 CHANDIGARH: Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani has decided to declare the result of Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) 2013-14 on February 20. Also, the answer keys of question papers concerned with this teacher eligibility test will be uploaded on the website of the Board along with the result.

Secretary of the Board, Dr Anshaj Singh said on Tuesday that subject experts have analyzed and examined all the question papers of this test and on the basis of this the answer key was given the final shape.

He said that if any candidate finds any error after comparing the answer key and question paper then they could send their complaint to Secretary of the Board through registered or speed post or by hand along with complete facts and proofs.

Dr Anshaj Singh said that such complaints should reach the office of the Board within seven days of declaration of result after that no complaints would be entertained. If the last date of submitting complaints falls on Saturday or Sunday or on any gazetted holiday then next working day would be considered as last date for submission, he added.

लखनऊ। शिक्षा मित्रों को शिक्षक बनाने की प्रक्रिया तय कर ली गई है। उन्हें शिक्षक बनाने के लिए न तो अखबारों में विज्ञापन निकाला जाएगा और न ही आवेदन के लिए फॉर्म भरवाया जाएगा। उत्तर प्रदेश अध्यापक सेवा संशोधित नियमावली जारी होने के साथ शासनादेश जारी कर उन्हें शिक्षक बनाने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी जाएगी। पहले चरण में स्नातक और दो वर्षीय पत्राचार बीटीसी प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर चुके 57,886 शिक्षा मित्रों को सहायक अध्यापक बनाया जाएगा।
राज्य सरकार ने शिक्षा मित्रों को सहायक अध्यापक बनाने का निर्णय किया है। उनके लिए टीईटी की अनिवार्यता नहीं है। कैबिनेट के निर्णय के मुताबिक अध्यापक सेवा नियमावली को संशोधित करते हुए भाषा विभाग को भेज दिया गया है। जैसे ही नियमावली की अधिसूचना जारी होगी, शिक्षामित्रों के समायोजन का शासनादेश जारी कर दिया जाएगा। शिक्षामित्रों के समायोजन की पूरी प्रक्रिया तय कर दी गई है। जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (डायट) प्राचार्य की अध्यक्षता में जनपदीय कमेटी बनाई जाएगी। इसमें जिला विद्यालय निरीक्षक, जिला प्रशासन का एक अधिकारी और राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज का वरिष्ठतम प्रधानाचार्य सदस्य होंगे। संबंधित जिले के बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी सदस्य सचिव और नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी होंगे।
अल्फाबेट के आधार पर बनेगी चयन सूची
परीक्षा नियामक प्राधिकारी से जारी परिणाम के आधार पर दो वर्षीय पत्राचार प्रशिक्षण की परीक्षा पास करने वाले शिक्षा मित्रों की सूची बनाई जाएगी। इसमें उनके स्नातक और पत्राचार प्रशिक्षण के प्रमाण पत्रों का परीक्षण किया जाएगा। नाम के अक्षरों के आधार पर चयन सूची तैयार की जाएगी। जिला समिति से अनुमोदन के बाद बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी नियुक्ति पत्र जारी करेगा। नियुक्ति पत्र जैसे-जैसे जारी होते जाएंगे, शिक्षा मित्रों को समायोजित किया जाता रहेगा। शिक्षा मित्रों का उसी स्कूल में समायोजन किया जाएगा, जहां वे काम कर रहे हैं। बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग से तैयार कराए गए प्रस्ताव के मुताबिक यह प्रक्रिया दो माह के अंदर पूरी कर ली जाएगी।

Days after giving a relaxation of five per cent marks in the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for the reserved category candidates, the State government on Friday issued orders giving corresponding concessions with regard to ‘weightage of marks’ as well.

As per the GO issued on Friday, those who scored less than 90 will be given additional 36 marks as ‘weightage’ for selection as government school teachers based on TET results. This means that those who scored less than 90, but more than 82 (after the revision in cutoff marks) will benefit from the order.

The GO would also be applicable while finalising the selection list of the TET 2013,  held on August 17 and 18, and for all future tests with respect to the candidates belonging to the reserved categories.

Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa on February 3 had announced in the State Assembly: “Though it has been fixed that candidates have to score 60 per cent marks to secure a pass in the TET, the candidates belonging to SC/STs, BCs, MBCs, BCs among the Muslims, Denotified Communities and Differently-abled would be given a concession of five per cent. Hence, they can pass the examination if they score 55 per cent of marks instead of 60 per cent.”

Subsequently, School Education Department had clarified that the reserved category candidates needed 82 marks to clear the TET. With Friday’s GO, the department said those who scored less than 90, but more than 82 would also get ‘weightage of marks’.

Silchar: State education minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) is compulsory for the appointment of teachers at madrassas in the state.

"Teachers won't be appointed in madrassas unless they have cleared TET," the minister said.

Sarma said the TET questionnaires for madrassas will be prepared on the basis of contents of the Quran and the Hadit.

He said this while addressing the 49th annual conference of the North-East India Emarate Sharria Nadwatut Tamir (a Muslim socio-religious organization) and the 62th convocation of Aljamiatul Arbiatul Islamia, a senior madrassa at Badarpur in Karimganj district on early Monday.

Sarma said that different segments of the Muslim community had made repeated demands over the years to streamline the appointment of teachers in madrassas in Assam through TET. The state government has decided to do so, he said.

Madrassa education in the state is run by State Madrassasa Education Board, Assam. The numbers of Madrassa are 707 in the state. They include 524 Pre-Senior Madrassas, 164 Senior Madrassas, 14 Title Madrassas and 5 Arabic Colleges, sources said.

The education minister said the Assam government has decided to make available necessary land and infrastructure for setting up an office of the North-East India Emarate Sharria Nadwatut Tamir in Guwahati. Besides this, a Madrassa will also be set up in the state capital under the organization. Besides this, he announced funds of Rs 20 lakh for completion of ongoing work at the central office of the organization at Mission Road in Badarpur.

In a resolution adopted at the massive conglomeration attended by thousands of Muslims from all over the northeast, they demanded setting up of a passport office branch in Silchar and granting of three days government holiday during Eid.

Besides this, the community demanded early completion of work on the Lumding-Silchar broad gauge and Silchar-Saurashtra East-West Corridor projects and controlling the skyrocketing prices of essential commodities, among others.

इलाहाबाद (एसएनबी)। सरकारी विभागों में कार्य करने वाले करीब 30 लाख संविदा कर्मियों व बिना मानदेय के कर्मचारियों/शिक्षकों ने भी शिक्षामित्रों की तरह स्थायी किये जाने की मांग प्रदेश सरकार से की है। इन संविदा कर्मियों/शिक्षकों का कहना हैं कि प्रदेश सरकार जब शिक्षा मित्रों को स्थायी कर सकती है तो उनसे पहले संविदा कर्मी/वित्त विहीन शिक्षक प्रदेश सरकार के लिए कार्य कर रहे है। उनको स्थायी करने में क्या परेशानी हो सकती है जबकि वह दो-चार नहीं बल्कि कई वर्षो से प्रदेश सरकार के लिए कार्य कर रहे है। ऐसे में उनको स्थायी करके प्रदेश सरकार के कर्मचारियों की तरह वेतन, बोनस, भत्ते सहित अन्य सुविधाएं दी जाएं। संविदा कर्मी व्यापक स्तर पर आंदोलन की रणनीति तैयार कर रहे हैं। इसकी घोषणा वे शीघ्र करेंगे। वरिष्ठ कर्मचारी नेता हनुमान प्रसाद श्रीवास्तव का कहना है कि जब प्रदेश सरकार शिक्षा मित्रों को स्थायी कर सकती है। तो वह लाखों संविदा कर्मियों को क्यों स्थायी करने से भाग रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि संविदा कर्मियों के स्थायी होने से जहां सरकार को कायरे के लिए आदमी नहीं खोजना पड़ेगा,वहीं दूसरी ओर संविदा कर्मी जब स्थायी हो जायेंगे तो वह कार्य को और मन लगाकर करेंगे। उत्तर प्रदेशीय चतुर्थ श्रेणी राज्य कर्मचारी महासंघ के प्रान्तीय मंत्री श्याम सूरत पाण्डेय ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार को चाहिए था कि वरिष्ठता के क्रम में संविदा कर्मियों को स्थायी करती। यह जरुरी नहीं है कि सिर्फ एक वर्ग के लोगों को स्थायी करके उनको लाभ दिया जाये। ऐसा न करने पर आगामी लोक सभा चुनाव में प्रदेश सरकार को भारी नुकसान होगा। उन्होंने बताया कि बड़ी संख्या में कर्मचारी लंबित मांगों को पूरा कराने के लिए 17 फरवरी को लखनऊ पहुंचकर विधान सभा का घेराव करेंगे। वरिष्ठ कर्मचारी नेता रवीन्द्र मिश्रा ने भी प्रदेश सरकार से मांग किया कि संविदा पर कार्य करने वाले संविदा कर्मियों को भी शिक्षामित्रों की तरह स्थायी करके राज्य कर्मियों की तरह सभी सुविधाएं और वेतनमान दिया जाये। उत्तर प्रदेशीय चतुर्थ श्रेणी राज्य कर्मचारी महासंघ की प्रदेश अध्यक्ष श्रीमती कान्ती पाण्डेय ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार कर्मचारियों की मांगों को लेकर गंभीर नहीं है। ऐसे में बड़ी संख्या में कर्मचारी शीघ्र सड़कों पर उतर कर प्रदेश व्यापी आंदोलन शुरू करेंगे जिससे की उनकी मांगों पर प्रदेश सरकार गंभीरता से विचार कर लागू कर सके

