दिल्ली सरकार ने अपने अधीन आने वाले स्कूलों में 9,623 टीचरों की भर्ती का बड़ा फैसला किया है। ये भर्तियां नए पद बनाकर की जाएंगी। इस बारे में एजुकेशन डिपार्टमेंट के प्रस्ताव को दिल्ली सरकार की कैबिनेट ने मंजूरी दे दी है।
खास बात यह है कि इन पदों पर होने वाली भर्तियों में सरकार के स्कूलों में काम करने वाले गेस्ट और कॉन्ट्रैक्ट टीचर्स को भी फायदा मिलेगा। इस फैसले से सरकारी स्कूलों में टीचरों की कमी दूर होगी, वहीं राइट टू एजुकेशन ऐक्ट के प्रावधानों के मुताबिक टीचरों और स्टूडेंट्स के बीच अनुपात ठीक करने में भी मदद मिलेगी। अभी बहुत से सरकारी स्कूलों में एक क्लास में 80 से 100 स्टूडेंट्स होते हैं क्योंकि टीचर्स की कमी है लेकिन इन पदों पर भर्तियों के बाद यह समस्या दूर हो सकेगी। सरकार स्कूलों में एक्स्ट्रा क्लासरूम का भी इंतजाम कर रही है।
अनुभवी टीचरों को छूट
शैक्षिक सत्र 2012-13, 2013-14 और 2014-15 के दौरान काम करने वाले गेस्ट टीचर्स, जिन्होंने एक सत्र में कम से कम 120 दिन टीचिंग की हो, उन्हें आयु सीमा में छूट दी जाएगी। भर्ती परीक्षा के लिए निर्धारित अधिकतम मार्क्स के 0.75 पर्सेंट के बराबर की अतिरिक्त वेटेज भी गेस्ट टीचर्स को उनके अनुभव के हिसाब से दी जाएगी लेकिन ये 2.25 फीसदी से अधिक नहीं होगी।
ऑनलाइन परीक्षा
9,623 पदों पर भर्तियों के लिए ऑनलाइन परीक्षा आयोजित होगी। मिनी रत्न कंपनी एजुकेशनल कंसल्टेंट इंडिया लिमिटेड ये परीक्षा लेगा। भर्ती की पूरी प्रक्रिया दिल्ली सरकार का शिक्षा विभाग निभाएगा। एडसिल की भूमिका सर्विस प्रोवाइडर की होगी। जिन कॉलेजों और संस्थानों में पर्याप्त कंप्यूटर और परीक्षा के लिए जरूरी इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर होगा, वहां ये परीक्षाएं होंगी।

Selection Procedure:- Selection for the candidates applying for the post of Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) will be on the basis of written Exam and Personal Interview.

Application Fee:- Candidates applying for the post of Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) are required to pay application fees Rs 500/- for general category and DESM / DFF of general category and Rs 125/- for schedule caste / Backward class / EXSM / women / special backward class / economically backward persons  in general caste category of Haryana State only. Candidates have to pay the fee through Net Banking or e-challan in any branch of State Bank of India / State Bank of Patiala / Punjab national Bank / and IDBI bank after 48 hours of registration of online application form.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test, performance test, skill test & interview.

संभल। सी.टेट व पीजीटी की परीक्षा एक ही दिन होने से परीक्षार्थी एक ही परीक्षा में शामिल हो सकेंगे। जिससे उनमें रोष व्याप्त हैं। परीक्षार्थियों ने एक परीक्षा की तिथि हटाए जाने की मांग की है।
सेंट्रल बोर्ड ऑफ सेकेंड्री एजूकेशन देहली और उत्तर प्रदेश माध्यमिक शिक्षा सेवा चयन बोर्ड ने एक ही दिन व एक ही समय पर परीक्षाएं रखी है। हिंदूपुरा खेड़ा मोहल्ला निवासी उस्मान ने बताया कि सी.टेट की परीक्षा 22 फरवरी की सुबह साढ़े नौ बजे से दोपहर 12 बजे तक होगी। वहीं पीजीटी कामर्स की परीक्षा इसी तारीख की सुबह दस बजे से दोपहर 12 बजे तक होगी। परीक्षार्थियों को एक परीक्षा से वंचित रहना पड़ेगा। जिससे उनमें चिंता बनी हुई है। परीक्षार्थियों ने एक परीक्षा की तारीख हटाए जाने की मांग की है

