चयनित शिक्षिकाओं की लिस्ट जारी  (Selected Teacher's List Issued)

मेरठ : राजकीय कालेजों में शिक्षिका बनने का सपना देखने वाली महिला उम्मीदवारों के लिए खुशखबरी है। प्रशिक्षित स्नातक शिक्षिकाओं (एलटी ग्रेड) की चयनित सूची जारी कर दी गई है। मंगलवार को 102 चयनित उम्मीदवारों की सूची संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक माध्यमिक कार्यालय पर चस्पा कर दी गई है। जल्द ही उनके नियुक्ति पत्र डाक से भेजे जाएंगे। मंडल में राजकीय ग‌र्ल्स इंटर कालेज में रिक्त 167 पदों में से 17 कला और संगीत के पदों की अभी काउंसिलिंग नहीं हुई है। 33 पद फ्रीडम फाइटर, विशेष आरक्षण के उम्मीदवारों के लिए आरक्षित हैं। शेष 102 चयनित उम्मीदवारों के नाम माध्यमिक निदेशक के अनुमोदन के बाद मंगलवार को घोषित किए गए। पंद्रह चयनित उम्मीदवारों का मामला अभी विचाराधीन है। इसमें कई उम्मीदवारों ने कुरुक्षेत्र सहित ऐसे विश्वविद्यालयों से बीएड की डिग्री ली है जिसे माध्यमिक शिक्षा यूजीसी से सत्यापन करने के बाद इनकी नियुक्ति पत्र जारी किए जाएंगे। सहारनपुर मंडल की लिस्ट का इंतजार मेरठ मंडल के साथ बरेली, मुरादाबाद, अलीगढ़ मंडल की चयनित लिस्ट जारी हो गई है। सहारनपुर मंडल की लिस्ट अभी नहीं जारी हुई है। हाई मेरिट वालों को विकल्प भरपूर संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक कार्यालय पर 102 चयनित और 15 विचाराधीन महिला उम्मीदवारों की सूची लगाई गई है। इसमें सामान्य वर्ग में हिंदी में 91.11 प्रतिशत, सामान्य विषय में 92.06 प्रतिशत, उर्दू में 92.87, वाणिज्य में 91.11 अंग्रेजी में 94.08, जीवविज्ञान में 96.58, शारीरिक शिक्षा में 88.99, गृहविज्ञान में 95.47 प्रतिशत कट ऑफ है। इस मेरिट में आई महिलाओं के सामने कई मंडलों का विकल्प मौजूद हैं। मेरठ मंडल के अलावा बरेली और अन्य मंडलों में उनका नाम आया है। इसके एलटी ग्रेड में जो महिलाएं चयनित हुई हैं, उनमें से अधिकांश पहले से ही प्राथमिक स्कूलों में विशिष्ट बीटीसी में शिक्षक हैं। ऐसे में संभावना है कि सितंबर में नियुक्ति पत्र जारी होने के साथ ही प्राथमिक की शिक्षिकाएं वहां से रिजाइन करके राजकीय कालेजों में ज्वाइन करें।