उरई : नियुक्तियों की मांग को लेकर अनुदेशक अब 20 फरवरी को विधानसभा भवन का घेराव करेंगे। यह निर्णय आदर्श अनौपचारिक वैकल्पिक शिक्षा अनुदेशक वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन की पुराने नगर पालिका भव में सोमवार को हुई बैठक में लिया गया।

जिलाध्यक्ष मुहम्मद नसीम खान ने कहा कि सरकार अनुदेशकों को शिक्षामित्र बनाने का प्रलोभन दे रही है और 2003 का शासनादेश जारी करने को कह रही है। अगर सरकार ने 2003 के शासनादेश से आरक्षण समाप्त नहीं किया तो अनुदेशक 20 फरवरी को अपनी ताक का अहसास कराएंगे। जिस ग्राम में जिस जाति का प्रधान हो उसी जाति का अनुदेशक शिक्षामित्र बनेगा, यह आरक्षण अनुदेशक कतई बर्दाश्त नहीं करेंगे। अनुदेशक चाहे जिस जाति का हो उसे नियुक्ति दिलाई जाए। जिला उपाध्यक्ष दिलीप सोनी ने कहा कि अनुदेशक अपना हक लेकर रहेंगे। इस मौके पर भूपसिंह कुशवाहा, त्रिवेणी देवी, शमीम अख्तर, सुनीता पोरवाल, रक्षा अवस्थी, विष्णुकांत द्विवेदी, मनोज खरे, डालचंद्र अहिरवार, वासुदेव यादव, दिनेश विश्वकर्मा और जितेंद्र सिंह मौजूद रहे

