PSTET : 1,000 teachers block road, want jobs to be regularised
Around 1,000 teachers from all parts of Punjab on Sunday gathered in the city and protested against the state government, demanding regularisation of their jobs.
The teachers from the primary and upper primary segments have been waiting for the regularisation of their jobs since their appointment from 2004 to 2009 and some of them have not even received their salaries for the past 2-3 months.
The teachers first gathered at Dana Mandi and then raised slogans against the state government and proceeded towards GT Road, which they blocked for almost four hours.
A heavy police force was seen on duty barricading the area, but unlike in previous incidents, the protest remained peaceful and no violence was reported.
Ajmer Aulakh, Punjab president of Shiksha Provider Teacher's Union, talking to Newsline, said, "We are more than 7,400 teachers who were appointed from 2004 to 2009 and even after so many years we are waiting for regularisation of our jobs.
After so many years of appointment government is asking us to clear TET exam (Teachers Eligibility Test) to get regularisation. We want exemption from TET and regularisation of our job."
He added that several meetings with education minister Sikander Singh Maluka and CM Parkash Singh Badal were unfruitful and if their demands are not met, protests will continue all over the state.
The teachers who started protest at around 3 pm lifted it only after around four hours, after getting assurance from the district administration of a meeting with the CM. "The deputy commissioner was not available today but we have been assured of a meeting with the CM in this week. If meeting does not happen, agitation will continue," said Aulakh.

इस तरह वो हर एक लड़के से सवाल पूछते गए सबने ने अलग अलग जवाब दिए कोई कहता पकिस्तान ...कोई अशिक्षा ...कोई कहता कन्या भ्रूण हत्या ..कोई कहता बेरोजगारी ....कोई कहता जातिवाद, इस तरह से क्रम आगे बढ़ता गया
कक्षा में कुल 101 विध्यार्थी थे ....अब तक मास्टर जी कुल 100 से त्याही सवाल पूछ चुके थे और सभी 100 छात्रों ने अलग अलग समस्या बताई
किसी ने बड़ी बड़ी समस्या बताई तो किसी ने छोटी
लेकिन सब ने अलग अलग समस्या बताई
अब बारी थी छात्र नम्बर 101 की ......वो हमेशा कक्षा में अव्वल आता था
मास्टर जी ने पासा पलटा
मास्टर जी ने उस लड़के की बुद्धिमता जांचने केलिए सवाल बदला और कहा : यहाँ जितनो ने जितनी भी समस्या बताई है सब का निदान बताओ ?
इन सभी समस्यों को समाधान बताओ ?
वो बालक तनिक भी नहीं घबराया ..उसने उलटे मास्टर जी से पूछा
मास्टर जी 100 समस्या का एक हल बताऊ या 100 समस्या के 100 हल बताऊ
अब मास्टर जी चौक पड़े ....वो सोचने लगे इतनी सारी समस्या का एक हल कैसे हो सकता हैं
उनकी उतेजना बढती जा रही थी
मास्टर जी ने कहा : 100 समस्या का एक हल संभव हैं क्या ?
बालक ने कहा : बिलकुल हैं ...
मास्टर जी : बताओ ज़रा .............
आपको पता है बालक ने क्या कहा

ReplyDeleteदरोगा भर्ती की तरह ही शिक्षक भर्ती मे भी पुराने नियमो से भर्ती करने का आदेश हाई कोर्ट सरकार को देगा साथ ही । या तो सरकार मामले को जानबूझकर लटकाने के लिए माफी माँगेगी या नए नियम वापस लेने का वादा कोर्ट से करेगी । यदि नही तो सचिव पर 50 लाख से एक करोड़ तक का जुर्माना या सचिव को जेल भी हो सकती है ।

15 tarikh ko 5 judges ki bench gathit hui h jo ek 4 grade bharti se sambandhit h.
Yah 5 juges ki bench 15 tarikh ko jada time ni legi muskil se 20 se 30 min legi.
