According to the petitioner in the third counselling, the cut off marks for general category candidate in the subject of Mathematics was 67.25% and Science was 69.02% for the post of Assistant Teacher. The petitioner had secured 67.44% marks but she was not selected.
Subsequently, another merit list was declared on 19.09.2015 in which the cut of marks for Mathematics was 67.48% and for Science was 70.59%.
Learned counsel for the respondents is directed to obtain instructions in the matter.