लखनऊ। जल निगम के 144 इंजीनियरों की नौकरी पर तलवार लटक गई है। इन इंजीनियरों को करीब छह महीने पहले ही नौकरी मिली है। नियुक्ति में आरक्षण नियमों की अनदेखी के कारण यह हालात पैदा हुए हैं। वहीं, दूसरी ओर आरक्षण नियमों का पालन होने से ओबीसी के उन 144 अभ्यर्थियों की नौकरी की आस पूरी होगी जो अधिक अंक होने के बावजूद नियमों की अनदेखी से नौकरी की रेस से बाहर हो गए थे। जल निगम ने इसकी पूरी रिपोर्ट के साथ पत्रावली मंजूरी के लिए निगम के चेयरमैन को भेजी है।
दरअसल भर्ती में उत्तर प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग के 25 मार्च 1994 के शासनादेश ‘अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जन-जातियों और अन्य पिछड़े वर्गों के लिए आरक्षण’ का पालन नहीं किया गया। शासनादेश के तहत किसी आरक्षित श्रेणी से संबंधित कोई व्यक्ति योग्यता के आधार पर खुली प्रतियोगिता में सामान्य अभ्यर्थियों के साथ चयनित होता है तो उसे आरक्षित रिक्तियों के प्रति समायोजित नहीं किया जाएगा। यानी आरक्षित श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थी के अधिक अंक पाने पर उसे सामान्य में माना जाएगा और आरक्षित पदों पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ेगा। पर, जलनिगम ने इसका पालन करने के बजाय अपने हिसाब से नियम तय कर लिए। उसने सीधे-सीधे कुल पदों में 50 फीसदी पदों पर सामान्य वर्ग, 21 फीसदी पर अनुसूचित जाति, 2 फीसदी पर अनुसूचित जनजाति और 27 प्रतिशत पर ओबीसी अभ्यर्थियों की नियुक्ति कर ली। उसने ओबीसी के उन 144 अभ्यर्थियों को सामान्य वर्ग में नियुक्त नहीं किया जिनकी मेरिट सामान्य वर्ग मेें आई थी।

At IBM’s STG (Systems & Technology Group), employees were called to a meeting and sacked. Their laptops were confiscated and they were asked to leave the premises immediately. Severance packages averaged six weeks pay.
In addition to India, jobs were sliced in Brazil, the Netherlands and other locations.

According to sources, over 50 employees at IBM’s Systems Technology Group (STG) in Bangalore were handed pink slips on February 12 as part of its global ‘Resource Action’ or restructuring programme.

Technology giant IBM has started a restructuring process, which would see as many as 15,000 jobs being cut globally, including India, Brazil and the European region.

“The estimate of jobs cut globally is 15,000,” International Coordinator at Alliance@IBM (official IBM employees union) Lee Conrad told PTI.

Last month, the US-based firm had said its top executives will forego their bonuses and the company will initiate a one billion dollar restructuring programme, in Q1 2014, as it grapples with declining sales of servers and storage systems.

Though the exact number of job cuts in each of the geographies is not clear, the impact could be huge in India as IBM has over one lakh employees in the country. Globally, IBM employs over 4 lakh people.

“(There are) no numbers yet on India job cuts. We do not have a clear number of employees by location because IBM does not disclose that data,” Mr. Conrad said adding that the IBM Global Union Alliance will be meeting soon to discuss its response.

When contacted, an IBM India spokesperson said: “As reported in our recent earnings briefing, IBM continues to rebalance its workforce to meet the changing requirements of its clients and to pioneer new, high value segments of the IT industry.”

The spokesperson further said: “To that end, IBM is positioning itself to lead in areas such as Cloud, Analytics and Cognitive Computing and investing in these priority areas. For example, we have recently committed $ 1 billion to our new Watson unit and $ 1.2 billion to expand our Cloud footprint around the world.”

