Staff Selection Commission will hold on 27/04/2014 and 04/05/2013, an open competitive examination for recruitment to the following posts in various Ministries/Departments by selecting/ screening the candidates for the Main Examination. :

1. Inspectors of Income Tax / Inspector (Central Excise) / Inspector (Preventive Officer) / Inspector (Examiner) in Custom Houses (Group B Non-Gazetted) in the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4600/-

Age Limit: (i) 18-27 years as on  for Inspector of Income Tax/ Inspector (Central Excise)/ Inspector (Preventive Officer)/ Inspector (Examiner)/ Inspector of Posts / Ass.. Enforcement Officer and Divisional Accountants / Auditors /UDCs/ Tax Assistants (ii) 20 to 27 years as on  for posts of Assistants and Sub-inspectors in CBI. (iii) 26 years for Statistical Investigators Gr.II. Usual age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PH/ExS etc. as per Govt. orders.)

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from any recognised University. (ii) Statistics/ Mathematics / Economics / Commerce subjects in Graduation for the post of Statistical Investigator Gr.II (iii) Bachelor's Degree with Economics or Statistics or Mathematics as compulsory of Elective subject.  For the posts of Assistants (CSS), Computer Proficiency has been prescribed as an essential qualification.

Fee: Rs. 100/-. No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women and Ex-Serviceman. Fee will be paid only in the form of "Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)" These stamps are available at the counter of all Departmental Post Offices of the country. For the candidates who are applying online, should pay in the branches of SBI through payment challans which can be  printed online.

Closing Date: Last date for filling of the offline application is 14/02/2014 (5PM), last date is 21/02/2014 for candidates from far-flung areas.

. This examination will be conducted in 3 Tiers. In First and second tiers examination will be conducted in Objective Multiple Choice Type. These two tiers are written examinations. 3^rd Tier is Personality Test along with Interview / online test of qualifying nature/ Document Verification & Description / Computer Proficiency test and skill test will be conducted if necessary. Skill test is applicable only to few posts.
Basic qualification to apply for the posts of Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level Exam is completion of bachelor’s degree. Candidates who are interested to apply for the posts of SSC can apply either in offline or in online modes on or before 14^th February 2014. Registration for this examination already started from 18^th January 2014. Application fee for this examination is very nominal of Rs.100. Government had passed the order to exempt the fee for Ex-serviceman, Handicapped, SC, ST’s and Woman. Candidates will be selected based on the performance shown in written test i.e. Tier I & Tier II. After successful completion of written test candidates need to appear for Tier III.
Combined Graduate Level ( Preliminary ) Examination i.e. Tier I examination paper consists of Part A covers General Awareness & General Intelligence and Part B is for Arithmetic. Combined Graduate Level (Main) Examination i.e. Tier II examination paper consists of 6 papers i.e. General Studies (General Intelligence &Reasoning Ability and General Awareness), English language, Arithmetic, Language Comprehension (English), Communication skills / Writing Ability and Hindi. For Tier III i.e. Personality test and interview, candidates need to concentrate on General English, General studies and arithmetic.

    16 जनवरी को होगा नोटिफिकेशन, तैयारी शुरू

नया साल युवाओं के लिए नई उम्मीद लेकर आ रहा है। ग्रेजुएट के पास नौकरी का मौका होगा। कर्मचारी चयन आयोग का नए साल के लिए प्लान तैयार है।

16 जनवरी को नोटिफिकेशन जारी होगा। 20 से 25 हजार रिक्तियां निकलेंगी। आयोग का लक्ष्य एक साल के अंदर ही इन्हें भरने का है। छात्र और

कोचिंग इंस्टीट्यूट ने इसकी तैयारी शुरू कर दी है। साधारण ग्रेजुएट के अलावा बीबीए, बीसीए और इंजीनियरिंग के छात्र भी एग्जाम की तैयारी में लग गए हैं।

हर साल एसएससी लिखित परीक्षा और इंटरव्यू के आधार पर नियुक्ति करता है। एसएससी ने 2014 में होनी वाली संयुक्त स्नातक परीक्षा का प्लान जारी कर

