examination, including the details about the centres where the documents should be submitted, is available on the TET website."
The application process includes filling of forms, submitting them and receiving the hall ticket. Candidates need to submit copies of documents such as marksheets and certificates at the zilla parishad centres. The verification would be conducted by the officials of zilla parishad and the hall tickets would be issued thereafter, said Paimal. The candidates need to carry the original documents with them when submitting the documents.
The candidates of Pune city can submit the documents between 11am and 5pm at the Dharmveer Sambhaji Primary School no 17, Navi Peth and Lalbahadur Shastri Primary School no 14, behind Congress Bhavan.

प्राइमरी स्कूलों में चल रही शिक्षक भर्ती की काउंसलिंग में अभ्यर्थियों को अब मूल प्रमाण पत्र जमा करना जरूरी नहीं हैं। यह व्यवस्था प्राइमरी स्कूलों की 72 हजार और जूनियर हाईस्कूलों की 29 हजार भर्तियों पर लागू है। अभ्यर्थियों की दिक्कतों को देखते हुए शासन ने यह निर्देश जारी किए हैं। इस समय जूनियर हाईस्कूलों और प्राइमरी स्कूलों में शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए काउंसलिंग चल रही है।
इस दौरान अभ्यर्थियों के मूल प्रमाण पत्र जमा करवाए जाते हैं ताकि आगे की काउंसलिंग में यह पता चल सके कि कितनी सीटें खाली रह गई हैं। अभ्यर्थियों ने कई जिलों से आवेदन किया है। ऐसे में मूल प्रमाण पत्र जमा न करवाने पर अभ्यर्थी दूसरे जिले में भी काउंसलिंग के लिए जा सकते हैं। कई जिलों में काउंसलिंग होने से यह मुश्किल होता है कि कितनी सीटें खाली हैं। इसी बीच अभ्यर्थियों की दिक्कत यह थी कि काउंसलिंग काफी लंबी चल रही है। उन्हें दूसरी नौकरी में जाना है या कहीं और प्रमाण पत्रों की जरूरत पड़ती है तो वे ऐसा नहीं कर पाते। इस पर कुछ अभ्यर्थी कोर्ट भी गए थे।
कोर्ट संबंधित अभ्यर्थियों को मूल प्रमाण पत्र वापस करने को कहा था। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए प्रमुख सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा हीरा लाल गुप्ता ने मूल प्रमाण पत्र वापस करने के निर्देश एससीईआरटी निदेशक और सचिव बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद को दिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा है कि अभ्यर्थियों से प्रमाण पत्रों की प्रमाणित छाया प्रति मांगी जाए। उसका मिलान मूल प्रमाण पत्रों से काउंसलिंग के दौरान कर लिया जाए। वहीं जब उन्हें नियुक्त दी जाए तो फिर से मूल प्रमाण पत्र मंगाकर उनसे मिलान कर लिया जाए।

नगर समन्वयक खड़ग बहादुर सिंह ने बताया कि छह दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण में सम्मिलित सभी 76 शिक्षामित्रों को पाठ्य योजना, अधिगम, आलोचना सहित परीक्षा की तैयारियों पर विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई। जल्द ही परीक्षा फार्म भरने के लिए उन्हें सूचित किया जाएगा। नगर शिक्षा अधिकारी मंजू शर्मा ने कहा कि प्रशिक्षण के अंतिम चरण के दौरान शिक्षामित्रों को विषय वस्तु से संबंधित सभी विषयों पर विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई। निर्देश मिलते ही इनका परीक्षा फार्म भरवाया जाएगा। इस दौरान बीना सिंह, रामकवल, नीरज सिंह सहित सभी 76 शिक्षामित्र उपस्थित रहे।

कमेटी को हर सप्ताह बैठक करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। ये भर्तियां चिकित्सा अधिकारी के नियमित रिक्त पदों के विरूद्ध मेडिकल रिलीफ सोसायटियों के तहत की जाएगी।
जयपुर में 22 पदों के लिए इंटरव्यू बुधवार को
जारी सूची में बांसवाड़ा में सर्वाधिक 85 पद रिक्त हैं, जबकि सवाई माधोपुर में सबसे कम 8 पद रिक्त हैं। जयपुर जिले में 22 चिकित्सा अधिकारियों के पद रिक्त हैं।संविदा पर नियुक्त चिकित्सा अधिकारी (एमबीबीएस) को मासिक मानदेय 30 हजार रूपए दिया जाएगा।
इसमें नियत पारिश्रमिक 16 हजार 800 रूपए एवं चिकित्सा परिचर्या भत्ता 13 हजार 200 रूपए होगा। विशेष्ाज्ञ चिकित्सक को एनआरएचएम गाइडलाइन के अनुसार 80 हजार एवं 60 हजार रू. प्रतिमाह मानदेय दिया जाएगा। यह संविदा नियुक्ति अधिकतम एक साल या रिक्त पद पर नियमित चयन होने तक की जाएगी।