नई दिल्ली। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यूपी के परिषदीय प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में 72,825 सहायक अध्यापकों के चयन और नियुक्ति के मसले पर हाईकोर्ट के आदेश को चुनौती देने वाली अभ्यर्थियों की याचिका पर राज्य सरकार से जवाब-तलब किया है। साथ ही प्रदेश सरकार को एक हफ्ते में समाचार पत्रों के जरिए प्रतिपक्ष बनाए गए तमाम अभ्यर्थियों को शीर्षस्थ अदालत की ओर से नोटिस जारी किए जाने संबंधी सूचना देने का आदेश दिया गया है। ताकि अगली सुनवाई में ज्यादा से ज्यादा अभ्यर्थियों की ओर से पक्ष रखा जा सके।
सर्वोच्च अदालत ने हालांकि अभ्यर्थी कपिल देव यादव और लाल बहादुर समेत अन्य की ओर से दायर याचिका पर हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर फिलहाल रोक नहीं लगाई। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुनवाई की अगली तारीख 3 मार्च तय की है। याद रहे कि 31 मार्च तक इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने इस मामले में टीईटी मेरिट के आधार पर चयन और नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया पूरी करने का आदेश राज्य सरकार को दिया है। ऐसे में इस मसले पर सर्वोच्च अदालत की ओर से 3 मार्च को होने वाली सुनवाई बहुत महत्वपूर्ण होगी। यूपी सरकार ने भी हाईकोर्ट के इस आदेश को चुनौती दी है। उस पर भी नोटिस हुआ है।
जस्टिस बीएस चौहान की अध्यक्षता वाली पीठ के समक्ष अभ्यर्थियों के अधिवक्ता राकेश द्विवेदी ने हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर तत्काल रोक लगाने की गुजारिश की। हालांकि पीठ ने फिलहाल राज्य सरकार को अभ्यर्थियों की याचिका पर नोटिस जारी कर दो सप्ताह में जवाब देने का निर्देश दिया है। साथ ही कोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार से कहा है कि वह अपनी याचिका पर नोटिस जारी होने की सूचना अभ्यर्थियों को समाचार पत्रों के माध्यम से एक हफ्ते के भीतर दे और दो हफ्ते में इस संबंध में साक्ष्य पेश करे। याद रहे कि हाईकोर्ट ने तमाम अभ्यर्थियों की ओर से दायर याचिका पर शिक्षकों का चयन टीईटी मेरिट के आधार पर किए जाने का आदेश दिया है और बसपा सरकार में 30 नवंबर, 2011 को जारी हुए भर्ती विज्ञापन को सही ठहराया है। साथ ही मौजूदा सरकार के 31 अगस्त, 2012 के शासनादेश को रद्द कर दिया है। ऐसे में तमाम अभ्यर्थियों तक सुप्रीम कोर्ट की ओर से नोटिस जारी किए जाने की सूचना पहुंचाने के लिए पीठ ने राज्य सरकार को अखबार में विज्ञापन देने को कहा है, क्योंकि राज्य सरकार की याचिका पर अभ्यर्थियों को भी नोटिस जारी हुआ है

अंदाजा है कि 3 मार्च को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अंतिम निर्णय नहीं आएगा , अगर 3 मार्च को  सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई पूरी हो जाती है
तो सम्भावना है कि निर्णय सुरक्षित रखा जायेगा और उसके बाद सुना दिया जाये

72825 शिक्षकों की भर्ती के मामले में निर्णय टी ई टी मेरिट से बनता हुआ दिख रहा है , और फैसला आने के बाद भर्ती में कुछ  समय लगेगा

खत्म होंगे पीजी के बोनस अंक :राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में एलटी ग्रेड शिक्षकों की भर्ती में परास्नातक (पीजी) को बोनस अंक दिए जाने की व्यवस्था खत्म होगी

लखनऊ : चुनावी मौसम में सरकार राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में एलटी ग्रेड शिक्षक बनने का ख्वाब देखने वाले उन अभ्यर्थियों को भी रिझाना चाहती है जिनकी उम्र 35 वर्ष पूरी हो चुकी है। इसके लिए सरकार राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में एलटी ग्रेड शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति के लिए अभ्यर्थियों की आयु सीमा 35 वर्ष से बढ़ाकर 40 वर्ष करने जा रही है। माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग की ओर से जल्द ही इस मकसद से उप्र अधीनस्थ शिक्षा (प्रशिक्षित स्नातक श्रेणी) सेवा नियमावली में संशोधन के प्रस्ताव को कैबिनेट से मंजूर कराने की तैयारी है। अखिलेश सरकार राजकीय सेवाओं में नियुक्ति के लिए अभ्यर्थियों की अधिकतम आयु सीमा 35 से बढ़ाकर 40 वर्ष कर चुकी है। इसी आधार पर बेसिक शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा संचालित स्कूलों में शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति की अधिकतम आयु सीमा भी 35 से बढ़ाकर 40 साल की जा चुकी है। वहीं राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालयों के एलटी ग्रेड शिक्षकों की भर्ती के लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा 35 वर्ष ही है। अभ्यर्थियों की ओर से मांग की जाती रही है कि अधिकतम आयु सीमा को बढ़ाकर 40 साल किया जाए।
राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में एलटी ग्रेड शिक्षकों के लगभग आठ हजार पद से ज्यादा पद खाली हैं। इनमें महिला शाखा के 3964 और पुरुष शाखा के 4106 पद हैं। इतना ही नहीं, राष्ट्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा अभियान के तहत जूनियर हाईस्कूल से उच्चीकृत कर हाईस्कूल बनाए गए विद्यालयों में जुलाई 2012 में शुरू की गई एलटी ग्रेड शिक्षकों की भर्ती भी रुकी हुई है। सरकार की मंशा है कि वह इन शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति में अधिकतम आयु सीमा को बढ़ाकर 40 वर्ष करे और जल्द ही भर्ती प्रक्रिया भी शुरू करें।1। इस मकसद से मुख्यमंत्री अखिलेश यादव ने उप्र अधीनस्थ शिक्षा (प्रशिक्षित स्नातक श्रेणी) सेवा नियमावली में संशोधन के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है। अब जल्द ही इस पर भी कैबिनेट की मुहर लगवाने की तैयारी है।

शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (टीईटी) में इस बार उच्च प्राथमिक स्तर की परीक्षा पहले होगी। इसके आधार पर ही तैयारियां की गई हैं। उच्च प्राइमरी की परीक्षा 22 फरवरी और प्राइमरी की 23 फरवरी को होगी। इसमें 8,72,287 परीक्षार्थी शामिल होंगे। सभी परीक्षाओं के लिए अलग-अलग केंद्र बनाए गए हैं। परीक्षा में कोई गड़बड़ी न हो, इसके लिए विशेष तैयारियां की गई हैं।
सचिव परीक्षा नियामक प्राधिकारी नीना श्रीवास्तव ने जिलों को भेजे निर्देश में कहा है कि प्रदेश में टीईटी दो दिन आयोजित की जाएगी। 22 फरवरी को उच्च प्राइमरी के टीईटी के लिए 919 केंद्र बनाए गए हैं, जिन पर 5,60,642 परीक्षार्थी परीक्षा देंगे। इसी दिन दूसरी पाली में उच्च प्राइमरी भाषा परीक्षा होगी। इसमें 1,30,613 परीक्षार्थी 184 केंद्रों पर परीक्षा देंगे। 23 फरवरी को 1,63,010 परीक्षार्थी 280 केंद्रों पर प्राथमिक स्तर का टीईटी देंगे। इसी दिन दूसरी पाली में 76 केंद्रों पर 18,022 परीक्षार्थी प्राइमरी भाषा की परीक्षा देंगे।

Petroleum Minister Veerappa Moily, RIL Chief Mukesh Ambani, former Union Minister Murli Deora and retired Director General of Hydrocarbons V K Sibal were on Wednesday named in an FIR by Anti-Corruption Branch of Delhi government in the Reliance gas issue.

The FIR by the ACB was registered a day after Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said the agency has been told to probe their alleged collusion over hike in prices of natural gas from KG basin.

Names of Moily, Ambani, Deora and Sibal figured in the FIR, sources said.

Kejriwal on Wednesday wrote a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, requesting him to keep in abeyance decision to hike gas price from April 1 till the probe in the case is completed.

The Delhi Chief Minister yesterday said ACB was directed to probe the case based on a “common complaint” filed by former Cabinet Secretary TSR Subrmanian, former Navy Chief Admiral R H Tahiliani, eminent lawyer Kamini Jaiswal and former Union Secretary EAS Sarma.

Quoting from the complaint, the Chief Minister had said the impact of the hike in gas price would cost the country a minimum of Rs 54,500 crore every year and allow RIL to make a future windfall profit of Rs 1.2 lakh crore.

On Tuesday, RIL had termed the ordering of FIR against it as shocking and described the complaints that were used to base the action as baseless and devoid of merit or substance. In his letter to Singh, Kejriwal said he has ordered the probe after receiving the complaint that few Union ministers have taken a decision to double the gas price from 4.2 dollar to 8 dollar per un it to benefit Reliance Industries Ltd whereas the cost of gas production is less than USD 1.