इतने नियुक्ति पत्र, कौन से मंडल में करूं ज्वाइन

सहारनपुर : आपको हैरत होगी, लेकिन यह सच है कि इन दिनों महिला अभ्यर्थियों के पास नियुक्ति पत्रों का अंबार है। ये नियुक्ति पत्र राजकीय बालिका इंटर कालेजों में शिक्षक पद के लिए उन्हें मिले हैं। मंडल स्तर पर जारी हुए इन नियुक्ति पत्रों से अभ्यर्थियों के स्कूलों में ज्वाइनिंग के विकल्प बढ़ गए हैं। भ‌र्त्ती प्रक्रिया में एक अभ्यर्थी को सभी मंडलों में आवेदन की छूट दिए जाने पर यह स्थिति बनी है। इससे एक बार फिर स्कूलों में पद रिक्त रह जाएंगे, जिन्हें भरने में लंबा समय लग सकता है।
कड़ी जद्दोजहद के बाद प्रदेश शासन द्वारा राजकीय बालिका इंटर कालेजों में प्रशिक्षित स्नातक वेतनक्रम में महिला शिक्षकों के रिक्त पदों को भरने की प्रक्रिया इस वर्ष जनवरी में शुरू की गई थी। मेरिट के आधार पर होने वाली इस भ‌र्त्ती प्रक्रिया पर शुरू से ही संशय के बादल मंडराने लगे थे। मंडल स्तर पर आवेदन पत्र संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक कार्यालय में जमा हुए। मंडल में 103 पदों के सापेक्ष 28 हजार से अधिक आवेदन पत्र पहुंचे थे। इन्हें सूचीबद्ध कर निदेशक माध्यमिक शिक्षा लखनऊ भेजा गया। लखनऊ में तैयार कराई गई मेरिट मंडल कार्यालय को भेजी गई। निर्देशों के मुताबिक पहले रिक्त पदों के सापेक्ष दो गुना आवेदकों को जून में काउंसिलिंग के लिए बुलाया गया। बाद में जुलाई के अंतिम सप्ताह में पांच गुना आवेदकों की काउंसिलिंग ली गई थी। अधिकांश आवेदक ऐसे थे, जिन्होंने 18 मंडलों में से अधिकांश में आवेदन पत्र भेजे थे।
एक-एक अभ्यर्थी को कई मंडलों से नियुक्ति पत्र मिल रहे हैं। जारी किए गए नियुक्ति पत्र में अभ्यर्थी को एक माह में आवंटित स्कूल में कार्यभार ग्रहण करना है। इससे रिक्त पदों को भरे जाने में विभाग के समक्ष समस्या पैदा होगी। साथ ही निचले क्रम के आवेदकों को नियुक्ति की उम्मीद बढ़ गई है।
आठ विषयों में होंगी नियुक्तियां
संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक कार्यालय द्वारा 103 पदों के सापेक्ष 86 पदों के लिए नियुक्ति पत्र जारी किए गए है। इनमें हिन्दी, संस्कृत, अंग्रेजी, जीव विज्ञान, विज्ञान/गणित, सामान्य विषय व शारीरिक शिक्षा के रिक्त पद भरे जाएंगे।

142 शिक्षिकाओं की लिस्ट आई :-

अलीगढ़ : राजकीय कन्या इंटर कालेजों में खाली शिक्षिकाओं के पदों पर जल्द ही मैडम नजर आएंगी। शासन की एलटी ग्रेड की भर्ती परीक्षा में सफल हुई 142 शिक्षिकाओं की सूची शिक्षा निदेशक से मंजूर होकर आ गई है। इनकी तैनाती के लिए मंडलीय संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक कार्यालय में चयनित शिक्षिकाओं से शपथ पत्र जमा कराना शुरू हो गया।

प्रदेश सरकार ने जनवरी में जीजीआईसी में रिक्त पदों के लिए भर्ती प्रक्रिया शुरू की थी। फार्म की स्क्रूटनी, फिर मेरिट लिस्ट पर फाइनल टॉप-5 अभ्यर्थियों की काउंसिलिंग कराई गई थी। इसमें फाइनल हुए नाम मंजूरी के लिए शिक्षा निदेशक को भेजे गए थे। मंडल में रिक्त 183 पदों के सापेक्ष फिलहाल 142 शिक्षिकाओं के नाम जेडी कार्यालय आए हैं। नियुक्ति प्रावधान के मुताबिक चयनितों से एफिडेविट जमा कराए जाते हैं। शपथ पत्र आने के बाद एक सितंबर से इन्हें नियुक्ति पत्र जारी किए जाएंगे।

इसमें भी फेवरिट कालेज चाहिए

सरकारी नौकरी की खातिर लोग देश के किसी भी कोने में जाने को तैयार रहते हैं। राजकीय विद्यालय में शिक्षिका बनने को चुनी गई महिलाएं अभी से फेवरिट कालेज के लिए जुगाड़ लगाने लगी हैं। नियुक्ति का जिला पता करने को जेडी दफ्तर में जतन किया जा रहा है, जबकि नियुक्ति पत्र एक सितंबर से भेजे जाने हैं।