दिया है। लिखित परीक्षा दो चरण में होगी। प्री एग्जाम (टीयर वन) 27 अप्रैल और मेन एग्जाम टीयर टू 30 अगस्त को होगा। 2013 की तुलना में करीब पांच

हजार ज्यादा नियुक्ति निकाली जाएंगी। कोचिंग इंस्टीट्यूट और छात्रों ने तैयारी शुरू कर दी है। फॉर्म भरने के लिए योग्यता ग्रेजुएट है। फाइनल ईयर के छात्र भी परीक्षा दे सकते हैं।

ऐसा होगा पेपर
टीयर वन पेपर 200 नंबर का होगा। 120 मिनट में सवाल हल करने होंगे। 50 सवाल क्वांटेटिव एबिलिटी, 50 सवाल जनरल अवेयरनेस, 50 सवाल जनरल

इंटेलीजेंस एंड रीजनिंग और 50 सवाल इंग्लिश कांप्रीहेंसिव से पूछे जाएंगे। सभी सवाल ऑब्जेक्टिव होंगे। टीयर टू में पहला पेपर क्वांटेटिव एबिलिटी का होगा।

100 सवाल 200 नंबर के होंगे। दूसरा पेपर इंग्लिश कांप्रीहेंसिव का होगा। 200 नंबर के 200 सवाल पूछे जाएंगे। इंटरव्यू और लिखित परीक्षा की मेरिट के आधार पर चयन होगा।

ये होगा प्रोफाइल
एसएससी में चयन होने के बाद दो तरह की जॉब होती है। डेस्क जॉब और फील्ड जॉब। डेस्क जॉब में ऑडिटर, एकाउंटेंट, क्लर्क, केंद्रीय सचिवालय, विदेश मंत्रालय, इंटेलीजेंस ब्यूरो और रेलवे आदि में तैनाती मिलती है।

फील्ड जॉब में एईओ, इनकम टैक्स ऑफिसर, एग्जामनर, प्रीवेंटिव ऑफिसर, एक्सरसाइज इंस्पेक्टर, पोस्टल इंस्पेक्टर और नारकोटिक्स इंस्पेक्टर आदि शामिल हैं।� �

कोचिंग हो गई शुरू
एसएससी को कैश करने की तैयारी शुरू हो गई है। छात्रों ने कोचिंग शुरू कर दी है। एसएससी के महत्व को देखते हुए कॅरियर लांचर ने एक साथ 150 शहरों में एसएससी की क्लास शुरू की है। मेरठ ब्रांच के हेड विक्रांत जावला का कहना है ग्रेजुएट के अलावा बीबीए, बीसीए और बीटेक पासआउट भी कोचिंग ले रहे हैं।

पीयूष पांडेय / नई दिल्ली| : सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बिहार में सात वर्ष पहले आयोजित की गई राज्य कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (एसएससी) की परीक्षा में सही और गलत, दोनों जवाब देने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को नौकरी पर रखने का आदेश दिया है। सा‌थ ही नए सिरे से परीक्षा कराने के हाईकोर्ट के आदेश को रद्द भी कर दिया है। 