The Chief Minister said hike in gas price will bring major hardships for the common man as it will result in hike in CNG prices as well as power production cost.

“You are an expert of economics. You can understand that this decision to double gas prices will have a cascading effect on the economy. On the basis of a complaint filed by four eminent people, an FIR has been filed by Anti-Corruption Branch. Through this letter I request you to keep in abeyance the order on gas pricing till the time investigation is not completed in the case,” Kejriwal said.

The Chief Minister also requested Singh to direct all the ministries to cooperate with ACB in the case.

“It has been alleged that RIL has reduced gas production to put pressure on the government. This has resulted in shortage of gas and the country is forced to import gas from other countries. Imported gas is quite costly and has resulted in huge inflation. If these allegations are correct, then  why is the government tolerating Ambani’s blackmail,” he said.

“Don’t you think that in these circumstances, those gas wells should be taken back and handed over to a company which works with honesty, earns legitimate profit and serves the country,” he said.

Kejriwal has sent a copy of the letter to Veerappa Moily also to initiate the “process for suspending” the order to hike price at the earliest.

“Very little time is left and model code of conduct is about to be implemented. Therefore, we collectively need to take action,” the Chief Minister said in the letter to Singh.

प्रदेश में एलटी शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति में पेच सरकार ने दूर कर दिया है। कैबिनेट ने नई एलटी शिक्षक सेवा नियमावली को हरी झंडी दे दी। अब एलटी शिक्षक बनने के लिए टीईटी-दो परीक्षा पास करना अनिवार्य हो गया है। वहीं नई नियमावली में अब सीधी भर्ती का कोटा 70 फीसद से घटकर 60 फीसद रह गया, जबकि पदोन्नति कोटे ने 10 फीसद की छलांग लगाई।

कैबिनेट ने शुक्रवार को विद्यालय शिक्षा महकमे में उत्तराखंड अधीनस्थ शिक्षा (प्रशिक्षित स्नातक श्रेणी) सेवा नियमावली पर मुहर लगाकर प्रदेश में फिलवक्त एलटी शिक्षकों के रिक्त 3978 पदों को भरने का रास्ता साफ कर दिया है। नई नियमावली में शिक्षा का अधिकार (आरटीई) एक्ट के तहत अनिवार्य की गई व्यवस्था शामिल की गई है। एक्ट में कक्षा छह से आठवीं कक्षा को पढ़ाने वाले शिक्षक के लिए टीईटी-दो पास होना अनिवार्य किया गया है। मौजूदा एलटी नियमावली में यह प्रावधान नहीं है। लिहाजा नई नियमावली को आरटीई एक्ट के अनुकूल बनाया गया है। बेसिक शिक्षा के राजकीयकरण के बाद जूनियर हाईस्कूल के पात्र शिक्षकों को पदोन्नति के मौके देने को मौजूदा नियमावली में पदोन्नति कोटा 25 फीसद है। पांच फीसद कोटा विभागीय सीधी भर्ती परीक्षा का है। नई नियमावली में प्राइमरी स्कूल प्रधानाध्यापक और जूनियर हाईस्कूल सहायक अध्यापक से एलटी संवर्ग में पदोन्नति कोटा 25 फीसद से बढ़ाकर 30 फीसद और विभागीय परीक्षा के माध्यम से कोटा बढ़ाकर 10 फीसद किया गया है। पदोन्नति कोटा 40 फीसद हो गया है। अब एलटी शिक्षक की सीधी भर्ती का कोटा 60 फीसद तय किया गया है।

यही नहीं एलटी संवर्ग के लिए विषयवार शैक्षिक अर्हता निर्धारित की गई हैं। पहले विषय समूहों को लेकर भ्रम की स्थिति बनी रहती थी, नई व्यवस्था में इसे स्पष्ट किया गया है। नई नियमावली को मंजूरी मिलने के बाद अब एलटी शिक्षकों के रिक्त पदों पर भर्ती और पदोन्नति की राह आसान हो गई है। बीते रोज सदन में सरकार ने भरोसा दिलाया था कि एलटी नियमावली पास होने के बाद रिक्त पदों पर जल्द भर्ती की जाएगी
