The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to consider her claim for appointment as Assistant Teacher (Science and Mathematics) in the Senior Basic Schools on the basis of counselling held on 23.07.2014.
No merit list has been filed with the writ petition nor is there anything on record to show that the claim of the petitioner for appointment has been rejected.
The petitioner as of today has no cause of action. The writ petition is premature and is accordingly dismissed.