गौरतलब है कि अगस्त, 2006 बिहार में जूनियर इं‌जीनियर की 220 पोस्ट के लिए राज्य कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ने परीक्षा कराई थी। मूल्यांकन में हुई गड़‌बड़ी के कारण परीक्षा में गलत उत्‍तर देने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को नौकरी पर रख लिया गया और सही उत्‍तर देने वाले नौकरी से वंचित रह गए।
इस मामले में दाखिल एक या‌चिका में हाईकोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार को सभी पदों पर नए सिरे से परीक्षा कराने का आदेश दिया था। 
हालांकि, अब सर्वोच्च अदालत ने परीक्षा के बाद जूनियर इंजीनियर नियुक्त हुए गलत जवाब देने वालों को नौकरी से न हटाने का आदेश दिया है। साथ ही सही जवाब देने वालों को भी नियुक्ति करने का निर्देश दिया है। 
सर्वोच्च अदालत ने गलत जवाब देने के बावजूद नौकरी पाने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की ओर से दायर याचिकाओं को स्वीकार करते हुए कहा कि वैकल्पिक प्रश्नों के जवाब में तैयार की गई उत्तर पुस्तिका में सही के स्थान पर गलत उत्तर लिखे जाने की भूल के चलते यह परेशानी खड़ी हुई। 
इसमें गलत और सही जवाब देने वाले अभ्यर्थी पूरी तरह से निर्दोष हैं क्योंकि इस मामले में कोई भी अनियमितता या धोखाधड़ी नहीं की गई। लेकिन उत्तर-पुस्तिका में भूलवश गड़बड़ी होने से गलत जवाब देने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को नौकरी के लिए चुन लिया गया, जबकि सही जवाब देने वाले दुर्भाग्य से बाहर हो गए। 
जस्टिस टीएस ठाकुर की अध्यक्षता वाली पीठ ने बिहार में अगस्त 2006 में हुई राज्य कर्मचारी चयन आयोग की परीक्षा में पटना हाईकोर्ट की ओर से जारी आदेश को दरकिनार कर दिया है। 
हाईकोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार को सभी पदों पर नए सिरे से परीक्षा कराने का आदेश दिया था। 
पीठ ने कहा है कि सात साल पहले 220 पदों पर जूनियर इंजीनियर नियुक्त किए जा चुके परीक्षार्थियों को हटाया जाना उचित नहीं होगा। लेकिन सही जवाब देने वाले उन परीक्षार्थियों को भी नियुक्ति किया जाए जो उत्तर पुस्तिका की गलती की वजह से बाहर हो गए थे।

IT HAS COME TO THE NOTICE OF COMMISSION THAT SOMETIMES THE CANDIDATES DESIRE TO ALTER/ CORRECT THE ANSWERS ALREADY RECORDED ON OMR ANSWER SHEET BY FILLING IN OR DARKENING THE RECTANGLE/ OVAL ON OMR SHEET BY BLUE OR BLACK PEN. THE COMMISSION HAS DECIDED THAT CORRECTING FLUID MAY BE ALLOWED IN THE EXAMINATION HALL FOR THIS PURPOSE.

However it is not clear that in UPTET 2011, Fluid ink correction is allowed OR not.
May be purpose of using ball point in Exam is that - Once a candidate marked/circled answers then after this nobody will correct it.

Earlier Pencil used to marked/circled answers, but due to cheating in Railway etc. examination, Use of ball point pen is started.

Sometimes candidates also use Fluid Ink to correct answers ( May be a rare case as some UPTET candidates claiming this and referred me SSC link).

वरिष्ठ संवाददाता, इलाहाबाद। कर्मचारी चयन आयोग द्वारा बीएसएफ, सीआइएसएफ, सीआरपीएफ, व एसएसबी में सिपाही भर्ती परीक्षा में सफल अभ्यर्थियों के अंतिम परिणाम की घोषणा दो से तीन दिन के अंदर कर दी जाएगी। इस आशय की घोषणा एसएससी के चेयरमैन ने की है। अंतिम परिणाम बनकर तैयार है। आयोग मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय की हरी झंडी का इंतजार कर रहा है। सूत्रों के मुताबिक आयोग ने मंत्रालय से इस आशय की जानकारी मांगी है कि 70 हजार पदों पर सफल अभ्यर्थियों की घोषणा कर दी जाए या पद और बढ़ेंगे। इसी कारण थोड़ी देरी हो रही है। अभ्यर्थी इस परीक्षा के परिणाम का बेसब्री से इंतजार कर रहे हैं। अभ्यर्थियों का इंतजार एक से दो दिन में खत्म हो जाएगा।
गौरतलब है कि केंद्रीय पुलिस संगठनों में सिपाही सामान्य भर्ती की लिखित परीक्षा पांच जून को ली गई थी। लिखित परीक्षा में ढाई लाख से अधिक अभ्यर्थी शामिल हुए थे। इसमें कुल 1,66,778 पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों और 3,272 महिला अभ्यर्थियों को सफल घोषित किया गया था। सिपाहियों के कुल 70 हजार पद हैं। पहले पदों की संख्या 50 हजार थी, जिसे बाद में बढ़ाकर 70 हजार की गई थी।
