Eligibility: Applicants must possess a valid driving license for both light and heavy motor vehicles, have knowledge of motor mechanism including the ability to handle minor vehicle defects, and have at least three years of experience driving both light and heavy motor vehicles. Additionally, candidates should have passed the 10th standard from a recognized Board or Institute.

News : नगरपालिका में 22 ड्राइवरों की नियुक्ति में धांधली का मामला

जेल भेजा गया पूरा भर्ती बोर्ड

रामपुर। बसपा सरकार में नगर पालिका में हुई 22 ड्राइवरों की भर्ती के मामले में पूरा भर्ती बोर्ड फंस गया है। बोर्ड के पांच सदस्यों ने शुक्रवार को कोर्ट में सरेंडर कर दिया। कोर्ट ने पांचों सदस्यों की अग्रिम जमानत खारिज करते हुए जेल भेजने के आदेश कर दिए। जिसके बाद पुलिस ने पांचों सदस्यों को जेल भेज दिया। अब उनकी स्थाई जमानत अरजी पर 06 जनवरी को सुनवाई होगी।

 

2009 में नगर पालिका रामपुर में 22 चालकों की भर्ती में घपले का मामला सामने आया था। बसपा सरकार जाने के बाद सपा सरकार आते ही इस मामले की रिपोर्ट तत्कालीन अधिशासी अधिकारी शहंशाह वली ने पूर्व पालिकाध्यक्ष सरदार जावेद खां और ईओ नबीजान कुरैशी समेत भरती बोर्ड के सदस्यों के खिलाफ दर्ज कराई थी। पुलिस ने पूर्व पालिकाध्यक्ष के साथ ही भर्ती बोर्ड के सदस्यों के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल की थी। इस मामले में पूर्व पालिकाध्यक्ष को जमानत मिल चुकी है। पिछले दिनों भर्ती बोर्ड के सदस्यों कर अधीक्षक गणेश प्रसाद, अर्शद उल्ला खां, कमल कुमार, अर्जुन कुमार सिन्हा और डा. ज्ञानेंद्र कुमार ने जिला जज पीसी मिश्रा की कोर्ट में सरेंडर के लिए प्रार्थना पत्र दिया था।

शुक्रवार को बोर्ड के सदस्यों ने कोर्ट में सरेंडर किया और अंतरिम जमानत अर्जी लगाई। सुनवाई के बाद जिला जज पीसी मिश्रा ने अंतरिम जमानत खारिज करते हुए सभी को जेल भेज दिया। बाद में स्थाई जमानत के लिए कोर्ट ने छह जनवरी की तारीख मुकर्रर कर दी। जमानत खारिज होते ही बोर्ड के सदस्यों को पुलिस ने हिरासत में ले लिया और जेल भेज दिया।

अधिकारियों पर लटकी निलंबन की तलवार

ड्राईवर भर्ती में अनियमितता के आरोप में जेल भेजे गए नगरपालिका के कर्मचारियों पर निलंबन की गाज गिर सकती है। जेल जाने के 48 घंटे के अंदर नगर विकास विभाग उनके खिलाफ निलंबन की कार्रवाई कर सकती है। स्थानीय अधिकारियों को पुलिस की रिपोर्ट का इंतजार है।

कर अधीक्षक गणेश प्रसाद, लेखाकार अर्जुन कुमार सिन्हा, अरशद उल्ला खां, कमल कुमार व डा. ज्ञानेंद्र कुमार।

कोर्ट में भरती बोर्ड के सदस्यों की सुनवाई के वक्त परिसर में कर्मचारियों की भीड़ लगी रही। पालिका के तमाम अफसर व कर्मचारी कोर्ट परिसर में सुबह से ही पहुंच गए थे। कोर्ट का आदेश आते ही सभी हक्के बक्के रह गए।

 

चेयरमैन को मिल चुकी जमानत

ड्राइवर भरती के मामले में तत्कालीन चेयरमैन सरदार जावेद खां जेल जा चुके हैं। उन्हें हाईकोर्ट से राहत मिल चुकी है। वह इस मामले में काफी दिनों तक जेल में रहे थे।