मंडलायुक्त की कमेटी करेगी ट्रेंड ग्रेजुएट शिक्षकों की भर्ती

राज्य ब्यूरो, लखनऊ : केंद्रीय विद्यालय की तर्ज पर प्रदेश में बनाये जा रहे मॉडल स्कूलों में कक्षा छह से दस तक को पढ़ाने वाले शिक्षकों (ट्रेंड ग्रेजुएट टीचर/टीजीटी) की भर्ती संबंधित मंडल के मंडलायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में गठित समिति करेगी। समिति टीजीटी का चयन शैक्षिक गुणांक और साक्षात्कार के अंक के आधार पर करेगी। वहीं मॉडल स्कूलों में कंप्यूटर शिक्षक आउटसोर्सिंग के माध्यम से रखे जाएंगे। मॉडल स्कूलों में शिक्षणोत्तर कर्मचारियों के रूप में एक लिपिक का पद सृजित है। हर स्कूल में एक लाइब्रेरियन और एक लैब असिस्टेंट का पद सृजित किया जाएगा। इस बारे में शासन ने आदेश जारी कर दिया है।

केंद्र सरकार की मॉडल स्कूल योजना के तहत प्रदेश में शैक्षिक दृष्टि से पिछड़े 680 विकासखंडों में मॉडल स्कूल खोलने की योजना है। फिलहाल 193 विकासखंडों में मॉडल स्कूल बनाये जा रहे हैं। राज्य सरकार की मंशा है कि अगले शैक्षिक सत्र से इन स्कूलों में पढ़ाई शुरू करायी जाए। सरकार ने पहले साल में मॉडल स्कूलों में कक्षा छह से नौ और उसके अगले साल कक्षा छह से दस तक संचालित करने का फैसला किया है। तय किया है कि पहले साल प्रत्येक कक्षा में एक सेक्शन चलाया जाएगा। इसके लिए पहले साल में हर स्कूल में प्रधानाचार्य और आठ शिक्षकों की जरूरत होगी। शुरुआत में मॉडल स्कूलों में प्रधानाचार्यों की नियुक्ति समय से सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उनका चयन राज्य मॉडल स्कूल संगठन के कमिश्नर की अध्यक्षता में गठित समिति करेगी। मॉडल स्कूलों का संचालन शुरू हो जाने के बाद प्रधानाचार्यों का चयन उप्र लोक सेवा आयोग के माध्यम से कराया जाएगा। मॉडल स्कूल के प्रधानाचार्यों का पद और ग्रेड-पे राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज के प्रधानाचार्य की तरह होगा। प्रारंभिक चरण में मॉडल स्कूलों के प्रधानाचार्यों के चयन के लिए गठित समिति के सदस्यों में माध्यमिक शिक्षा निदेशक, राज्य शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद के निदेशक, डिप्टी कमिश्नर केंद्रीय विद्यालय संगठन और प्रमुख सचिव/सचिव माध्यमिक शिक्षा की ओर से नामित सदस्य होंगे जबकि उप्र माध्यमिक शिक्षा अभियान के अपर राज्य परियोजना निदेशक इसके सदस्य-सचिव होंगे। यह समिति प्रधानाचार्यों का चयन शैक्षिक गुणांक और साक्षात्कार में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर करेगी। वहीं मॉडल स्कूलों में कक्षा 11 व 12 को पढ़ाने वाले पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट टीचरों (पीजीटी) की जरूरत तब होगी जब इंटरमीडिएट की कक्षाएं शुरू होंगी। लिहाजा शासन ने तय किया है कि पीजीटी शिक्षकों का चयन उप्र लोक सेवा आयोग के जरिये किया जाएगा। पीजीटी का वेतन, ग्रेड पे आदि केंद्रीय विद्यालय के समान होंगे। मॉडल स्कूलों में कक्षा छह से दस तक के शिक्षकों के चयन के लिए मंडलायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में जो कमेटी गठित होगी उसके सदस्य-सचिव संबंधित मंडलीय संयुक्त शिक्षा निदेशक या रीजनल डिप्टी कमिश्नर होंगे। राज्य मॉडल स्कूल संगठन के कमिश्नर द्वारा नामित जिला शिक्षा और प्रशिक्षण संस्थान का प्राचार्य और मंडलायुक्त की ओर से नामित जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक समिति के सदस्य होंगे।

In view of the policy that at least 1/3^rd students admitted are girls; efforts will be made to post male and female teachers in proportion to the number of girl students in Navodaya Vidyalayas subject to condition that they fulfill the normal eligibility conditions.  However, there is no separate reservation for Female Teachers to this effect.