मेरठ : राजकीय ग‌र्ल्स इंटर कालेज में प्रशिक्षित स्नातक शिक्षिकाओं की नियुक्ति (एलटी ग्रेड) आठ अगस्त के बाद फाइनल होने की संभावना है। लखनऊ में निदेशालय स्तर पर शिक्षिकाओं के चयन पर अंतिम रूप से मुहर लगेगी।

प्रदेश में वाराणसी सहित कुछ और मंडलों की सूची मुख्यालयों पर चस्पा दी गई। मेरठ मंडल में कुल 167 पदों में से करीब डेढ़ सौ पदों पर शिक्षिकाओं की नियुक्ति अंतिम प्रक्रिया में है। संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक मंजू सिंह सोमवार को लखनऊ जाएंगी। जहां लिस्ट पर निदेशक माध्यमिक के अनुमोदन के बाद नियुक्ति पत्र जारी कर दिया जाएगा। अगस्त के अंत तक चयनित शिक्षिकाओं को नियुक्ति पत्र मिलने की संभावना है। जिले के उच्चीकृत कालेजों में इन शिक्षिकाओं की तैनाती हो सकती है।

The candidature of these candidates is provisional. In accordance with the Rules of the Examination, all these candidates have to apply again in the Detailed Application Form (DAF), which is available on the website of the Union Public Service Commission http://www.upsc.gov.in/ or "http://upsconline.nic.in/daf/mainmenu.php". All the qualified candidates are advised to fill up the DAF and submit the same ONLINE for admission to the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2011 to be held from 29.10.2011. The DAF will be available on the website of the Commission till 11.59 PM on 1.9.2011.  Important instructions regarding filling up of the DAF and submitting the same ONLINE to the Commission are also available on the website. The candidates who have been declared successful have to first get themselves registered on the relevant page of the website before filling up the ONLINE Detailed Application Form. The qualified candidates are further advised to refer to the Rules of the Civil Services Examination, 2011 published in the gazette of India (Extraordinary) vide Department of Personnel and Training notification F. No.13018/3/2011-AIS(I), dated  19.2.2011, which is also available on the website of the Commission.  

             After submitting the DAF duly filled in ONLINE, the candidates are required to take out a print out of the finally submitted DAF separately and will have to send the printed copy of the DAF duly signed by the candidates alongwith all relevant documents including the prescribed fees, wherever applicable as enclosures addressed to the Under Secretary [CS(M)],  Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069, so as to reach the Commission's Office latest by 09.09.2011. The envelope containing the print out of the DAF submitted ONLINE should be superscribed �Application for Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2011�. It can also be delivered at Union Public Service Commission counter by hand till 09.09.2011 (5.00 P.M).   It may be noted that mere submission of application form does not, ipso facto, confer on any right for admission to the Main Examination.     The admission certificate alongwith the time table of the Main Examination will be issued to the eligible candidates 2-3 weeks before the commencement of the examination.   Changes, if any, in the postal address after submission of the DAF may be communicated to the Commission at once.

The following are the lists, in order of merit, in respect of 368 (*Men 295 + ^Women 73)  candidates  who have finally qualified on the basis of the results of the Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2010 conducted by the Union Public Service Commission and Interviews held by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence for admission to the (i)  *Officers Training Academy, Chennai,  for 94th Short Service Commission Course (for Men) and (ii) ^Officers Training Academy, Chennai,  8th Short Service Commission Women (Non-Technical) Course,  commencing in OCTOBER, 2011.  The list of 94th  Short Service Commission Course (for Men) also includes the names of the candidates who were recommended earlier on the basis of the result of the same examination for admission to Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala and Air Force Academy,  Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course(s).

3.            The results of Medical Examination of candidates have not been taken into account in preparing the merit list.   The candidature of all the candidates is Provisional.  Verification of DOB and Educational Qualification of these Candidates will be done by Army HQ. 

4.            Candidates can also obtain information regarding this results by accessing to UPSC web-site http.//www.upsc.gov.in. However, marks of the candidates will be available within 15 days from the date of declaration of final results on Commission�s website for 60 days.
