बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग ने शुक्रवार को संशोधित परीक्षा कैलेंडर जारी कर दिया। आयोग की ओर से जारी कैलेंडर के अनुसार तीसरे चरण की रद्द शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा 10 से 12 जून के बीच होगी। तीसरे चरण के माध्यम से 87774 शिक्षकों की भर्ती पहली से 12वीं तक होनी है। सभी वर्गों के लिए अलग-अलग सीटें निर्धारित हैं।
बता दें कि 15 मार्च को शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा का पेपर लीक होने से इसे रद्द करना पड़ा था। इस परीक्षा के लिए पांच लाख अभ्यर्थियों ने आवेदन किया है। वहीं तीसरे चरण की शिक्षक बहाली परीक्षा का परिणाम 10 जुलाई तक जारी करने का लक्ष्य बीपीएससी ने रखा है।

इसके अलावा 40247 हजार से अधिक पदों के लिए निकली प्रधान शिक्षक और प्रधानाध्यापक भर्ती परीक्षा का आयोजन भी जून में ही होगा। 13 जून को प्रधान शिक्षक तो 14 जून को प्रधानाध्यापक के लिए परीक्षा होगी। प्रधानाध्यापक के लिए 6064 पदों पर भर्ती होगी। इन दोनों के लिए आवेदन पहले ही लिया जा चुका है। दोनों परीक्षाओं के लिए लगभग डेढ़ लाख आवेदन आए हैं। प्रधान शिक्षक का रिजल्ट 18 जुलाई और प्रधानाध्यापक का रिजल्ट 20 जुलाई को संभावित है। वहीं सिमुलतला आवासीय विद्यालय में शिक्षकों के 63 पद पर निकली गई नियुक्ति के लिए 23 जून को परीक्षा होनी है और 21 जुलाई तक रिजल्ट जारी करना प्रस्तावित है।

69वीं का साक्षात्कार 17 अगस्त, 70वीं प्रारंभिक परीक्षा 30 सितंबर को

69वीं संयुक्त प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के लिए साक्षात्कार 17 से 28 अगस्त तक आयोजित किया जाएगा और 31 अगस्त तक रिजल्ट जारी होने की संभावना है। वहीं 70वीं संयुक्त प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा को लेकर प्रारंभिक परीक्षा 30 सितंबर को होगी। इसके लिए अभी रिक्तियां नहीं आई हैं। वहीं इंडस्ट्रीयल ट्रेनिंग इंस्टीट्यूट में वाइस प्रिंसिपल के 76 पदों के लिए 14 जुलाई को परीक्षा होगी। रिजल्ट 20 अगस्त को आएगा। बीपीएससी के आधिकारिक वेबसाइट bpsc.bih.nic.in पर परीक्षा कैलेंडर उपलब्ध है

नवदुनिया प्रतिनिधि, भोपाल। सरकारी स्कूलों में अतिथि शिक्षक नियमित नहीं होंगे। स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग में अतिथि शिक्षकों को सीधे नियमित करने का कोई प्रविधान नहीं है। उन्हें सिर्फ सीधी भर्ती में 25 फीसद का आरक्षण दिया जाएगा। हाईकोर्ट के निर्देश पर अतिथि शिक्षकों की नियमित करने की याचिका का लोक शिक्षण संचालनालय (डीपीआई) की आयुक्त शिल्पा गुप्ता ने निराकरण कर गुरुवार को आदेश जारी किया। दरअसल प्रदेश के सरकारी स्कूलों में 70 हजार से अधिक अतिथि शिक्षक पदस्थ हैं।

इसमें से कई अतिथि शिक्षकों को स्कूलों में सेवाएं देते हुए 15 साल तक का समय हो चुका है। इसे लेकर प्रदेश के कई अतिथि शिक्षकों ने हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर कर नियमित करने की मांग की थी।अतिथि शिक्षकों का कहना था कि वे शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण हैं और डीएड-बीएड प्रशिक्षित हैं।

तीन वर्ष से लेकर 15 वर्षों तक लगातार अतिथि शिक्षक के रूप में पढ़ाने का अनुभव है। अन्य राज्यों में भी अतिथि शिक्षकों को नियमित किया गया है। इस आधार पर मध्यप्रदेश में भी नियमित किया जाए। हाईकोर्ट ने स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग को नियमानुसार कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए।

शिक्षक भर्ती में 25 प्रतिशत आरक्षण का प्रविधान है

डीपीआई की ओर से आदेश में लिखा है कि मध्यप्रदेश राज्य स्कूल शिक्षा सेवा (शैक्षणिक संवर्ग) सेवा शर्ते एवं भर्ती नियम 2018 एवं संशोधित नियम एक दिसंबर 2022 के अनुसार सीधी भर्ती से रिक्त पदों की पूर्ति के लिए शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा के बाद शिक्षक चयन परीक्षा के माध्यम से शिक्षक भर्ती का प्रविधान है। सीधे नियमित किए जाने का कोई प्रविधान/नियम नहीं है।

अतिथि शिक्षकों के लिए शैक्षणिक संवर्ग अंतर्गत सीधी भर्ती के शिक्षकों के पदों के उपलब्ध रिक्तियों की 25 प्रतिशत रिक्तियां अतिथि शिक्षक वर्ग के लिए आरक्षित की जाएगी। जिनके द्वारा न्यूनतम तीन शैक्षणिक सत्रों में एवं 200 दिन मप्र शासन द्वारा संचालित सरकारी स्कूलों में अतिथि शिक्षक के रूप में कार्य किया गया है, लेकिन अतिथि शिक्षकों के लिए आरक्षित पदों की पूर्ति नहीं हो पाने की स्थिति में रिक्त रहे पदों की अन्य पात्रताधारी अभ्यर्थियों से भरा जाएगा।
